Hi guys, THE ROOM (UNFURNISHED): The room is spacious (3.5m X 4.5m), has a large BIR, and faces out to a balcony overlooking a courtyard. You can see pictures of the room below, and as you can see, the room fits a queen-sized bed comfortably. THE APARTMENT: The apartment itself is a bright and spacious 3Bedroom/1Bathroom, with a balcony, perfect for the summer months! Unlike the room, the apartment is fully furnished (TV, couches, washing machine, dryer, etc.), but if you have things to bring into the communal spaces which we don't have, you're welcome to bring them along. The apartment block also has a small gym for tenants to use. You’ll also be able to get a parking permit, if you have a car. LOCATION: The apartment itself is located on Greville Street, right accross from Prahran Train Station, and within a 3 minute walk to Chapel Street, as well as the 6 and 72 trams which go into the city via Swanston St. What more can you ask for?! YOU: Ideally, you would be of similar age to Ember and I, easy-going , sociable and respectful. Apologies, but we are not looking for any couples or backpackers. DETAILS: The monthly rent is $1036 and the bond is the same amount (electricity and gas bills are not included). The room will be available from Tuesday 2/10. We will be conducting viewings of the apartment on Sunday 23/9 (9.30am-11am), Tuesday 25/9 (6pm-8pm) and Thursday 27/9 (6pm-8pm). If you're interested in the room, please send me a PM with a bit about yourself, as well as what time (from the above options) would suit you most. Looking forward to hearing from you guys 🙂
The best part about living here is getting to see me and Jamal everyday obviously (haha). We have a beautiful home which we keep very clean and tidy, we are literally almost a stones throw from chapel st, but tucked away behind a small park which acts as a great buffer from all the activity. We have lived here for a year and have had absolutely zero issues with the property, it’s comfortable and bright and we have excellent heating in the winter/yet to need the cooling. We have a giant kitchen with gas cooking and a beautiful large courtyard out the back. The supermarket is a 2 minute walk from our front door and Prahran station a 2 minute walk the opposite direction (1.5 minutes if you leave it a little late and have to run) and the markets are at the end of the street. The bedroom it’s large and has built in storage. If youre like me and appreciate things like beautiful hard timber floors/high ceilings and original features then you’ll like it here! We’re definitely looking for someone who is chill and friendly but who respects our home like we do. We are really considerate of shared spaces and expect things to be kept clean (if you’re a do the dishes once a week and take out the rubbish once a month kinda gal you’re probably not right for us!) Smoking inside is a big no - and unfortunately we won’t be accepting pets.live with us! We’re nice! IMPORTANT: Bond is actually 5 weeks rent $1250 (it wouldn’t let me select this as an option)

I have a very spacious and tidy 3 bedroom home in Windsor close to Chapel Street and public transport and am looking to rent one of the bedrooms (furnished). I am self employed with a home office and work from home several days a week. I have pets 2 small dogs and a cat. I am looking for a professional who is preferably clean and tidy, likes music and maybe a nice vino occassionally!
Located just at the corner of St. Kilda Road and Commercial Road. Across The Alfred Hospital and next to Fawkner Park. Just 1min walk to tram stop, 10-15 mins to CBD or St. Kilda Beach! All fully furnished you will get the master bedroom with private bathroom and wardrobe!
Hello, I’m looking for a room in Prahran, South Yarra or Windsor. Ideally the closer to The Alfred hospital would be best as I’m studying there. Also wouldn't mind living in Southbank, South Melbourne or the CBD either. Or alternatively looking for someone else to team up and share a 2 bedroom house or apartment with. I’m a student who also runs a semi lucrative side business. Money isn’t an issue so I have no trouble with paying rent and bills on time. Can provide a reference for this too. I’m a busy person and easy to get along with. I work a lot and at times will be in and out of house a fair bit.. Also there will be some nights you'll get to yourself if you're someone who likes their space. I know I do. However, I'm also quite social and chatty too with lots of interesting stories to tell. I have a cat. He’s black and white and very domesticated and sweet. Ideally, I’d like to have him with me. However, my mum also loves him too and he’s quite old. So can leave him at home with my mum rather than taking him with me if necessary. I also love many other animals, so if you have dogs, I’m happy to help out with dog walking or minding your pets. Very into health and fitness - eat healthy, lift weights, pole dance, taekwondo... Passionate about mental health and helping others. I’m very laid back, non judgmental, respectful of others, clean up after myself etc etc... Get in touch if keen xx

Hi there, I am Bibo 27 years. A recent UTS graduate and decided to move to Melbourne cus fuck Sydney! And also, I got offered a full-time job in Melbourne :) I will be working with Heinz all week from 9-5 roughly and will probably get a lot of free products from their wide range of brands to bring home! I enjoy running in the evenings, and go to bed fairly early. I enjoy relaxing on weekends, not really the party guy anymore, had a fair bit of that and I'm kind of done with that scene! But I do enjoy going out for drinks on the weekend and having a nice dinner somewhere. I love cooking and love sharing my food. I enjoy kite surfing, going to the beach, and going on adventures. If you believe we'll be a great match, don't hesitate to hit me up :) Cheers Bibo

30 year old single female. I work full time as a RN. Working a 7 day roster means that I won’t always be home, and you’ll have plenty of time to yourself. Social and outgoing person by nature. Love a good gig, brunch, hike or Sunday session with friends. Pretty easy going, looking for the same in housemates. Happy to share a glass of wine at the end of a long day too.
I work as an office admin across 3 companies, and as a PR assistant for another. So I'm quite busy during the week. I'm extremely tidy and respectful. I don"t mind sharing a beer or wine of an evening, but I also respect your personal space. I also consider my self a pretty good cook.
I m a fun loving, friendly person who is always up for banter about anything and everything. I am extremely clean and a self proclaimed masterchef in the kitchen. I am also respectful of other people spaces and enjoy having a laugh with housemates. I enjoy keeping fit and try to stay active on a daily basis through gym, tennis and squash.
