Hey there, I'm looking for a place in Wollongong for uni! I'm 22, I have been in Wagga Wagga for uni before studying teaching but changed course. I'm really laid-back, clean and tidy, easy to get along with. I've lived on campus and been in a couple of share-houses before. I generally entertain myself but I'm always up for a chat, and I come with a really cute dog and cat! I do have enough furniture for pretty much a whole house if you want to team up, but I don't need to bring any of it for a share-house :-)
I’m 19 and my names Keeley. I work full time as a hairdresser and I’m looking for a place to live with my cat. She is 4 years old and completely indoor, she’s gorgeous. I’m quite a social being but majority of the time I do enjoy staying in my bed and watching tv when I’m not working. I love spending my money on food and shopping
Hi, my name is synai and am looking for a place to stay for the next three months, yes I'm a smoker, don't drink, really keep to myself, any other questions please call my mobile number 0411347733 thank you

The yard is huge and there’s a leafy outdoor area that has the second bath. The second toilet is in the yard. Timber floors throughout the house and all bedrooms have locks for personal security The fireplace works a treat on those cold winter days There is internet and Netflix available Tom and I do not smoke cigarettes, if you do, you must keep them outside
Two friends journey south is interrupted through unforeseen circumstances and we need to stay in the area for a month.

Very important cannot handle all people who lock them self away in the room .I am up early work come home, then go down working horses then the gym so yes im straightforward and busy. I also have 3 small dogs who live with me so must like dogs. There is a bus stop out front or about 7min walk to the train station 2 stops to wollongong were you can get the free bus, or train to north wollongong free bus to uni . My name is Sarah, I'm 33 and work full time. I live in this house with a friendly indoor dog Bronson. The house is close to a bus stop and to Warrawong Mall and Lake Heights Shopping centre. It is fully furnished, just the bedroom is empty, you’d need your own bed (although I do have spare mattresses if needed). The rent for one person moving in is half which is $200 a week. However there is a third bedroom, so we could always have a third flatmate which would bring the rent down lower. No bond is required but the first weeks rent must be paid before moving in. I am very friendly and easygoing but rent being on time is a must, and being tidy. Not suited to anyone who doesn't like dogs. I also cannot accept any more pets unless it is a fish lol. Please text me as I dont always get messages on here :)

