Ready to move in ASAP! Seeking a home close to public transport, with a room either Furnished or Unfurnished. I'm a youth worker, working full time in Fitzroy North. I am a old soul who loves drawing, 90's TV shows, dogs, music and comedy. As a housemate I’m very tidy, creative, easy going and very passionate about my job. I'm seeking flatmates who I can be friends with, share the occasional laugh/meal/drink or TV show. I love my downtime, so ideally a welcoming, relaxed home I can make my escape after a long day. I would like a home that’s okay with smoking outdoors occasionally. Please get in contact if you think we’d click 🙌🏼🌻🏡☺️
My name is Savanna and I am 21 years old! I grew up in Seville, in the Yarra Valley. I have a Bachelor of Creative Arts from La Trobe University and I am now working in a vintage boutique! Now that's out of the way! I am an actress who is about to direct their first play! I love TV, food and wine, cheese, knitting, hanging with friends and being all round creative. I'm a very fun, extroverted person who enjoys a good chat with housemates but also respects alone time. I am tidy and will complete weekly chores. I'm having to move because of a break up (yay) :( so I would love to find somewhere soon :)
Hi! I’m originally from London, been in Australia for nearly two years and in Melbourne for 7 months! I currently study and work in the film industry (so I have two more years just incase anyone was wondering). I also work part time at Tiffany in the city! Working on a tv series at the moment and I do get up early to go to the gym, so I do have a crazy schedule so definitely looking for a lovely place to come home to! I’m very easy going and sociable and looking for likeminded housemates I can sometimes watch a movie and share a bottle of wine or two with! Definitely looking to stay the north side of Melbourne! I am also a vegan but it doesn’t bother me if you are not! Annndd I wrote waaaay too much haha... Looking forward to meeting new people :)
Hey, I'm a 33yo female from Melbourne. I'm a pretty switched on individual, love to laugh, try not take life too seriously, am an introvert but equally social, love bars and catching up with friends, love books, movies, animals. Will keep things tidy :)
Heya! I'm Julian, I work full-time as a designer and recently took a new position down here in Melbourne after being in Brisbane for the last few years. I'll be working in Fitzroy, so somewhere that isn't too difficult to get work would be ideal. I've lived in multiple share houses over the years so I know how it works and am a very considerate roomie. I'm always down to have a chat and share the occasional meal/drink and not adverse to binge watching some Netflix. I enjoy art, music and (of course) design. I keep fairly busy during the week with work and usually try get out an about on weekends.
Tidy, simple, private room in a newly-renovated and stylishly furnished house in Princes Hill. The location is great: short (5-10 min) walk to Sydney Road, Princes Park, Lygon Street tram; short bike ride (5-10 mins) to Fitzroy, Carlton, CBD. The house gets lots of light; it is peaceful but friendly. The room has reverse cycle air conditioning, new carpet, built-in robes, built-in desk and a chair, and also opens up to an upstairs balcony that gets lots of sun. It's about 3.5 x 3.5 metres, and all you need is a bed or futon. Downstairs has in-floor heating in polished concrete, and all new furniture. Ideal if you are new to Melbourne and looking to establish yourself, or just need a place for a month or more for some reason or other, but happy with longer-term. A second room (with ensuite) will may become available in the house shortly--inquire if interested in bigger room with more privacy (but a bit more expensive, about $375).

Hi, My friend Shaki and I are looking for a housemate to move out with! I work in TV as a camera assistant/editor, Shaki is completing his Masters degree in Networking and works at Nixon. I'll be spending half my time at my girlfriend's house and Shaki will be studying/working/taking photos We both are super easy to get along with, love to hang out, are clean and will respect your privacy! In our free time we like to go out for drink, see a movie or work on our next photography/videography project. If you like the sound of us and see as potential future-housemates, then feel free to give me a call to arrange a meet-up for a coffee/drink. Hope to hear from you soon. Thanks, Eren Besiroglu
Hi I'm Kelly working full time for Vic Government. I'm clean, respectful, house trained and can be pretty house proud. I'm a pretty social person and try to catch up with mates in the week for dinners, movies, exhibitions whatever Melbourne has to offer that week. I'm ideally looking for housemates of a similar age who enjoy a night out as much as they enjoy a night.
I’m in my early 30s and looking for a place for me and my excellent cat, Bear. For fun I dance and play basketball and occasionally get addicted to those weird free games that instagram always shows you ads for. For money I’m a graphic designer. When I’m at home I love being in a space that can be a sanctuary from busy life but also a welcoming fun place where friends are welcome for dinner and housemates enjoy each other’s company.
Hi! I'm Tillie. I'm 24 and I moved to Melbourne about 6 months ago to pursue my career in Digital Comms. Currently I'm working 9-5 in the CBD. I'm neat and tidy, but easy-going, friendly and I like to laugh. As I work full-time, I'm not a big party girl. I enjoy my own space as well as chatting and hanging out (if it involves wine and good movies/average TV, all the better). I love music, good food, heading to gigs and have a penchant for the 90s. I don't smoke, no food/animal allergies/preferences and I'm super pro-pets. I come vehicle-less. I own bedroom furniture and a few other household items (some kitchenware etc.) but not enough to clutter up an established household. I've done the share house biz before and I feel like I strike a good balance between doing my own thing and being keen to hang out. My move date is ASAP and basically it's just a matter of booking a truck (and some people with upper body strength). In summation, if you like wine and average puns, I'm your (house)mate.
