I am looking for a 3 -4 metres bedroom to rent in Perth, WA. I have my own bed and study chair. I need a bedroom with a wardrobe and a place where I can cook my own meals. I would like to share with 3 or less people in a toilet/bathroom and 4 or less people in the house. I am currently sharing the kitchen, 1 toilet and 1 bathroom with 8 people including me and it is overcrowded. No smoking, pets, partying and alcohol. I am looking for a place within 3 zones Transperth zoning because I can afford the public transport. I am looking for long term rental. I can afford to pay $220 or less per week, depending on whether the rent includes all bills and internet.
