Currently working part time for non-profit community group and part time in building/demolition.

I enjoy quiet time relaxing at home, an occasional shared meal and a chat when our paths cross.

Looking for a culture of good communication, where household decisions are made in a collaborative, consensual way.

I'm an early riser and like to run or swim in the morning - so looking for a household that's generally pretty quiet at night and definitely not looking for a party house.

I like getting outdoors when possible, such as a bushwalk from time to time and hope to travel a little overseas again...

I have enjoyed sharing with a number of households over the years - these days prefer a somewhat older demographic as likely better fit.

I'm not in a hurry to move, but if we find a good fit am happy to negotiate timing.
