Hey, I'm Jules! I'm in the market for a new sharehouse to join now that I'm moving to Melbourne from Adelaide. I've been in sharehouses since I was 19 and am a very reliable and respectful houso. I can respect people's space when they need it but I'm also always up for a chat/movie/beer/wine with whoever's around :) A bit about me: - 25 yrs old - I'm currently completing my Masters in Primary Education - I'm very friendly, outgoing, love to socialise, and have a good sense of humour - I love to paint, draw, read, listen to music, and spend as much time outside as I can - I'm pretty active, and love cycling and kickboxing - I'm (very slowly haha) learning to play ukulele and guitar in my spare time - love the beach and going out to gigs If you think you've got a Jules-sized gap in your house that needs filling, drop me a line!
Hey guys! I'm looking to share a place with an awesome, easygoing person not too far from the city and uni. I'm currently doing my Masters degree in Physiotherapy at Melbourne Uni, as well as part time work to make sure I pay the bills on time! In my down time, I enjoy binging shows on Netflix, making the most of our kitchen, and keeping fit and healthy.
I am going overseas and would like to sublet my beautiful and spacious private room. Dates: from the 1st of December (could be an earlier date) till the 2nd of January. The house is very clean and has all the equipment (washing machine, dishwasher, oven, etc). You will be sharing the house with 3 great girls. It is situated in Princess Hill, so close to lovely Princess Park (Coles, Woolworth are in 10-minutes walk, located in Barkly Square). The room is $880, including all bills. Also, the bond is $880. (females only) It is better to contact me via sms^^
I'm a 25 y/o graduate architect working full time in Fitzroy. I like to spend my evenings and weekends out with friends, frequenting art galleries or going hiking! I've been in share houses for the past 6 years so I know the drill. I would prefer to find a home where everyone is independent but would enjoy sharing the occasional dinner or glass of wine after work.
Hey guys, I work in the renewable energy biz, teach yoga and carry out other side projects. I've lived in Melbourne for many years but it seems not long enough for my French accent to disappear! I have been sharing places for a long time too and want to be part of a house with mature peeps who are independent and yet appreciate socializing when feeling like it. My thumbs are green, I play music and like good conversations over nice dinner when the occasion is there. Brunswick is such a vibrant area so I am keen living there living with like-minded relaxed housemates (: Cheers, Fred
Hi there, I am moving down from Sydney to start my post grad in Primary teaching at Melbourne uni and am looking for a room in a share house. A little bit about myself; I am 22, an animal lover, tea drinker and book reader. I love plants, dancing, yoga, painting and cooking up a storm in the kitchen so am happy for anyone to be a taste tester :) I also love being active, getting outside and trying out any new gym class. I am really positive, easy going, friendly and tidy (I can be funny sometimes too). While I love some me time (and unfortunately study time) I would also love to be able to chill with my flatmates for movie nights, a couple of drinks, or a good chat. P.S while I love animals, I am sadly allergic to cats so unfortunately won't be able to stay anywhere that has a cat :( Would love to hear from you :)
24 and Canadian - I'm looking to live with people who like hanging out, having interesting conversations, sharing salt and pepper shakers and to keep the bathroom clean.
You would be moving into a bright, clean, sunny townhouse on a quiet street in beautiful leafy Carlton North/Princes Hill, a two minute walk from the 1 and 6 trams and a ten minute walk from the 19 – you can make it to a desk job in the CBD within 25 minutes of leaving the front door. We are close to many supermarkets, the Sydney Road and Lygon Street restaurants and bars, and mere metres from, crucially, a late night IGA that sells wine. We’re right near the capital city trail and Princes Park for those of you keen on exercise and nature. Rent would be $200 pw for a sunny room with built ins that can comfortably fit all your furniture (which is v good for the area and proximity to the city). The house comes with a balcony, many bathrooms, loads of parking and, technically, a backyard that is all yours if you can fit through the back door. The Australian Dream does not get any better than this guys.
Relaxed 22 year old male who loves a good glass of wine on a social occasion, adventuring the streets of Melbourne, taking photos of interesting subjects i come across, making music on my PC, searching record stores for some classic vinyl and driving along the beautiful coast of Victoria. I currently live in Geelong but i am looking to move closer to work and frankly i just want to live in one of the most culturally beautiful cities Australia has to offer. Ps atleast respond to a message lol
I am a 26 year old friendly Kiwi male, working full time. I'll be heading over to South America in mid-late February so looking for a place to call home until then. I'm an independent guy with many hobbies including Boxing,Art and crafts and helping people fix things and stuff. Enjoy a beer and a laugh in the sun but also like my quite time.
Hey there, my name is Liz and am looking for a fun, social house to call home. I work full-time, try to stay active and am always up for a family meal! I'm looking for a place to move into after the 11th of November
I work full time as a Restaurant Supervisor in Brunswick plus also building a small clothing brand on the side which I manufacture in Bali . I love keeping fit, food & fashion. I'm an easy going, independent, motivated & positive kinda guy who enjoys socialising but also has a balance of quiet time. I'm clean, tidy & respectful of communal areas and my belongings. Please message with any questions - You'll love living with me ;-)
I am 31 and just moving across from Western Australia. I have just come back recently from living over in Europe and am looking to settle down in Melbourne. Have lived in plenty of share houses before. Very easy going and love sport. Will be working in hospitality before eventually moving into HR. I am sociable but also like doing my own thing. Well aware of how things work in a share house.
