Must be an animal lover as there are 2 cats who share the living space! But they are outside by day and inside at night. Water costs are charged extra per quarter (every 3 months). Cleaning is done on a roster system and 3 monthly routine inspections done by real estate. There is not much of a garden, but of course the weeds and outdoor areas need to be maintained by all.
