Hi! We have 1 bedroom in our 3 bedroom home coming up available from January 1, if you are interested further details are below: We are a small family, myself, my partner and our 2 fur-kids. We have a 3 bedroom home and currently have a room occupied by ourselves and 1 by our other housemate. We are all of Indian backgrounds and are hoping to find a suitable person to accommodate in our 3rd bedroom. Loving dogs is a must. Our pets are very loving and cuddly pups and love people. They are inside dogs and love to chill on the couch and watch Indian TV or just sleep around the house. We are hoping to find someone who would be happy to let them into their heart as well as being comfortable around them, the perfect example – our retriever currently sleeps in our other housemates room but likes to roam around if she wakes during the night until she is comfortable again (which is usually under the bed), whereas the other likes to check to make sure everyone is in their rooms before he goes to bed (he never sleeps away from us unless we are not home). As well as friending our pets, we are hoping to find someone who can become part of the family. We always have movies running and there’s nothing better than a dog cuddling up to you to watch a movie. Located in the Heart of Richmond we are a mere 60 second walk to a premium Train station (Richmond) as well as a 2 minute walk to Swan Street and 5-10 minute walk to Melbourne Olympic Parks. This is a great location for anyone working in the CBD or going to University as public transport is very easy to find. This is a 1 bathroom household with shared Kitchen, and we ask that anyone moving in be neat and tidy, and happy to chip in with the dishes and housework. I constantly am in and out during the day and my partner works full time and on shift work so any additional help around the house is a big help. Requirements that we are looking for: -MUST love dogs, this is non-negotiable as they live inside, we do have a yard that they play in but they sleep and eat and chill mostly indoors as our yard is all concrete. -Non Smoker - due to experiences in the past and will not accept smoking applicants. -Happy to chip in with the housework – the last few people have taken advantage of the fact that my partner spends her days off cleaning the house, with any new housemate moving in, cleanliness will be the duty of all persons living in the house, this includes cutting the grass also. -Be happy to pet sit when we are not home, we do occasionally go to interstate for weekends to visit family and would need to make sure someone is around to let the dogs out to the backyard as well as topping up water and food and having some playtime as well. The room: The room comes unfurnished, however will have curtains and we are in the process of putting in fly screens so windows can be left open especially during summer. Costs and inclusions: Includes - Room, Electricity bill, Internet and water, use of washing machine and dryer also.

I am an easy going 28 year old. I like be active and out and about when I can, whether that is having a drink or trying new food. I work full time in sales at The Urban List, so if you need tips on places to visit in Melbourne I can help. I like to live in a clean and fun house, where I can share time with my housemates but also have time to myself. I enjoy all my sports, especially the footy and get to as many games at the MCG as I can.
Hi, Originally a kiwi, I have been living in Australia for the last 10 years. I have had a recent promotion at work and am relocating from the Gold Coast back to Melbourne. I am clean, tidy and respectful of other people’s space and belongings. I’m looking for a home that is drama-free and peaceful. I enjoy spending time with my friends at festivals, comedy shows, catching up for brunch and generally exploring what the city has to offer. It would be great to find flatmates I could share a meal or a glass of wine with every now and again. Kylie
I have my own home in Castlemaine so I like to take care. I'm looking for somewhere beautiful to live, that I can feel at home in, rather than feeling transient. I'm from Melbourne but have lived extensively overseas. I returned back to Melbourne in August 2017 and still finding my feet again in a town that's changed so much. I have had a couple of parking fines recently so settling back into the big smoke quite nicely, thank you. I'm an Ayurvedic practitioner (Indian holistic medicine), do my own yoga thing so although I've learned how to balance it out with being a normal human, I keep a pretty moderate lifestyle comparatively - means I have a drink now and then but it's not my M.O. I'm a home vegetarian but not bothered by what others choose. I'm definitely not a smoker and would prefer a non smoker house mate. I haven't been doing it much lately but would like to get back into more adventurous cooking mode in the spirit of living a balanced life. I'd love a great kitchen with space for spices and stuff. I have a dog so I keep things clean. Bella is 9. I've had her 2 years from the RSPCA. She's amazing indoors, really chilled out. She's a kelpie/staffy cross so she just needs me to walk her everyday or she gets sooky. :) She's good with all other dogs except other kelpies (weird), incredible with kids and a total suck to other adults. She's very well mannered and I adore her. I am spending time writing for my online presence. I earn money doing odd jobs, with rental income, enough to keep the coffers available to make a living. I'd like to live with one other, preferably around my age or at least lifestyle, or a granny flat/studio set up. Thank you Sandra
I am a Swiss professional about to move to Melbourne end of May for some years, working in business consulting. I am reliable and pay my bills on time, I am reasonably clean (home trained by previous relationships…), am outgoing, sociable and open, but like to have some down time sometimes too. In my free time I like to be active and do a lot of sports, like gym, running, skiing in winter, possibly surfing in summer and baseball. On the weekends I like to go for a drink or two, hunt for the latest craft beers and go to all kind of events. Possible as well well for shorter time frame, like a few months...
I have recently moved to Melbourne from Sydney and I am looking for somewhere north of the river to be closer to work (and embrace my inner hipster). I am working full-time in hospitality both in a pub and a Hunky Dory franchise. Being chilled out, having a chat and cleaning up after myself are things I love to do as a flatmate. I am very friendly, but I am also respectful of other people's privacy. I like movies, YouTube, good food, beer and coffee, exercise, music and generally just having some fun. If I sound like the right fit for you, please hit me up :D
I'm easy going, love to clean and a slight neat freak (however not offended if others aren’t) . I'm a very social person, love being out & about, going to events and a few beverages (or too many in some cases) on the weekends.. in saying this during the week I'm a slight health freak & exercise a lot, as well as work full time! Meaning I'm rarely at home during the week or on saturdays, but always happy to hang out, oh and I love dogs (sadly don't have one though) that's basically me in a nutshell ^.feel free to ask any questions! Shan x
Hi, I am tidy, easy-going, drama free, respectful and awesome 26 year young guy who is looking for amazing place to stay near Richmond area. I was studying psychology, marketing, communication. I do social media and attend gym very often. I don`t smoke and I love to read books and make videos. I was playing saxophone for a time in my life as well, but I am not planning to do it on my room, so no worries about that. I hope to make everyone life better just by being your flatmate. Positive vibe guaranteed ! I am working full time as social media manager for a store so I have steady income and I always respect paying in time. Thank You for your time and hope to hear from You !
After the realisation that driving upward of 200km a day for work isn't sustainable I'm deciding to try my luck here. Looking for a place in the inner east area due to location of work. A bit about me: 22yo male, sport fanatic (you'll have to put up with a diehard Richmond supporter), work full time, keep to myself but also keen on social drinks, binge watching tv series and getting around most sport. Clean and non smoker, as housemates would need to be! Move in ASAP, I'm ready when you are. If this info sounds like I might be a fit in your place, shoot me a message!
My current lease is up, and I'm looking for a chill place to live for at least 7 months, maybe longer if my contract gets extended. I'm easy to get a long with, and I'm a social flatmate-maybe sharing dinner or having a chat over coffee, or maybe even going for some drinks. However I also respect people's space, and understand if you're wanting to spend time alone. I'm pretty quiet during the week, I work and study. On weekends you can find me at the beach, doing something outside, or catching up with friends.
