We enjoy a quiet, spacious, and clutter-free environment — somewhere that feels like a retreat at the end of a workday. In our spare time, we’re into travel, trying out new food spots, going on hikes, and staying active. I’m a big fan of sports (AFL, NRL, NBA, NFL, tennis, cricket, and rugby union). We’re looking for a furnished place with privacy, good access to public transport, and ideally something that feels cosy and homely without being too busy or crowded. I get along well with people of all ages, and I am very reliable. I am happy for the occasional (or whenever we want) meal and maybe a drink or two with flatmates, but also like some me time and respect other people's as well. I respect other people's privacy and belongings. I like a clean and tidy place to live. I would ideally like to be no further than approximately a half hour walk from a train station (closer would be better, of course). Also, I put 12 months as preferred stay length, but this can be flexible if you need.
