Hi there, My name is Marina, I am from Russian background, have been living in Melbourne for 3 years, recentely decided to move to Sydney. So I am searching for a private room in a flatshare in a nice location, close to a train station. My new home should be a cozy and nice place where I can have a rest and work when required. Prefer to have fun in the city, not at home. I like cooking, yoga, pilates, traveling, enjoy watching movies and good food;). I am flexible if you like to have friends at the weekends. We should be respectful towards each other;) Text me if I may be any interest for you:) Cheers, Marina
I'm currently a bar manager for a venue in Redfern and would like to live closer to the city for my work. As I work nights I do come home in the latter part of the week and on weekends around midnight - 1am, but I'm aware this isn't everyone's lifestyle so I keep it quiet as I come and go. I'm a relatively quiet, to-myself type of person, though I'm happy to have a drink/chat/cup of tea with my flatties. On my days off I'll most likely be lounging watching netflix or out in town wandering. I pay rent on time, clean up after myself and pay any bills in advance (like internet bills) or as soon as they come in. Any Q's feel welcome to ask.
I am usually working most of the time, and on my time off, I enjoy a quiet time catching up on the news and/or learning to improve my programming/excel skills. Not a smoker and I do not drink much. I do enjoy a drink or two while socialising. I am a quiet and tidy person who appreciates food, movies, music, books, and conversations about just about any topics we can think of. Now I am looking into living full time in Sydney, so I am looking for a place that I can settle down for an extended amount of time. I am hoping to find a place with private room and great company so that I do not have to relocate for awhile.
Hi, I’m a 26 year old working for a non-profit. Originally from England but have lived in Sydney most of my life. I’m easy going and respectful, looking for preferably a sharehouse with max 3 others and prefer no couple but am flexible. I play guitar, like watching shows and films and playing games. I love snorkelling and bushwalking/birdwatching. Enjoy cooking and going out with mates. Ideally I’d have chilled flatmates who are easy going too and enjoy socialising with each other but also respect having alone time too. I’ll probably be buying a projector once I move in so that’s a bonus for movie nights 😛
Hello ! I'm a 28 y/o Filo and I'll be starting a job in Information Technology mid May 2018. I'm looking for a place to rent which is clean, secure and accessible to public transport. I will mainly be out on 8-5 on weekdays As a flatmate: I'm clean, tidy, a non smoker. Easygoing and respectful and sensitive to others' preferences. I enjoy personal time on the weekends and occasional mingling with housemates over food. I enjoy the simple things in life such as travelling, cooking, reading a new book, watching series, exploring new hobbies! What I'm looking for places to rent: - furnished - budget inclusive of bills and internet - near the city or accessible to public transport, ideally ~30 mins or less to get to the city - 1-2 housemates max (preferrably females) - ensuite / own bathroom - can accommodate occasional visits from my partner :) (usually he only just visits on a 1-2 month duration in a year. I'm willing to pay more during the times of his visit to cover for additional usage on common spaces and utilities!)
I'm a relaxed 25 year-old British guy, been in Australia since January on a working holiday visa. Now looking for a room in a flat/house share in Sydney for a minimum of 6 months, but could possibly extend for longer. I'm tidy, polite, down-to-earth and easy to talk to- I get along with everyone I meet! In my spare time, love playing sports with friends, chilling at the beach and having a few drinks at the weekend!
