Hi, I am Laureline, an architect from France. I am 29. I am looking for my own place in Sydney after one year sharing my room in Glebe. I am working full time, I'm easy-going, respectful, I enjoy climbing and hiking, going out with friends, Mexican food . Cheers
30yo, female from London. Full time professional working on Elizabeth Street near Central station. Looking for somewhere for 5+ months. (Picture from my moving down under party back in London, not my everyday outfit 🙄) I'm arriving back in Sydney on Sunday 25th Feb. I was staying at an air bnb in Redfern early Feb and really like that location (before visa process requirements took me out of Australia for a week to Bali, Indonesia). Not such a bad thing #luckyme #unplannedholiday LONGER TERM what I'm looking for is... ~ A welcoming place to call home where I can be myself. ~ At least a couple of housemates. ~ Housemates who like a chat at times, sharing a meal, wine, or watching a movie... that kind if thing. ~ My own space if I need some quiet chill out time...although I'm likely to leave my door open most of the time for socialising. ~ I'm looking for my own room, not a shared room. ~ Don't mind if there is an ensuite or shared bathroom. SHORT TERM I'm currently in Bali, Indonesia due to visa stuff. I'm arriving back in Sydney Sunday morning and back to work full time from Monday morning. If you have somewhere short term where I can base myself to find something else, starting Sunday 25th Feb please get in touch. I work on Elizabeth Street near Cooper street. I'd like to be near work. I'm working full time so won't be a party animal and won't be out every evening. Although I do want to explore Sydney and also get fitter now I have a more outdoors lifestyle so will likely be out on runs/gym/swimming some evenings before cooking a meal at home. I don't drive so a parking space is not required. I don't have pets but don't mind if you do. Dogs preferred :-) I'm female, 30 and from London. If I sound of interest to live with you please do get in touch. Thanks, Vicky
Hi there! I work full time for a tech company called WordPress. I'm relocating to Sydney and looking for place to live in a central location. I'm 29, gay, generally quiet, clean and respectful of my living space. I like my home as a place to chill out and relax, I'm not much of a partyer. I'm into technology, travel, keeping fit, cooking, and I'm pretty nerdy about things like Pokemon, music, and many TV shows. Hope to hear from you!
Hi there! I'm Hayasa, my parents are Japanese and I'm Australian born and raised. I teach at two high schools around the North Shore area, and I'll also be studying my Masters of Commerce part-time at USyd. Something important that I should mention in the beginning of my profile: I play the viola (it's like a larger violin, but not the one you sit down to play for). But- I can practice at work and I'll schedule my practice times while you're away, so hopefully you won't hear a peep. I love to bake (everyone must try my baked cheesecake!), tackle crosswords, and I'm slowly working my towards cultivating my green thumb (if you like fresh herbs and there's enough space, I can bring along my plants for us all to enjoy!). I'm also keen to start running one day, but that day hasn't arrived yet... Other essentials: I've lived with other people before. I'm also in a relationship but my boyfriend lives overseas so it'll only be with me that you'll be living with. I'm clean but I'm not a germaphobe. I shower at night. Sometimes I work on weekends so you might not see me, and other times I might be catching up on emails and doing boring admin stuff. I'm quiet but that doesn't mean I love a good banter and drinks if the occasion arises. I've been an avid cider drinker but I've slowly started to discover beer and I wouldn't mind exploring that more! I also don't smoke. I'm looking to live somewhere long-term, and having my own room. Ideally, I'm looking at a place near a train line (preferably T1 North Shore Line). I can move in at any time. If you want to contact me but can't, I'm sure you can easily find my profile on social media. Flick me a message there! :) Looking forward to hearing from you! Hayasa
Hi There, I'm Wee, a postgrad student from USyd. I'm female, LGBTQ+ friendly and pet friendly. I really respect one's privacy, quiet but friendly. I would not mind a good chat with couple of drinks, but need some quiet time. If you have any vacant place and think that I may suit your place please contact me back. Cheers, Wee
I'm a writer and freelance journalist with a background in literature and languages, currently working in copywriting and marketing. Music and writing are my two great passions. I'm single, love animals, like to get out as much as I can and have drinks with friends, but am just as comfortable being at home reading or chilling out with some good food and wine and having a chat. Love to have a laugh, share, and exercise as much as I can. I'm clean and respectful, and keen to have a good relationship with the right flatmate/s, even if we don't see each other much during the week. I also love gardening and am more than happy to help out around the house, fix stuff... that sort of thing!
Hi! My name is Rommy. I am 25, female and a student. I am of Spanish/South American background. I have lived with flatmates in the past but have been living on my own for about 2 years. My current lease ends on the 20th of February so I need to find a place to move in by the 24th of February. I will be studying at UNSW this march, doing psychology and science. Ideally I am looking for something close to the Kensington campus or city surrounds/randwick/coogee. I'm pretty friendly, respectful of people's privacy and mostly like to keep to myself at home but happy to help out with anything. I am happy to pay $150- $260 ($300 in worse case scenario) a week on rent with utilities included. I don't mind if place is furnished or not. I can bring my own stuff if needed, but I do need internet to be included. If you think you have something suitable for me please get in touch :)
Hi! I'm an international student coming to Australia on the 25th of Feb. I'll be pursuing my Master's degree at the University of Sydney from March this year so I'm looking for a flatmate to find a sharehouse/apartment with. I'm quiet but open-minded and friendly. I can cook and clean after myself. I mind my own business and respect privacy. On a typical weekend, I'm either playing video games or watching netflix. I'm also a green tea addict who tries to eat healthy but can't say no to pizza. I'm open to suburbs far away from the main city as long as they're close to a train station. I also have no idea about the suburbs in Sydney, so if you think a place isn't too far away from my Uni (not more than an hour's commute) then let me know. preferences: - flatshare/sharehouse - private bedroom - shared bathroom is okay - female only apartment/house - rent between $120-$250 pw (i dont have a job yet so the cheaper the better?) - i don't mind pets/children - i'm okay with smokers as long as they don't smoke inside - long term flatmate don't want: - shared room - couples/male flatmate (might accept if there are other female occupants in the house) - parties so loud the neighbors complain - short term flatmate/backpackers Message me if you'd like to know anything else!
