We are a couple between mid 20s and 30s from Spain. Santi is a gardener, drummer, and mountain guide. He is on a student visa (business course) and I have my PR. I work as a Montessori EA and I'm also studying Early Childhood at Curtin University online. We're both out of the house most of the day working, studying, or training. On the weekends we like to sometimes chill at home and are keen to share a meal with the housemates and play some board games. We really value cleanliness, and also our quiet time. We are planning to stay in Perth until the end of January 2026, with the possibility of extending Santi's visa.
