Hi my names Joe I am currently living on the Gold Coast and looking to find a new place to live on the Gold Coast, i work in aged care and people with disabilities community care work for the last 7 years .I have good credentials been on a lease for the last 4 years living alone and currently up to date with all my rent and payments so a reference from my landlord should be easy for me to obtain.I dont have any pets or kids so this amongst other things im writing about me here may make me more appealing than other potenial tennants? .Im also very clean and tidy .Also im a very sport orientated person too and love my football, the surf the beach and the ocean 🏖 .Allways up for a friendly chat with tennants but I like to have my own time and space at home also to relax after work or being outside, cooking also is good to save money at home. At home i enjoy watching movie,s, and t.v series in my room,or chill out in the lounge a little bit if other tenants are friendly to talk but i also like to keep to myself to give other roomies there headspace.Definatly not a party person but i dont mind the odd beer in moderation.By the way I dont smoke or vap, im not fused about not getting off street parking my cars been parked out on steets where i live for years!
