Definitely the rooftop. It easily has the best view of the city, a huge infinite / lap pool and fully equipped gym. There's a cinema up there too, never used it, though. There is also a powder room, kitchen lounge and dining, with a very large balcony off the lounge. Fully ducted air conditioning. It's fully secured, including security front doors at 6pm and 24/7 security to the floor. There is a pool, spa, gym, sauna on the 5th floor and a fully equipped BBQ area on the 26th floor. There is a double bed and drawers included and I don't believe the apartment is large enough for couples and does not come with a car park. Sorry.
