Great 2 bedroom apartment in the heart of Redfern. Stones throw from Redfern station and everything else on your doorstep - Cafes, bars, pool, gym, supermarket. Apartment has carpeted floors, large living area, great kitchen space, air con and large balcony with city views. The room available is the master bedroom, will fit a queen bed, with ensuite and balcony access. Im in the process of decking out the place, if you have anything you would like to bring along, please do.
I'm looking for a SHORT TERM tenant for now. Opposite Redfern train station!! 1 furnished room is available for rent for one person (no couples sorry and female preferred). The room has own balcony (view over the water and airport) and you will also have your own bathroom (outside the room). The room has inbuilt mirror wardrobe, a King Koil queen size bed and a study desk+chair. The apartment itself is fully furnished. You just need to bring your personal belongings! :) A little about me: a 30s y/o female professional working in the city. The second room is available for rent now. All bills (standard usage of electricity and gas) plus water and internet are included. The apartment has unlimited fast broadband internet, Netflix and WiiU! It is very clean and modern (5 years old apt). It has a huge balcony and a bbq. It is located right opposite Redfern train station which is literally less than one minute walk! Downstairs at the apartment has a supermarket, nail spa, medical centre, salon, Thai, Jap, Lebanese, Chinese restaurants and plenty of nice cafes. I am looking for a professional person, non smoker, very clean and tidy and not a party person. I am pretty laid back and get along easily with everyone. I am very clean and tidy, don't smoke and I don't party either. Undercover secure parking is available at $50/week. Please contact me if you have any questions or would like to inspect my place.
Young professional (full-time) from Perth looking for a private room in a share house to move into for long term. Looking in inner west or inner east Sydney area as I will be working centrally and using public transport to get around. I'm moving over from Perth for a job in PR and will be working full-time. Would like to move in the week of Monday Feb 26th if possible, but am flexible. I'm clean, considerate, friendly and easy-going. I'm sociable, but also enjoy my own time. So looking for a house with a balance.
Hi, 27 year old Strategy Consultant who has just moved from Perth looking for a permanent place to live. I'm into travelling, checking out the food/bar scene, socialising, chilling/movies and having a good time. Interested to start a fitness regime while here too. I'm very easygoing, happy to socialise or keep to myself, whatever the vibe is in the house. More than happy to do my fair share of the house chores, and like to be tidy. Let me know if you would like to know more or are interested. Cheers, Josh
Hi there! I work full time for a tech company called WordPress. I'm relocating to Sydney and looking for place to live in a central location. I'm 29, gay, generally quiet, clean and respectful of my living space. I like my home as a place to chill out and relax, I'm not much of a partyer. I'm into technology, travel, keeping fit, cooking, and I'm pretty nerdy about things like Pokemon, music, and many TV shows. Hope to hear from you!
Hi All! I’m a professional doing Marketing for a multinational, 31 yo Italian girl. As the company is far away from Sydney I leave every morning really early and I arrive late in the afternoon. For this reason I’m searching for a quite place during the week where a glass of wine and a chat is always welcome but not a party house. I lived in Spain for the last 5 years and in beautiful Margaret River, WA for 9 months and completely fall in love with the Australian nature, that’s why I’m always trying to spend my weekends exploring the country. Cooking is a real passion, so I like to organise dinners with few friends sometime - flatmates are always welcome - and spending time in the kitchen. I truly love animals, flowers and all nature in general. I’m really active and I like to spend my free time doing some sport. What I’m searching for: I’m searching for a room with own bathroom, ensuite or not doesn’t matter, preferably close to the train station as I travel twice per day. Ideally I’d like to share the apartment with another professional person, female or male doesn’t matter as I always get along pretty good with everyone. If the place is shared with more people, I’m happy to consider it but only if the spaces in common are large and comfortable. I’m really tidy, clean and respectful so I’d like to find somebody that has the same values. Where: My goal is finding a place along the way of the T1 and T2, so wherever close to Newtown, Macdonaldtown, Enmore, Erskineville, Redfern, Central, Town hall is welcome to be considered. Please contact me if you have a room in that areas and you are searching for a chilled flatmate. Cheers, Sara
Vanessa. French. 19y : I am looking for nice roommates who would be willing to meet me, I am clean and discreet. I accept the shared rooms even if I have a preference for a single room. My budget goes up to 250pw. around Sydney. PV ME ⭐️ Vanouss ⭐️
I'm vegan, a student, clean, have a normal sleep wake cycle, and always up for conversations. Love going to the gym and meeting new people. Getting into yoga right now.
