Hi there! My name is Jen. I'm a 34 yr old professional looking for a like-minded flatmate to share a new space with. I recently started a new job in St Kilda, so want to move closer to that area and looking for someone who wants to look for a new place, too (Or an established home that suits). I'm not home a lot as I work pretty long hours, have a house full of furniture (sans washing machine, or whatever you need in your room), and two lovely cats who are exceptionally loving and friendly (Dog pictured is not mine). Their sort of like puppies in cat suits! I'm very easy-going, love to travel, play board games and have a chill old time. I'm not the kind of person who plays loud music until all hours of the night, so totally open to living with a shift worker. I am clean and tidy, but not a neat freak. I don't mind if the dishes get stacked and then a load done in the dish washer, I don't mind if you put your library of eclectic books in the living room, or leave your scarf on the couch. Honestly, we're both paying for the space, feel free to live in it. That being said, I think there's a nice balance between 'lived in' and 'outright messy'. I'm a great communicator, so always open to chats and talking about whatever comes up. ( Please take into account, if moving into an established place, I'm cool to get rid of as much furniture as needed). I am looking for a roommate, not a soulamte (have a lovely BF who lives overseas), so if we get along that's great, but I already have a best friend! You will get the house to yourself from time to time while I'm visiting my man in the US.
Hi! I'm a fun and sociable 22 year old male studying at Monash and working part-time as a paralegal. I'm looking to share a place with a group of friendly and like-minded people around my age who enjoy a good balance between having a clean and respectful household and a few drinks and a boogie on the weekend. I'm super easy going and hope to find a sharehouse with a warm and fun vibe. Must be LGBTI friendly or we wont get along.

Hi! I am a happy positive person who loves being social but I'm not a party person at home. I work full time but also study and do research. I am respectful, helpful, busy, and clean and tidy. I also go to the gym, swim and want to start Latin dance again. I have a car and so will need a space to park it safely.
Hi I am Annika, I am 24 years old and relatively new to Melbourne. I work full time in the CBD as a structural engineer. I am very easy-going and neat and most weekends you will find me searching for a yet undiscovered brunch venue. I am looking to find a house that feels like a home, with housemates that are open to the occasional family dinner/trivia night or a glass of wine after a long day. That being said I still understand the need to respect everyone's space and property. I look forward to hearing from you!
Hi! I'm Georgia. I'm from the country and moved down to Melbourne three years ago for uni. I have just graduated from the Academy of Design Australia with a bachelor of design majoring in communication design and am currently looking for full time work since finishing my degree. I am pretty clean and don't leave my stuff lying around. I do not mind friends/partners of other housemates visiting as I myself have my boyfriend over a few nights a week and enjoy having friends over for drinks on the odd weekend. I am very respectful of other peoples belongings and would never do anything to damage anything. I like learning guitar and listening to music. I love animals and am cool with there being pets living in the place!
Hi there! My name is Stuart, i am 24 years old, Scottish, and travelling with my girlfriend Sarah who is also 24 and Scottish! We have just finished our farm work and travelled down the east coast living out the back of our car. We are both extremely excited to move to the city! Although we do not have jobs at the moment, we are staying with our friends in Sydney for free whilst we set up interviews in Melbourne hoping to get work ASAP. Sarah is the bubbliest, kind hearted person i have ever met and does not have a bad word to say about anyone. We both love spending time with different groups of people and getting to know them. We both love to cooking fresh meals and being healthy. Sarah is a bookworm and slowly but surely converting me. We have recently travelled south east asia for 5 months and are currently planning a trip to south america for the end of the year. We are both very polite and always tidy up after ourselves (seems obvious to say however, after months of hostels and farm work we realise this is not always the case). Thanks for taking the time to read our profile and we hope to hear from you soon.
Very easy going, get along with anyone that can laugh and banter. Keep to myself while also very willing and able to get involved and lead in work and activities. Like to stay fit, cook, tinker, be up to date with tech trends, get out and about while working in IT sales consulting around Melbourne. Currently renting an apartment I’d have to give 1 month move out notice to, would like to do this around the start of Feb Looking around inner Melbourne suburbs, any questions shoot a message.
Hello :) My name is Andreas McKenzie and I am 26 year old male from the UK. I work full time in the CBD within IT Consulting and have been with the same employer upon my arrival back in April 2015. I am currently based in Hawthorn (coming to the end of the lease) and looking to move in with 1 or 2 great housemates. I work Mon-Fri and attend gym the majority of the week and play many sports activities. Melbourne has made me love Brunch/Coffee and I enjoy hiking across Victoria. I have a motorbike so safe parking is essential and Netflix. I would consider myself extroverted and enjoy going out on the weekends but always mindful and respectful to peoples privacy. I am available within 2 week notice. Hope to hear from you - please feel free to message me on Facebook - Andreas
I'm an 18-Year old girl from Holland, having a working holiday here. In a week I will start working at Soho at Southbank. My time in Australia has been great so far and I would love to make it even better by getting a nice room with Some fun room/house mates. I'm a relaxed and easy-going person, am quite clean and hard to get annoyed. I'm a great story teller and a great listener as well.
Young professional, easy going, happy to watch whatever is on tv, good listener 😊. Originally from Brisbane, I moved to Melbourne for my work in June 2017.
I'm from outside of London in the UK. After I finished my Masters degree at Sheffield I travelled around Asia for a few months and then came to Australia. I spent most of my first year in Melbourne, travelling the east coast and doing my farm work. I am looking for a place in Melbourne to stay during my second year visa. I am social, easy going and enjoy many of the stereotypical things in life (coffee, shopping, red wine, Netflix etc!). My hobbies include running, photography and reading. I am a considerate and tidy flat mate :)
I am a local postgraduate student and am usually taking evening classes and working during the day. In my time off, I take salsa and pilates classes, gym some days of the week and like to go out occasionally for a drink. I'm sociable with housemates but also respectful of privacy and communal spaces. I'm organised and tidy and have no problems sharing in housekeeping. I'm open to communication and would love to live with housemates whom are understanding, friendly and responsible.
I'm 31 years old, originally from New Zealand and have lived in Melbourne for the past 12 years. I'm currently housesitting for a friend who arrives back in Melbourne on the 15th January. I'm now looking for some additional temporary accommodation until my new house is ready to move into in mid-March. I work full-time as a co-ordinator at an online learning resource provider in South Melbourne. I'm a very tidy, responsible and considerate housemate and person in general. After living in many sharehouses I totally understand the dynamics of living with other people. I enjoy an equal amount of social time and personal time when at home. I enjoy cooking but keep things pretty simple when feeding myself. I have a partner who I'm usually out and about with - some nights during the week I stay at her place. I enjoy eating out and the occasional drink. I love to ride my bike (this is how I usually commute to work) and I'm trying to get out and do more hiking this year! Hopefully I can be a compatible housemate for someone over the next 2 months! Cheers!
I'm an outgoing and open-minded person new to Melbourne and looking for a room in Brunswick/Fitzroy/Carlton area. I work in the city and study part time. Im originally from Darwin but just got home from living abroad. I've had flatmates before and love being part of a sharehouse. I'm a very neat person and I'm prettt laidback. Would love to chat and go out for a drink together from time to time but also happy doing my own thing.