Hello! I'm Steve and I'm from little Rhode Island in the USA. I will be studying full-time at the University of Melbourne, working towards a Master of Environmental Engineering degree. My other interests include running, hiking, playing sports, travelling, music, craft beer, and generally just going to new places, meeting new people, and doing new things. I'm very laid back, easy to get along with, and very clean. Even though I plan to study hard, I'm sure we'll find time to have some fun too! This will be my first time in Melbourne and I cannot wait to experience all it has to offer! Cheers :-)
Originally from Canberra, currently reside in Carlton North. Seeking an unfurnished room in the the inner northern or eastern suburbs for move in September. Full time Project Manager working in the far Eastern suburbs. Enjoy making tunes and spinning decks in my spare time, as well as hitting the gym and playing bball. Keen to join a household that's up for occasional hangouts or shared meals. I'm easy going, open minded and considerate. Looking for a home with house mates, not just a house with strangers.
'm 25 and studying the JD at Melbourne uni full time. I also have a part time job at a family law firm in the city. These both keep me quite busy, I'm often at the library studying. This means when I'm at home I do like a relaxed and quiet house. I'm always up for a chat and a few wines though! I'm really clean and tidy and love to bake all kinds of yummy things. I'm also really organised with life so I'll always pay my rent on time and contribute my fair share to the house.
Hey! I'm a warm, open minded and respectful housemate always up for a good belly laugh, house movie nights, or just chilling on my own in the hammock with a good book. Huge animal lover, so pets are a plus. Vego, but anything but preachy. Musician, but respectful of the quiet hours. Ideally I'd love to find a place with a good garden to help out in, a bath, and I'm hoping for more of a sociable, friendly household; somewhere that's not afraid to go and grab beers together sometimes, while still keeping up a healthy respect for space and privacy too. Not looking for an immediate move, but just testing out the waters, and if the shoe sounds like it fits, let me know!
Wanting to move into the cbd long term for work (adidas) and uni (RMIT brunswick fashion campus commencing 2018). fashion/business student to be, super outgoing but also love privacy and space at times! love going out clubbing, bars, fun places, so would be awesome to have someone who enjoys similar things - or a few dranks at home is ok! I want flatmates who can be friends and fam, as i love hanging out together and supporting eachother as friends do. I am respectful and quiet when need be, but naturally have an extroverted personality. I like things clean and tidy, but this is definitely excused on the hungover morning afters :) Obsessed with all things netflix, beauty, makeup, fashion, rnb/rap, FOOOOOOD 🤤 I consider myself a creative person, so i would love likeminded individuals. Sagittarius ♐️ I would prefer my own bathroom, but it’s not necessary. A car space would also be preferred. I like modern, sleek looking places! If sharehouse, i would need an unfurnished room as i have my own belongings. I am looking for a female sharehouse/flatmate(s)/to team up with. Since i love the chic sleek look, i would prefer a team up as we have more control over finding a nice modern place and get to go through the fun of decorating! Pleeaaaaaase don’t hesitate to shoot me a message, i would love to chat further with anyone interested 💕 all the love xo (I know my thing states “no smoking and no pets”, but i am not phased by either - especially pets xx)
Hi, My name is Natalie and I am in my mid thirties. I am looking for a mid to long term and preferably furnished (but can be flexible) room that is north of the city out to Essendon-Coburg and on the city side of Bell Street and within a 15-20 min walk to a train station. Ideally I would a like an inclusive of Rent and Utilities around the $300 mark. I am neat and tidy and will keep the place presentable and will respect other people's belongings/privacy. I am a 9-5 office worker and outside of work I hit up the gym most nights and/or be lazy and opt for wining and dining instead but less often than not. Weekends are generally running around doing stuff or just socialising with friends. I understand people lead busy lives these days, but I would prefer someone and or people that like to have a chit chat with their fellow flatmate/s on a regular basis. I am an animal lover so pets would not be a problem.
Hey there! I'll be moving to Melbourne next year to study Architecture at RMIT. I currently work casually in an architecture firm up in Canberra, barista part time with an incredible group of people, and enjoy reading and banging out sketches in my spare time. I lived in Melbourne until I was 10 years old so I can still find my way around (with a little stumble here or there), I do enjoy spending time with friends and consider them my family, but I also enjoy a few quiet minutes for myself. I promise you I keep things tidy and clean and will never be opposed to helping out around the house whether it be cleaning, cooking - so long as there's a recipe involved, tidying or even yard work. I make a phenomenal cup of tea and can wrap someone in a blanket to go with it if needed when you're down or sick, I'm always up for a little fun and laughter, but I'm also more than happy to give people their space as needed to. I'm stoked to be moving back to Melbourne and I hope I can find a home with some groovy people to start off the new year with, I look forward to hearing from you!
My name's Jordan and I'm a 21 year old creative from the Gold Coast. I studied Film at University and graduated in early 2016; I've since been living and working in Sydney. After over a year's production work, I've recently returned from a much needed Euro trip, where I spent a few months between Paris, Berlin and Amsterdam. I'm now in the process of moving to Melbourne for another job and am looking for a short term sublet, where I can settle in and prepare for the following working year. On my weekends I like to work on my own personal projects, taking photos, soaking up the sun in the gardens and exploring new places. I'm ultimately looking for a bunch of down to earth, open minded roommates who I can have a drink with and chat at the end of the day! Look forward to hearing from you soon.