Hey, I’m a 24yo full time engineer working to support my eating, adventuring and board game addictions. I am pretty handy with a broom and could probably make you some wooden furniture. I tend to clean my dishes straight after I cook and know my way around a roster if needed. During the week, I enjoy some quiet nights in with Netflix but on the weekends, you can usually find me at the beach, hiking, camping or sometimes volunteering. I’m currently learning how to ride a motorbike but I can easily get around driving or on a non-motored bicycle. I like to have friends over occasionally for a feed/drink but also respectful of your time and space. Speak English, broken Mandarin and have some pretty good Danish pickup lines. My lease is up in my current sharehouse so I'm looking for a new, clean place.
Hello! I am coming to Sydney for an exchange semester at the University of Sydney. I will be in Sydney starting from Feb. 23, till end of June. I am looking for a private room (or some group of people to find and share the flat). Preferably I would like to consider flats with easy transportation options to CBD. Originally I am Turkish, former lawyer and current master's in management student. I am flexible, tidy, neat and friendly. I do not smoke at all and I drink alcohol moderately. That being said I am not a party girl :) I like travelling, reading, watching movies, swimming and trying different foods. I also like cooking, especially desserts!! I cannot live in a house with pets, since I am allergenic to animal fur.
Hi, im going to be based out of Sydeny for work for couple of months; I work a lot crewing on concerts and events, when not working a like to relax and chill. I like to cook when I have the time. I'm clean and easy going and have traveled extensively so don't mind sharing stories over a meal.
My name is Hugo, I am french and I'm about to live 6 months in Sydney for an internship at HelloFresh. I'd love to find roommates to live with and to meet new people. I love to cook, for me and also for other people ;) I am not tough to live with, I'm very clean and I like to socialize a lot.
Hi All! I’m a professional doing Marketing for a multinational, 31 yo Italian girl. As the company is far away from Sydney I leave every morning really early and I arrive late in the afternoon. For this reason I’m searching for a quite place during the week where a glass of wine and a chat is always welcome but not a party house. I lived in Spain for the last 5 years and in beautiful Margaret River, WA for 9 months and completely fall in love with the Australian nature, that’s why I’m always trying to spend my weekends exploring the country. Cooking is a real passion, so I like to organise dinners with few friends sometime - flatmates are always welcome - and spending time in the kitchen. I truly love animals, flowers and all nature in general. I’m really active and I like to spend my free time doing some sport. What I’m searching for: I’m searching for a room with own bathroom, ensuite or not doesn’t matter, preferably close to the train station as I travel twice per day. Ideally I’d like to share the apartment with another professional person, female or male doesn’t matter as I always get along pretty good with everyone. If the place is shared with more people, I’m happy to consider it but only if the spaces in common are large and comfortable. I’m really tidy, clean and respectful so I’d like to find somebody that has the same values. Where: My goal is finding a place along the way of the T1 and T2, so wherever close to Newtown, Macdonaldtown, Enmore, Erskineville, Redfern, Central, Town hall is welcome to be considered. Please contact me if you have a room in that areas and you are searching for a chilled flatmate. Cheers, Sara
23, Capricorn (s don't believe in star signs), finished studying Psychology but now pursuing my passion for film (at Sydney Film School) and working as a captioner for live TV broadcasts.
Young professional (full-time) from Perth looking for a private room in a share house to move into for long term. Looking in inner west or inner east Sydney area as I will be working centrally and using public transport to get around. I'm moving over from Perth for a job in PR and will be working full-time. Would like to move in the week of Monday Feb 26th if possible, but am flexible. I'm clean, considerate, friendly and easy-going. I'm sociable, but also enjoy my own time. So looking for a house with a balance.
My name is Andrea, I'm 20 and studying Architecture at University of Sydney. It is my last year of my bachelor's program and I am looking for a place within 20mins bus from the university to make it easier for me in my last year. I would love to move into my own private room, shared with people with a similar mentality, that are clean and like to have fun! I am super passionate about architecture so you know for sure that I have an eye for detail, style and design (which can be a plus if you want things to look pretty in the house) I am outgoing and always up for a chat and would love roomies that I can hang out with during my spare time. I'm always up for an adventure so if my roomies are up for the casual bay run, bondi to bronte walk or coastal track walks, I'm totally down! I also like my privacy, enjoy my alone time and like to wind down so I understand that some people like to chill out and rejuvenate. I really enjoy cooking and experimenting with different recipes when I have time so be prepared for some nice meals. I like everything clean and will always clean up after myself - the cleaner my room, the more prepared I am to tackle the world. I've just come back from studying abroad in Denmark and am used to living out of home, being independent and cleaning after myself.
Hi there! I’m an international student from Fiji, I love socializing and meeting new people and learning about new places and cultures, but also request my own personal time as well. I’m neat and tidy and independent so I wouldn’t bother you with most things :) looking for a private room with shared facilities
Hi, I'm Sanaz. I work full time in the city. I'm super tidy, friendly but respectful of others privacy. I have lived in shared accommodations for more than 10 yrs so I'm well familiar with rules and etiquette and had always left my old housemates missing me. I don't smoke and am always on time on rent. I socialize out so will hardly have any visitors and hope to find like-minded people. :)