G'day, my names Brendan. I work as an outdoor educator, teaching students life lessons in the natural environment. I love to spend my free time mountain biking, surfing, kayaking, hiking and socialising. I enjoy a social and tidy house with the occasional dinner party. I look forward to hearing back from potential new friends.
Looking for a full time worker or student or some one that’s maybe in the area for work and needs a room a few nights a week.that is genuine. My modern house is in gorgeous windang that has that beautiful holiday feeling about it all year round.its decorated in a Bali style which is very relaxing in its own way.we are two houses away from bus stops north and south, and just a 5 minute walk to lake, beaches, cycling and walking tracks.close to shops, club,Thai restaurants with all great people living in the street.what can I say it’s just a gorgeous area to live in just feels like a long holiday that never ends.lol the room is fully furnished with built in wardrobe ,double bed, tall chest of draws.desk and chair ,lamp, mirrors, and tv.i have a beautiful out door area as seen in pic that has a bbq and a very relaxed atmosphere nice to chill after a big day.so if your after a clean and very safe place with a very honest person This could be the place.
Currently looking to relocate closer to Wollongong CBD. Working 4 days a week as a sales manager. At home I enjoy relaxing and keep to myself most of the time but also enjoy a few drinks and conversation. On weekends I like to keep busy, staying active and hanging out with friends. I also have a dog who is used to being allowed inside. He is fairly large (about 30kgs) but doesn’t take up much space as likes to sleep his days away. He is walked daily so isn’t at all destructive, I also have a place for him to stay if I’m ever away for the night. Ideally looking for my own bathroom as that’s what I currently have at the moment but happy to consider sharing. I do have furniture (lounge, dining table, lowline tv unit) so would ideally like somewhere with space for it and of course room mates who are respectful of keeping it in good condition but can store some of it elsewhere if needed.
- Perusing master in environmental engineering at University of Wollongong. - As a person I: 1] Highly respect the value of cleanliness - will clean my room at-least twice a week. 2] Like to cook various cuisines - mainly Indian, Italian & Barbecue 3] Definitely an outdoor person - Mainly for sports (Football & Tennis) 4] Will make sure I complete the decided (mutually discussed) chores of the house. 5] Never hesitant to socialise with new people, but respect one's privacy at the same. 6] Not a big fan of drinking but prefer to drink occasionally. 7] Understands the importance of being emphatic in a situation of difficulty. 8] And last but not the least, what every landlord or flatmate would want :- - Like to be very clear about my rent T&C and will stick to the same.
I am recently graduated and about to start full time work so looking to settle into a nice new place! I like to watch Netflix, read, go for the occasional hike and love a good meal. I'm quite clean and tidy, happy to have a chat and few drinks but like some peace and quiet too.
I'm a very low-maintenance kind of gal from Wollongong- clean, happy to chat and pretty quiet. I like hiking around mountains, swimming in the ocean and a good G&T. I'm a Bartender at a small bar so I work weekend nights. I'm looking for a short-term spot to call home before I jet off to Melbourne at the beginning of July. I don't have a car so a spot within easy walking/ riding distance from Wollongong CBD is what I am looking for. Looking forward to meeting with ya!
Hey! I work in superannuation, but have a background in most other industries (most recently I was a barista). I work Mon-Fri standard hours and in my downtime I like to play games (PC and board games mostly), I like getting out and about, love trying new cafes and restaurants, and keeping slightly active! I'm keen to move in to a place pretty close to central Wollongong.
My name is Melissa, I'm 24 and in need of a room for me and my quiet cat Gracie. i'm completing a full-time traineeship in Unanderra so something not too far of a drive would be great. I grew up down south in Bawley Point but moved up here at 18, shared a house with 4 friends then moved in with the boyfriend. We very recently split and I can't/ don't want to move back home so here I am. I'm looking for a house with girls around my age who like to have a conversation maybe a glass of wine or more haha.
Looking for my new home with like minded roomies! I'm currently living alone and would like to move into a share house as soon as possible. A lil about myself - I'm a 23 year old female working currently as a model (I also receive welfare so can guarantee my reliability with rent payments etc), I'm within the queer community, I'm fairly quiet and enjoy my down time but would love to join a household with people who don't mind having a chat and a cuppa (or something heavier) together every now and again, I'm friendly and easy going, clean and considerate. I'm also a vegetarian but it's totally fine if you're not 😉 I'm into spirituality, psychology, nature and art, fashion and beauty, music and having a good boogie, and just enjoying my time here all around. I'm a smoker + 420 active/friendly. I come along with my older indoor cat named Faerie - she's a desexed female, super friendly, house trained and will provide you with all the love!! If I sound like someone you'd vibe with, please feel free to send me a message and let's get something happening ✨
25 year old veterinary nurse student I love animals, plants wine and a good old north gong Sunday sesh or arvo beach walk , looking to live with clean respectful legends that enjoy a sneaky Bevvie in the arvo or binge watch tv series 🌈🎉🤘🏼
The townhouse is less than 2 years old. There are ocean views from the bedroom windows and balcony. The room for rent has a built in wardrobe. Air conditioning in the main living area. Small, grassed courtyard. Two minute walk to the train station, one stop into town, two stops for the University or North Wollongong Beach. Two males, Ian (32 and works full-time for AusPost, plays golf and music) and Jia, (27 and studying a Phd in The Internet of Things, currently back home in China for Christmas) both currently leasing. There is also a 16 month old Puggle named Keith 😆 All bills are separate to the rent, and include Gas, electricity, water, and internet. If you're interested in the room, please contact me
Please take note - 3-6 month lease initially but can be negotiated (depending on circumstances later in the year it may not be able to be extended). Available February. I am looking for someone friendly, tidy and fun to share my medium sized unit with. The room is a decent size, fully furnished, with a double bed and built in wardrobe. Want more photos? Shoot me a message. MUST like animals as I have one dog that lives here permanently and one that comes by regularly that both love cuddles. Unfortunately I am unable to accommodate any more animals as I occasionally rehabilitate an aggressive rescue (to other animals, DEFINITELY not humans, he's the most beautiful guy in the world to people) I can't stress this enough as both dogs demand cuddles whether you want them or not. Off street parking, quiet area, walking distance to 2 bus stops and Unanderra train station. Huge backyard, great outdoor area that has access to a large reserve (and a failed veggie garden. If you can revamp that, 100 points), just popped a tv up outside so wine and cheese nights are moving to the deck, recently renovated kitchen and bathroom. I work full time - mostly from home, definitely like the occasional drink but don't have parties often. Love a good wine and cheese night, I bake quite a lot and I do like to cook so will probably try to feed you. Price includes unlimited Internet access. Water & electricity bill will be split when received. Will be available late February, please note female applicants only, thanks :)
The house is 3 bedroom (we are in one, you will be in the second, and the third is a shared office/studio). There is a shared bathroom, plus an extra toilet attached to the laundry. We have unlimited NBN internet. The rest of the house is fully furnished with lots of natural light and lots of indoor plants. There is also a large backyard, a big undercover deck and a garage currently used for storage.