Hi, I am Laureline, an architect from France. I am 29. I am looking for my own place in Sydney after one year sharing my room in Glebe. I am working full time, I'm easy-going, respectful, I enjoy climbing and hiking, going out with friends, Mexican food . Cheers
Hi, I'm a 27 year old graduate accountant looking for a place to stay. I currently work at Sydney Olympic park. I enjoy socializing, movies, tennis and the gym. Alex
Hi, we are 2 chefs who have traveled from the UK and are looking to stay with some interesting and lovely people. We will be working long hours so no late night parties.
Hi there! I'm Hayasa, my parents are Japanese and I'm Australian born and raised. I teach at two high schools around the North Shore area, and I'll also be studying my Masters of Commerce part-time at USyd. Something important that I should mention in the beginning of my profile: I play the viola (it's like a larger violin, but not the one you sit down to play for). But- I can practice at work and I'll schedule my practice times while you're away, so hopefully you won't hear a peep. I love to bake (everyone must try my baked cheesecake!), tackle crosswords, and I'm slowly working my towards cultivating my green thumb (if you like fresh herbs and there's enough space, I can bring along my plants for us all to enjoy!). I'm also keen to start running one day, but that day hasn't arrived yet... Other essentials: I've lived with other people before. I'm also in a relationship but my boyfriend lives overseas so it'll only be with me that you'll be living with. I'm clean but I'm not a germaphobe. I shower at night. Sometimes I work on weekends so you might not see me, and other times I might be catching up on emails and doing boring admin stuff. I'm quiet but that doesn't mean I love a good banter and drinks if the occasion arises. I've been an avid cider drinker but I've slowly started to discover beer and I wouldn't mind exploring that more! I also don't smoke. I'm looking to live somewhere long-term, and having my own room. Ideally, I'm looking at a place near a train line (preferably T1 North Shore Line). I can move in at any time. If you want to contact me but can't, I'm sure you can easily find my profile on social media. Flick me a message there! :) Looking forward to hearing from you! Hayasa
Hi folks! Looking to move into a room in a flat share with a clean, friendly person :) I’m 34 and I work in the city as an Event Organiser. I lead an active lifestyle but I also enjoy relaxing at home with a glass of wine. I don’t think we need to be super best friends but a bit of chit chat is always nice. I’m an early bird so I think a place that is quiet on school nights will be the best fit. Ideally I’d like to share with a man but I’d be open to sharing with woman if we get along. Happy flatmate finding!
We are three Indian students who are clean and organized studying at USYD looking for accommodation near to the university. We are fine with drinking and smoking.
Hello! I am coming to Sydney for an exchange semester at the University of Sydney. I will be in Sydney starting from Feb. 23, till end of June. I am looking for a private room (or some group of people to find and share the flat). Preferably I would like to consider flats with easy transportation options to CBD. Originally I am Turkish, former lawyer and current master's in management student. I am flexible, tidy, neat and friendly. I do not smoke at all and I drink alcohol moderately. That being said I am not a party girl :) I like travelling, reading, watching movies, swimming and trying different foods. I also like cooking, especially desserts!! I cannot live in a house with pets, since I am allergenic to animal fur.
I'm a writer and freelance journalist with a background in literature and languages, currently working in copywriting and marketing. Music and writing are my two great passions. I'm single, love animals, like to get out as much as I can and have drinks with friends, but am just as comfortable being at home reading or chilling out with some good food and wine and having a chat. Love to have a laugh, share, and exercise as much as I can. I'm clean and respectful, and keen to have a good relationship with the right flatmate/s, even if we don't see each other much during the week. I also love gardening and am more than happy to help out around the house, fix stuff... that sort of thing!
