Hey i'm Shaun and i'm a working actor here in Sydney. I've recently been housesitting my parents place in leafy Wahroonga (the family home:) but they will be returning soon so it's time to move out ! I'm pretty easy going - certainly not a party animal although I do enjoy a few cheeky beers on the weekend. I read, enjoy films, music, golf, fishing, play guitar and not a bad cook. I enjoy time with my mates and family is everything. Would be great to have a chat - Happy Housematehunting ! S
I'm a sociable graphic designer, but currently working as labor. Always keen to watch movies, go out for dinner or a drink or two. Looking for a place that would not be just a place to live but a place I could call home. I'm very responsible, clean and tidy. Hope to find flatmates that could become friends.
***ABOUT ME:*** •Hello! My small dog and I are looking for a home. We are looking for housemates who LOVE DOGS! •I'm a 28 years young Sydney-born Full Time 9am-6pm working professional in the photography industry in the CBD. I'm honest, responsible and reliable; I pay all my current existing bills on time and can most definitely pay my future rent/bills on time! •I keep my personal and communal areas clean and tidy e.g. I like to wash my dishes straight away so that I never leave dishes sitting in the sink smelly for days or for others to wash up after me. •I'm friendly, like to hangout/chillout and like to get to know people. At the same time, I'm quiet, shy and like to relax on my own. I'm looking for a place to live where it's quiet, drama-free and not a party house as I love a good night's sleep. •I am respectful of other people and their personal space and property. •During the working week: I like to take my dog for walks, go to the gym and go to bed as early as I can. •On the weekends: I like to treat my dog to the dog beach/park, skateboard and cook my meals for the coming week. •My interests/hobbies: mini outdoor adventures/seaside hikes with my dog, skateboarding, gym, arts and crafts (e.g. film photography, loom knitting, building gundams), going to live music concerts, watching movies/tv shows, boardgames...and so many more! •I'm a non-smoker and am looking to live with other non-smokers only. I don't do drugs and I am not a heavy alcohol drinker. •I am looking to live at a place for longer term (minimum 12 months). •I am looking to live within walking distance to a train station or light rail as I don't drive. •I would organise my own food as I cook fresh meat and vegetables for my dog as well. I would most likely cook my week's worth of food on the weekend then freeze it so I don't have to cook during the working week. ***ABOUT MY DOG:*** •My dog is a 6 years young male Chihuahua. •He is doggy door toilet trained, desexed, vaccinated and microchipped. •He is a clean indoor dog and sleeps on my bed. It would be ideal for him to have access to indoors and outdoors when I'm not home so he can go to the toilet outside and sleep inside. I have a removable doggy door panel which is simply a vertical panel of glass with a doggy door at the bottom which slots in next to a sliding door. •He loves people but needs time to warm up to them, so he is shy and nervous initially. •He is friendly and playful with other small dogs. He hasn't lived with another dog before, but I think a dog friend would be good company for him as he doesn't like to be home alone, so we are looking to live with another small dog. •He does bark when someone leaves or enters the home, but only for about 30 seconds. He also barks if he sees another dog walking outside from the home window. So we are looking to live with people who are understanding and tolerant of these now-and-again barks. I plan to have him professionally trained to manage this here-and-there barking. •He becomes scared easily if treated badly by someone and may nip to defend himself. So please, we are looking to live with DOG LOVERS ONLY who will show him lots of love, and won't grab him or yell at him aggressively. •I'm looking for housemates who wouldn't mind feeding my dog once in a while when I stay out past dinner time if I'm out at a music concert or doing something at night. Of course I'd be more than happy to doggysit my flatmates's pets if they'd wish :) •His interests/hobbies: loves going for walks especially by the ocean, playing catch with tennis balls and following me everywhere around the home. •Sorry, he is not cat friendly. ***ABOUT MY FISH:*** •The only piece of 'furniture' I would be bringing to the communal part of the house is my 17 years young fish and his 90 litre fish tank. •It would be ideal to have the tank in a communal area as he likes to watch people walk past and he swims after them. It would be fantastic to place the fish tank close to a sink for easier changing of water.
