Hi! Brazilian, 26, architect. Working 30 hours week and studying graphic design. Im on under student visa until may 2018, and then gonna apply my skilled visa (if your prime minister let me do it) to stay in oz forever.
Hello, I'm Tara. I am 30 and I do some freelance marketing/writing on weekdays, and work in bars and clubs on weekends and some weekday nights. I also have a fitness/dance background. This is my last winter in Melbourne, and I would like a safe place to stay for 10 months to 1 year. I plan to move interstate in March/April/May 2018 to study. But I promise to pay my bills and rent until then! I am staying in Melbourne for just under a year longer so I can work through some legal processes (good stuff). I am currently based in the inner Western suburbs, but would consider strategic suburbs like Port Melbourne or South Melbourne, or suburbs I'm sentimental about (and know well) like Malvern or Glen Iris. It needs to be close to public transport BUT with a parking spot, for my little red Ford Festiva. Prefer unfurnished as I have my own furniture, but will consider a semi-furnished studio. Awesome things about me: - self-sufficient - private, quiet, busy - health-conscious - drug-free, debt-free Do contact me. PS: I share a lovely 3 level townhouse in West Footscray. I believe it is too big and superfluous. I need to live alone so I can feel safe and get on with going through naturalization and passport-getting. The only way I would consider sharing is if it was modern, with 1 male and if I had an ensuite bathroom
