My name is Liv, I'm 25 and work in digital marketing. I am moving to Sydney from London as I have a six-month secondment with my company out there. I am very friendly and chatty, and I like to go out and about exploring local bars, cafes and restaurants with friends, but also enjoy relaxing at home and watching a good TV show sometimes. I also enjoy cooking, attempting to gym and spending lots of time outdoors in the sun! I'm hoping to find somewhere I can get to know my flatmates and enjoy catching up over dinner or the odd glass of wine (or BBQ), but I'm also very independent and like my own space, so wouldn't be on top of each other all the time. Would love to hear from you! Liv

Supermarkets, cafes, restaurants and gyms all within walking distance. Public transport (buses) can be accessed within a couple of minutes walk from the apartment. I'm 27 years old. I'm Irish, I've been living in Sydney for the last 3 years. I work full time as a Regional Safety Manager for an Engineering company. I usually work 7am to 5pm but can be longer depending on where I am in Sydney. My role takes me all over the Sydney region. When I'm not working I'm big into sports and the outdoors. I attend the gym regularly during the week and usually out hiking or doing some sort of activity at the weekends. During the week I'm pretty busy with work and gym so I spend most of my weekends meeting up with friends, general socialising dinner and drinks the usual story. Up for a laugh and fun at the weekends.
I am a 24yr old working professional. I work Monday-Friday full time doing business development. I grew up in Maroubra and I am very local to Sydney. I like to come home and relax/unwind as I am on the phone all day, however I also enjoy soicalising, whether it be over a drink or dinner. I am a respectful and tidy person who values a nice clean home. I am very sociable and love to go out with friends and have a laugh/drink. I enjoy nights in as well, whether it be relaxing and watching movies or having a nice dinner around the table. I love to meet new people, and I am always open to new friendships. I am very outgoing and easy to get along with. I have an open mind and I am always up for new ideas and change. I am looking for a place I can call home. I am very fair when it comes to household chores and I always do my part to keep the household in a good condition. I love pets as well (I have a dog of my own - lives with my parents).
Irish nurse, been living in Sydney for he past 3 years. Just back from some travelling and looking for a place in the eastern suburbs! Heading to Asia in January for a month so ideally would like somewhere just until then, but if I love the place I'm happy to keep the room while I'm away! I'm clean, easy going and social, play a few sports...and I guess that's it?!
The apartment is fully furnished besides the bedroom. It has a lovely north facing balcony so has the sun all day. The apartment is 5 minute walk from The spot which has a variety of restaurants and a cinema. It is also a 5 minute bus ride to Coogee Beach. I have just moved into this place and am still getting myself organised so more furniture will be added.
My name is Jess and I'm a 27 year old female public servant. I'm originally from Canberra but moved to Sydney a few months ago for work. I've been house-sitting around town, which has been great fun but I'm looking to find somewhere more permanent with a great group of people. I am easy going, friendly and reliable, will always pay rent on time and will keep the house tidy. I like being social and having a good chat over a glass of wine but also appreciate having some down time. I enjoy reading, running and the occasional Netflix binge and am always keen for a trivia sesh at the pub. I'm currently finishing off my undergrad, majoring in Human Rights so I do have some quiet weekends in studying. I'd love to find somewhere relaxed and with a friendly atmosphere, and it would be great to meet a few new people as I don't know too many people in Sydney.
I'm a PhD student at UNSW and work as a private tutor and teach at uni. I'm a pretty relaxed and low maintenance flatmate. With the little time I have free, I like to go see live bands, go to the movies and cook.

Kiegan and I both work and study, he works 5 days a week and studies part time while I work 1-3 nights a week and study full time. We both have stable and reliable incomes and aren't the type to pay rent late! We are currently looking to move extremely soon, with very little notice on behalf of the leaseholder/housemate. Our house is getting demolished next Tuesday (26/09/17). I'm lucky I have next week off but this definitely isn't how I expected to spend my mid-sem break. I also have a little fluffy kitty that would need to be welcome as well. I'm struggling to find anywhere within our budget that would accept a couple and a cat, so if you know of anyone, please get in touch! We basically need to be out by Monday night as the demolition starts Tuesday morning.
It is a light, airy, pretty, top floor apartment, and the room has great views across the city and stunning sunsets. Considerate and friendly neighbours, and the street and apartment block is quiet. It is 15 minutes walk to UNSW or centennial park and 10 minutes to Royal Randwick Shopping centre and Prince of Wales. 200 meters from the bus stops on Cowper street with lines to the City, central and Coogee. It is 400 meters walk to Bondi and Bondi Junction bus stops. There is a vacant lot two doors down that supplements the on-street parking. Non-smoking and no-pet apartment, but with optional occasional cat sitting for the neighbours.
I am a 21 year old french girl doing an internship in Syndey. I want to move form my actual place, so I am looking for a room which will be availale in one month (around the 22 of october). However if I found someone to take my actual room before, I will be able to move earlier. I wiil stay until the 21 of december. I am friendly, tidy, and calm. I will barely be there... I am coming down to Fox to work on a film. I am extremely tidy; just need a parking spot, a bed, laundry and bathroom. I will buy meals out so will only use kitchen for tea/coffee. I am also a Qld fire and rescue officer and any spare time is spent surfing and playing music or reading. Have two daughters and live on the Sunshine Coast. Will need room from 4-6 weeks. Cheers