Awesome flat, top floor, north facing. Quiet area and so accessible to get everywhere in the eastern suburbs and then bus straight into the City! Fab coffee shops and breakfast places on the doorstep while being a 15min walk to the beach. Internet included and full bathroom renovation just completed, place is ready to move into.
Moving to Sydney from NZ to take up a job at UTS. I'm a clean, active, easy-going and social person hoping to find some fun people to live with. I will have a full time job so will likely be busy during the week but am always down for exploring the city, binge watching Netflix or having a cheeky wine on the weekends. Looking for a large private room in a share house close to the CBD or close to a bus/train station - less than a 45min commute via public transport. Preferably furnished with a double bed and available late May. My partner is currently looking to move over in 2-4 months so ideally I will have a room that either he could move into or that I could move out of once he comes. He's a super chill earth scientist who loves to surf.
I am very reliable and always clean after myself. I'm easygoing and enjoy the company of people, whilst respecting the personal space and privacy of everyone I live with. I have lived in a shared room in a share house for more than 1 year so I understand how to live with people from all around the world :)
Hi, We are looking for a place to live for our last few months in Sydney. We have been here in full time work since December but will be leaving at the end of August. Maddy works in the charity sector and Luke is in TV. Both pretty chilled and friendly- happy to socialise with flatmates with the odd glass of wine but equally we respect people's privacy :) Thanks, Maddy and Luke

Hi, I'm 24 years old and just moved here from Queensland earlier this year. I work full time as an engineer and am new to Sydney, so it would be great to move into a house with a fun group of people around my age. I enjoy meeting new people, going out for drinks, training at the gym, and your standard movies, TV shows and video games.

We´re 30 years old brazilian couple, both are workers and english students. We arrived in Sydney a few months ago and we are looking for another house to move in. Most of the time we are between work and school. Couple easy going, very clean and respectfull. In our free time we like go to the beach, drink some beer and relax.
Our apartment is an inviting space with open areas that's central to all things in the Eastern Suburbs. It's a sunny 2 bedroom space with furniture already provided. It is close to UNSW, nearby hospitals, shopping centres and beaches. Buses are a few minutes walk away. It's also close to Centennial Park and the city. The apartment contains an internal laundry and newly renovated kitchen and bathroom. Bedroom is furnished as pictured with king single bed, desk and built in wardrobe. No further furniture is required. We're a couple who are full time working professionals. We like to keep a clean and very tidy place. We're the type who prefers a quiet night in rather than a big night out. We enjoy spending time with friends, exercise and the outdoors. Looking for a quiet, courteous housemate looking to move in at the end of April
Hey! I'm a British exchange student looking for short term furnished accommodation (6 weeks). I'm an outgoing person who loves socialising with new people. Health and fitness are important to me but also love to party. I also consider myself to be very clean, tidy and respectful. Food is life. I am great with animals and children too.
Medium size room at The Spot in Randwick, excellent location, steps away from Ritz cinema, bars and restaurants, 15 minutes walk to Coogee beach and 10 from UNSW. Pretty well serviced by buses (City, Bondi Junction, Central Station and others). Bus stop is steps away from the doorway. The room has a single bed, a desk and a good size built in closet, Internet access. Good size toilet shared with another flatmate. Text messages preferred. Thanks!
Howdy all, I'm an actor just returned from living abroad in the UK, now working for a domestic touring theatre company. I'm a fairly low maintenance room mate, I clean up after myself but am more than willing to contribute to house responsibilities. In all I'm pretty relaxed and easy going, looking for people of like mind to live with.
Hi, my name is Kirralee and I'm looking for a shared/private room. I am a student at unsw, so I would like a room in the suburbs surrounding there. I'm a quiet, non-smoking person and I'm respectful of other people and I'm neat and tidy. I don't party and I like watching movies, listening to music, and reading.
