Currently working in construction in the eastern suburbs. Looking for a place for the next few months before I go to do my farm work and extend my working holiday visa. I loves all watersport activities, mainly freediving & sailing. Would prefer a social house in Sydney to make a new group of friends but you won't find me blasting out some acid techno at 3am off my rocker.
Hi all, I'm looking for a private room. I'm 19 and have just graduated from The Fashion Institute. I work as a Casual at Sephora but am heavily supported by my parents so the rent will always be paid on time. I'm fun, communicative and very easy going socially. I'm neat and tidy and respect people's space. I enjoy my personal space but also love to hang around and chat after a busy day. Looking for a place to move into as soon as possible (SOS!). Hope to get in touch soon!
Hey there! I am Lucas from Germany. After studying in the Netherlands, Portugal and Italy, I decided to seek a new adventure in Australia, where I will be spending the final semester of my Master's degree at the University of Sydney. I'm currently travelling New Zealand with my girlfirend and will return to Sydney at the end of February. I'm seeking to move at the beginning of March but am generally flexible and happy to adjust to your preferences. I'm into all kinds of sports including kitesurfing, swimming and basketball and enjoy socialising very much. I'd describe myself as easy going and sociable but also value privacy and respect for personal space. I like to think of myself as tidy and clean, without being obsessed with cleaning. Next to my studies, I will be working 20h per week and thus hope to find a nice balance between social and quiet evenings.
Bayley and I (Haylie) have moved to Sydney from Adelaide just over a month ago for work and are temporarily staying with a friend while we look for a rental property of our own to call home. I work full time in the advertising industry as an Art Director/Designer and my role involves thinking, creating and designing ideas and strategy for various brands e.g. Netflix, Coopers Beer etc. When I’m not working playing soccer. It’s a great way to stay fit and also make friends as I settle into Sydney. Bayley is a successful and passionate Cinematographer who works in the film and advertising industry. Bayley has worked on TV shows like Wolf Creek, My Kitchen Rules, Poh & Co (Season 1 & 2) and movies such as Tracks along with creating TV commercials, web series and video content for my various clients. Our references we can provide you with will assure you that we are friendly, clean, well-presented and would make great tenants for the property. Also if there is any off street car parking or enough on street car parking near property that would be a bonus :)
Hi guys, I’m a young professional from the UK looking for a place to stay in Sydney. I hold a 457 sponsorship visa and i'm looking for somewhere to live for 6 months minimum. I work in the CBD Monday to Friday every week with long hours so I’m not much of a midweek partier, however I do like to socialise on the weekend as I’m sure most people do. I understand what it’s like to live with people and the importance of personal space, so I like to think I’m a pretty clean and respectful person. If you want to know anything else, don’t hesitate to contact me. Max
Hi everyone! My name is Emma, a 31-year old Swede returning to Sydney on a Working Holiday Visa. Some facts about me: Love to travel, Netflix and HBO-binger, easy-going, tidy (almost neat-freak), respectful, up for a laugh and a beer or glass of wine. See you around! Emma
Hi guys I am looking for a nice place to stay near the coast. I am 28 years old, both Aussie and Swiss and work full-time at UNSW in research. I live a healthy lifestyle and enjoy my free time on the beach. I am very sociable and enjoy chatting over a glass of wine and a platter of cheese:). Hopefully I will hear from you soon, cheers Janine
Not looking for a party house. Would like a place I can study, have stimulating conversation and learn from other students or professionals. I'm very relaxed, fair, and live a reasonably minimalist lifestyle. Interests include science (mostly physics), the arts (mostly music production) and philosophy.
Relocating from the UK after spending the last 5 months travelling around South America and Southern Africa. Half Australian half English which makes the ashes a very hard thing to follow. Love sports and will be playing or watching most days of the week. Enjoy a good few beers to the back end of the week and over the weekend.
Hello, I am an international student from Singapore, currently studying in UNSW. It's my last semester right now for my BA in Arts. I am looking for a nice place to get by. Being a mature aged student, I am pretty much a hermit when it comes to the semester as I am really wanting to concentrate on getting my degree. Although I spend most of my time in my room, I do like to do the occasional drinks or dinner. Besides uni I work an online job giving kids in China English conversational classes. I have them usually around noon onwards on the weekends and some weeknights. I may be abit loud during those times only because my mic isn't that good but I will be getting a better one. You could also listen in on the fun conversations I have with the kids! I think I'm pretty easy-going and responsible. Common areas should be maintained well and I'd gladly take part in keeping it that way. I hope to hear from you soon! Thank you.
Hello my name is Sofia and I’m 21 moving to Sydney from the Sunny Coast to start a fashion internship. I have recently been overseas working on yachts for the past two years so I can appreciate a friendly easy going community as well as privacy. I live a highly active and healthy lifestyle and am a reliable, fun and clean housemate. :) I enjoy being social and sharing a cup of tea, wine or a meal with housemates, but also like to do my own thing. I like to spend my free time going to music events, camping and exploring interesting places, going to the beach, reading, exercising, and photography. But am always up to try new activities! As my internship will be starting shortly I am trying to move to Sydney as soon as possible, the latest being the 12th of March. I will be in the Sydney on the 1st and 2nd of March to meet up for a chat.
Hi, my name is Martin and I'm 27 years old from Sweden. I work here in Sydney as an Animator making movies and just finished making the Lego Batman Movie. I'm an easy going clean person to live with. I love chilling infront of a movie drinking some beer (or coffee depending on the time of day). Some other things I do is draw, explore the various coffee shops you have here in Sydney and I also love going to the beach. Hope to hear from you! Martin
Easy-going, very tidy and clean guy. I have 33 years old and appreciate a quiet and calm home environment. Not a party people kind of guy at all. Mostly into tea than wine, music than watching TV, eating raw and fresh food instead of cooking. When I am at home, I pretty like to relax, what does not mean I do not like a nice chat after a long day. Professionally, I have a background in the marketing and communication sector, as an account manager in advertising agencies. I am a international student doing a MBA for the next two years in Sydney. My interests are related to a healthy lifestyle, such as outdoors activities, running, pilates, yoga, going to the beach, the park, and discovering new places.

The flat I am looking for must be clean with a good vibe. I love Bowie, Pink Floyd and other great music...

I love going to the beach in the summer and I try to be as fit and active as I can be. This place is a sun-drenched, peaceful and lofty haven, yet still close to the beach (10 mins walk) and very close to the Spot (5 mins walk). Your room has views over the rooftops of Coogee Bay and Randwick, and it's breezy, and pleasant. There is a spare room too, but it's for our visitors not a third flat mate. The lounge opens onto the balcony and faces the horizon and a huge jacaranda tree. The building residents are friendly at a respectable distance, and we have a nice pool. I get a cleaner every two weeks (minimum, sometimes more often): that's included in the rent. I have ADSL2 internet, and the place is Foxtel ready (I have an iQ2), but I don't have it switched on. I love to cook, and the kitchen and laundry has every item you need, and a dishwasher, and Miele dryer and washer. There's a Weber Baby Q bbq and a little charcoal one on the balcony that you're welcome to use. My must haves in my housemate: empathetic, must love animals (especially my cat), clean and tidy, and takes care of our environment. And my wish list: a fellow food, music and learning lover.
