Security and tinted windows to keep out Summer heat. Free wifi. All bills paid for. Supply your own food. Shared living area (air conditioned) kitchen, laundry and bathroom. We all work full-time and have our own interests and are fairly self sufficient. Smallish outdoor enclosed alfresco area, bbq and grassed area. Also two mostly indoor, sometimes social cats. Walking distance to bus stop, Cockburn train station 10 minute drive. Local community centre, small shopping centre and take aways nearby. Gateways, Livingston and Gateways 10-15 minute drive.
I am friendly, easy going and respectful. Can enjoy a social drink and bbq, chat. I am clean and tidy. I usually travel one week a month for work also. Moved over from Brisbane about 2 years ago and Perth is now home. Like to get out and enjoy the outdoors and get away camping/fishing when possible.
We have NBN/Stan/Netflix/Aircon(reverse)/BBQ and all the normal amenities. We also have a decent sized deck if people want to entertain outside. The house is less than 3 minute drive to shops and public transport is a 2 minute walk. We have furniture in the house but we are flexible as we can move things around and put stuff in storage. The house was built in 2009 and is a 3x2.
I am renting out two rooms for $140 each. The house is fully furnished and has air-con in both bedrooms as well as the main living. House is only one year old. I have my own master ensuite and hence won't be using the bathroom at the back of the house. It will be shared among the people in these 2 rooms. The shopping centre is 5min walk and hence you have quick access to Woolworths, Aldi, Gym, Post-office...
You’ll be sharing your bathroom with other housemates. You'll have access to the shared living area which has a TV and a modern kitchen. The house has unlimited wireless internet(100/40), monitored alarm system, Air cooler, gas heating in the living room and a washing machine. As far as location, you’ll be only 20 minutes to Murdoch Uni and 20 minutes to Curtin Uni, 30 minutes into the CBD by private transport, you're about 6 minutes to Livingston shopping centre, Canning Vale markets and IGA. You're close to Roe Hwy, Nicholson and South Street if driving. 3 min walk to a bus stop.
I am a Pan-Asian and work full time as an accountant. I am studying for my CPA too. Been staying in Perth for 12 years. I am a Netflix/Foxtel freak and I always listen to music. Like to read in front of a nice view i.e garden, lake, park I do respect other people’s space. I am socialable and it would be nice to get together with other room-mates or the owner of the house whenever they are available.
I have a furnished bedroom in a new house in Harrisdale, a quiet area near public transport and shopping. The bus runs between Cockburn Central and Murdoch train stations, making it convenient for students at Murdoch Uni as well as anybody going to Cockburn Central or the CBD. Bedroom is 3.2m x 3m with a large BIR, bed and study desk. I can remove the furniture if you have some of your own, or swap furniture between the two bedrooms. I am interested in sustainability and healthy living, without being fanatical about it. Rent includes electricity, gas, water and wifi. No couples please; although happy for family/friends to stay over sometimes. Will reduce rent by 10% for a long stay (greater than 6 months).

Three bedroom brand new furnished townhouse, 2min walk to Brooklands shopping centre, good bus route, easy maintenance home. Room is average sized with mirror wardrobe, currently the bedroom is unfurnished but can be furnished on request for $140 per week. Bills are additional to the rent and average out to approx $20-$30 each a week depending on usage and what we have connected. I currently don’t have internet but am more than happy to get it connected, the same with Foxtel but as it’s just me here at the moment I haven’t looked into it. The house is rented until Jan 2019 so ideally looking for someone long term but definitely negotiable.
It’s a brand new house, fully furnished (except for the bedrooms). Conveniently located just 2 mins from Cockburn train station and 5 mins from Gateways shopping centre. Lots of parks close by and a safe, friendly neighbourhood.

Treeby, (formerly known as Banjup) is a newly developed suburb just 1.8km from Cockburn train station. Approx 23km to Perth city. This suburb is in great proximity to a large shopping mall (2km) and as mentioned the train station. Murdoch is the very next stop on the train line so would suit a Murdoch university student or someone who works in the area.
A proper and clean house, anyone who share this house need to be clean and tidy to keep this house pretty and comfortable to live in. Located right in front of a beautiful lake where you can stroll in the morning or afternoon after a busy day. Central air con in this house is great for hot summer days. Only 2 rooms available on early November.
Hi! My name's Emily and I moved to Perth (from Bridgetown) in January. I've been temporarily living with family since my move and would love to move into a permanent home as soon as possible. I'd love to team up with some other like minded people in their twenties or thirties to find a new home to rent together. I love to laugh, chat, listen to music, cook, watch movies and TV shows, play video games and board games (I've got a Nintendo 64 so how could you not want me as your new roomie?) and I'm more than happy to do all those things with my room mates but I also enjoy my alone time. I'm a considerate, funny, friendly person and cleanliness and taking pride in my home is very important to me. I'm conscious of security, energy/water consumption and into recycling. Full disclosure: I do smoke weed, but I seldom drink and never take other drugs. I don't want to live in a party house, but happy to have your friends/family/partner over. I love cats and dogs but don't have any of my own, so I hope you do! Also sexism, racism and homophobia really bums me out so I'd like to not live with people like that. So if any or all of this sounds good to you please shoot me a message so we can chat, meet up and hopefully like each other enough to want to live together! Cheers, Emily.
Presently living in Sydney but likely moving to Perth around end-March / beginning-April for a new job. Leaving my finance job for a tech start up. I'm a sociable individual, likes to swim, play basketball, casual drink here and there, likes animals (if you have one), non-smoker and explore what Perth / WA has to offer. Also like to be very clean, maybe not at the OCD level, but definitely feel better when utensils, crockery, rooms etc. are kept neat and tidy! Looking for another like-minded individual or two to potentially team up and find a place. I can be flexible with location, depending on the others' preferences, but would like to find a nice place. Happy to discuss how to split rent as well depending on who gets what (e.g. master bedroom, car space). I'll have a car of my own that I would like a parking bay for.