Looking for a room in a share house with a communal vibe. Ideally, a long term place in the Inner North for around $200. I am currently working part time and volunteering. Friendly, respectful and tidy!
Well hello there... As you have probably realised, with your high observational skill level, my name is Clare. I am 26, from the UK, and have lived in Melbourne for the last 2.5 years. My current lease isn't up until July 2018, so ideally I am looking to meet some people who are interested in starting a long-term share house. Work FT in the CBD, so I am looking for a place that isn't too far so I can easily cycle to work and my gym which is in Fitzroy. Looking for a social household, dinners and drinks together would be great. That said, everyone needs their own space don't they? I think most people know how to respect boundaries though so not too worried about that. My job can be pretty full-on at times, I spend all day talking to strangers, so I do like to decompress after a long day at the office. I'm looking for a house share, rather than a flat share. Having lived in an apartment the last 18 months, I am super keen for some outdoor space to bbq in the summer or potter about in. I am looking for somewhere with a fairly modern kitchen and AC/Heating too. I am hoping to find somewhere in the following suburbs: Carlton North Carlton Fitzroy North Collingwood Brunswick East Clifton Hill Princes Hill Northcote Get in touch if you have a place for me in your home, or your hearts, or if you are thinking about starting a house share. C x :)
Textile Design exchange student from New York City studying at RMIT from July-November hoping to find a room! Clean in common areas, respectful roommate, outgoing and down to hang out but also appreciates alone time. Responsible and reliable with rent (I have been living independently in New York City for a year)
Hi :) I am a clean and tidy person who is easy to get along with. Currently living in Melbourne but am looking for another room, preferably with a move in date in before end of April. I am studying Arts at Melbourne Uni. Between uni and work (hospitality) I will be keeping quite busy but will always time to catch up with housemates or do nice things like shared dinners, movie nights and go to events. I'm interested in pretty much all art from film and photography to literature and history as well sciences but am always keen to learn about new fields from the people I live with. Send me a message if I seem like a good fit for your home! :) Happy for a lease that is 6 + months. Student Non-smoker LBGTQI friendly
Hi! I'm Chelsea. I'm making the move from Tassie to Melbourne in May. Looking for a suitable place to live and make it a home. I'll be working night shifts in Melbourne CBD; I'll be a quiet housemate. I have a partner so will need to live with people who don't mind his appearing once or twice a week. I'm interested in culture, music, comedy, and performing arts. I generally prefer a quiet and relaxing atmosphere at home where I can chill out and watch Netflix or play video games. Would prefer to move mid-May, but will pay weekly rent beforehand if necessary to secure a place.
I'm easy going, open minded, clean and can cook! I'm a head chef in a cafe in Brunswick and I'm originally from the UK I enjoy listening to music, eating out, hitting the bars, or staying in and cooking with a bottle of red...as in drink the red while cooking! I also enjoy outdoor activities and new adventures. I'm fairly new to Melbourne so keen to explore, meet new people and make new friends, this will be my new home for the forseeable future so looking to plant some roots and enjoy living down under!
Hey everyone! I'm a Nutritional Medicine student, studying full time at Endeavour College of Natural Health in the CBD. Am currently looking for a place close to Carlton/Princes Hill area. I'm super tidy and organised, I love the outdoors and I love cooking delicious vegan food! I spend most of my time studying or at uni and love to unwind, go for a walk, do pilates and watch a movie at the end of a long day :)
Hi Everyone! My name's Mark and I am looking to start, or join, a beautiful share house in an awesome location in the inner northern suburbs. I am looking for new home that is clean, tidy and respectful but also somewhere where we can let our hair down and entertain from time to time. I am ideally looking to live with people who have lived in share houses before and are 25+. I work full time as an event manger at a university in the city and in my spare time I collect records, DJ, attend music festivals and organise events around Melbourne. House, jazz, old school hip hop, Detroit house/techno among many others is my jam. If you happen to be interested in electronic music, visual art, graphic design or event planning that would also be really bloody cool! As a housemate, I really enjoy cooking at home, so a good kitchen is essential to the house I would be looking for. Outdoor space to relax in during those summer evenings and have a veggie patch would also be highly desirable. I am always happy to hang out over a meal and a glass of wine/beer. I am quite out going and sociable but have lived in share houses for 5+ years and am respectful of others' space within the home. I value living in a house that's clean and where housemates all take responsibility for u[keep as a team. A few other points of interest: - LGBT Friendly - Left leaning politics (inner Melbourne, right!?) - 420 Friendly - Outdoor Smoking only - Enjoy getting out of Melbourne camping - Enjoy Golf Really look forward to meeting some of you to have a chat over a coffee/beer and discuss a potential new share house or a room in your lovely home.
I just moved to Melbourne for 18 months. It's been just 3 weeks and I'm currently staying in a hostel in South Yarra. About myself; 27yo, laid back, chill, clean, respectful and also very friendly person. I am not a party animal but I am definitely open for drinks and dinner, for sure! I believe that I have good sense of humor and great music taste. Love to listen rap, jazz, funk, soul, triphop, electronic genres. I also like playing board games. I am Electrical Engineering graduate but I worked in Digital Marketing field after graduation. Also I ve been in NYC to learn Ableton and DJing :)
Hi, I’m James! I’m very easy to get along with, extremely clean and neat, always down to chat, but equally happy to respect down time and alone time. I am active and love both cooking and gardening. I have secure employment and can always pay rent on time. I don’t smoke, but I’m always down for a cheeky bev or two. If you want to know more, please ask!!!
