G'day! I'm moving to Melbourne in Early February 2019 to pursue a manufacturing engineering career with Owens-Illinois. I will be working 9-3:30 in Spotswood Mon-Fri, but I may disappear from time to time for work travel. I am interested in joining a sharehouse ($150-225/w) or teaming up with fellow full-time workers and getting a lease on a townhouse (500-600pw split between two or three). I am absolutely comfortable signing onto the lease in the first instance. Please do no contact me unless you can meet the following Non-negotiables: - Private bedroom (with room for a double bed) - Parking option for large 4wd (Can be in a garage, carport or on kerb) - Not a party house Bonus points for: - Unfurnished room - Own bathroom - Dishwater (and any other modern amenities) - Cats/kittens I'm a routine based person - I value exercise; at the gym or otherwise and I prefer to meal-prep a majority of my food for the week. That's not to say I don't enjoy a drink here and there - I worked as a cocktail bartender for close to 2 years so I do indulge from time to time. I keep clean shared spaces and would expect the same from my housemates. While I am often up for a chat over dinner, I don't force the issue and I respect the privacy of others. Also, I eat A LOT of meat - so if you have issues with that... I encourage you look elsewhere (: I love all cats, and I like dogs, so long as they don't sit on my belongings and are toilet trained. Furniture I will be bringing with me to share (will be sold or stored if impractical at eventual accommodation): - Medium fridge - Electric: Coffee machine, banquet pan, Nutri bullet, Rice cooker - Coffee table (White) I also have a relocation package lump sum that can go towards to a mutually beneficial pieces of furniture (yay gumtree). Further, I have a large (65-inch) smart TV that I could possibly put in the common area if it does not fit in my room. My car is highly practical - able to tow and store large items. I enjoy helping out people with it from time to time to move things or, as my sister calls it, "The Hughber" Thanks for taking the time to read. I hope to hear from you (: Cheers, Hugh
Laid back, tidy/clean, quiet (mostly) professional that doesn't mind helping out my housemates when i can. I have a beautiful dog, miley, who is very well trained and has had a track record of many housemates falling in love with her. Work 10-6 tues-sat roster in retail management so spend most nights walking miley or enjoying netflix. Weekends ill be found at the beach with miley, dog parks, cafes, dinners, and occasionally travel.

Hi all! I’m Barnaby, a Consultant at EY. I’m soon to be returning to my hometown of Melbourne from Canberra. In my free time I really enjoy socialising with friends, listening to music and cooking. I recently started French lessons also, which is great fun. I’d say that I’m a very tidy person and will ensure that everyone’s space is respected. I'm flexible with move in dates so feel free to contact me anytime 😊
I'm a pretty easy going guy looking for a quiet place to live. Currently living in the inner west and looking to move closer to the CBD. I work full time and am looking to share a place with a tidy person as I'm much the same. I enjoy relaxing, spending time with friends, working out and socialising.
I work full time in the CBD, and will be finishing off my degree online in the new year. During the week I just like to chill at home after work, cook, put on music and try to fit in a few gym sessions. On weekends I like to explore melbourne and I am a food and wine lover. Just looking for a new space as my current contract is coming to an end on feb 3.
Hi! I come from France and I am studying Melbourne. I am looking for a private room in a share house until June. I am easy to get along with, I am organized and tidy. I am always keen to hand out, share a meal or a drink, and I also like to stay at home and chill or study. I love travelling, sport, music, art, and a lot of other things. I'm looking for roommates with whom I could get along and share some moments.

Perfect location! Just behind Bay St, and a one minute walk to the beach. (It’s at the end of our street). Gym and pool facilities included. The apartment itself is spacious, and was completely furnished with brand new essentials (fridge, microwave, dishwasher, couch, TV, washing machine, dryer) when we moved in in April 2018. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed and includes a built in wardrobe. Our balcony is on the same level as the courtyard. Overall, it has a clean and peaceful vibe! Bond is $2,100 Rent is $1521/month Lease ends in April but there is a possibility to renew for another 12 months. TBA very soon! Must be willing to put your name on the lease.

Hello. I am looking for a nice and tidy place (1 private room, preferably but not exclusively with its own bathroom), which I can share with a respectful, clean and tidy flatmate. I'd also prefer a place close (max 5-10 mins. walking) to a tram stop or train station, and a coles/woolies store. I work in consulting full-time Monday to Friday, 9 to 5, usually cook my dinner on a daily basis, watch youtube videos, chill out and work out most weekends. I like chatting over a glass of water/wine/beer, but also enjoy spending time by myself. If you want to have a chat, feel free to send me a message, give me a call or check my profile on LinkedIn. Thank you.
The available room is on the ground floor and separate from the rest of the house. It has it's own bathroom , entry and parking. There's an outdoor heated pool. You have access to other living areas, kitchen and rooftop with barbecue and panoramic city views and right on the beach next to cafes. 150 metres walk to public transport.
I enjoy company as much as I enjoy my privacy and to spend time with myself. I am very active, love sports and always enjoy catching up with friends for coffee or lunch or both 😉
I am about to start a new job in the Melbourne CBD. I am moving from Brisbane so looking for some like minded people to share a place with. I am pretty good cook and have a small amount of cooking equipment already but I am planning to buy new furniture etc. after I've made the move. I am easy going but I do still like to help maintain a clean living space. Looking to join some social sporting teams to keep me occupied during the week.
I'm welsh, 20 years old, work full time in Port Melbourne, Monday-Friday. I enjoy going to the gym and spend most week day evenings watching netflix in bed. Not to blow my own trumpet, but i am an unreal cook, so be happy to whip up some grub for us all! I like to enjoy myself on the weekend n have a couple of bevs. I have been living sharing an apartment with friends for 6 months, but im looking for my own space now and own room.