Make up artist, full time student studying youth work. I'm friendly, conscientious and very tidy. Photography, animals, nature and cooking are some of my interests. LGBTQIA+ ONLY. Feel free to ask me any questions :)
Hey all, I’m Stacey, I work full time in HR in a not for profit organisation and I’m from the UK. Faye is also from the UK and works in retail. Lisa is from the Netherlands, working in hospo. We’re social girls who love a chat over a cup of tea/glass of wine. We try to be healthy and occasionally attempt a run. We all met during farm work last year and haven’t really been apart much since. We’re looking for three beds in the same house - triple share or different rooms; it doesn’t bother us :) No bunk beds! Gym and pool would be veryyy appealing. Look forward to hearing from you. :)
Hi! I have been living in Surry Hills and working as an architect in Sydney for 6 months now and I absolutely love this place! I'm Dutch and have always lived in shared houses and would love to continue doing this. Except for my awesome flatmates, my current house is a bit shitty. So I am up for something new. I work full-time, so you will only see me in the mornings, evenings preparing and eating dinner, or in the weekends hanging out and grabbing a drink (if not exploring NSW). My move in date is very flexible. Please, send me a message! Cheers! Olaf
Respectful, sociable, a little reserved, good humoured, responsible. I'm a mature flat mate who has a steady professional job. I am very sociable but am not looking for a party or busy home. I live a hectic lifestyle and home is a sanctuary for me. I'm also looking for flatmates who I can build trust with - not people who lock themselves in their room but know how to share common space while recognising boundaries. Would be great if friendships form but this isn't a requirement because it's something that only evolves and shouldn't be forced. I have a diverse range of interests and am a very pro-active person. I'm a non-smoker and looking for same.
I am a fun-study loving guy. I like to meet new people. I am coming from India for an Internship of 6 weeks at the USyd. I love to cook and live neat and clean. I am always in for hanging out and exploring new places.
I'm half-brazilian half-french girl working full time. I have a working holiday visa, so I probably won't stay more than one year in the apartment, but it doesn't mean I'm don't want to make connections. I want to meet people I'm going to miss when I'm gone (from Australia). Somedays I enjoy being sociable and having a wine, laughting, watching a movie together or even discussing philosophical subjects, and others I just want to stay quiet in my room. Also know when to respect other people's spaces. I'm clean and tidy and organized, mainly when it comes to colective spaces. Carpet is not my preference, because of my alergies, but if it's clean, it might work. Fell free to ask me any questions :)
Working full time in Sydney. Lover of sport, travel, food and wine Am fairly social and play football and oztag, so am not home much during the week
Hey, I'm a full-time communications manager working in financial services. I keep active, most nights I'm at the gym or pilates, or cooking a meal and settling in for a quiet evening. On weekends I'm usually with my boyfriend, working out, having brunch with friends or hanging out with family. I'm clean, easy going, love a chat, and respectful of others time and space. You can count on me to be a reliable and pleasant person to live with. In September I'm going to foster my best friends' dog on a medium-term basis while they're overseas so I want to find a house and get settled in. The dog is an adult Italian sheepdog and spends most of his days sleeping or wandering around the backyard. He's strictly an outdoor dog and a bit of a legend, I hope you fall for him too!
Hey! We are Elif and Alican, a couple in our mid-twenties who came Sydney to work as an Engineer. We are pretty easy going and optimistic, love both chatting and sharing the silence with the person we live. We respect and care about our flatmate. We would enjoy sharing a flat if everyone in the place enjoys it. We keep the place we live clean and neat all the time, so we would be happy if our flatmates also cares this. We are non-smokers. At the weekends, we love hanging out with our friends and exploring new places. We also love enjoying some good wines and food :) Cheers, Elif & Alican
Hi! My name is Natalie and I recently moved to Sydney from Chicago. I work in Redfern in a cafe from Wed-Sat and also take on freelance event planning work. In my free time I enjoy yoga, coastal walks, cycling, cooking, reading, listening to podcasts, dining out, and listening to live music (jazz is my favorite). Since I work early in the morning to open the cafe, I usually go to bed early as well (~10pm). I'm tidy and respectful of the common areas and do my part to keep the apartment clean. I'm independent and enjoy exploring the city solo, often doing my own thing, but also love coming home to share wine/tea, a homemade meal, and a movie with roommates.
Hi I'm Jenya, I'm currently studying Interior Design and work part time at Mecca. I love to make sculptures, travel, ride my bike around town and cook in my spare time. I would be your perfect housemate because I am super chilled, bubbly, easy to hang with, love to have a giggle and have a drink with you, share stories from abroad, respect your personal space and be considerate to your needs, have been living out of home for 4 years, not a huge party animal but am very social, can pay my bills on time.
