Large modern share house situated in a quiet neighbourhood. The room itself is partly furnished with a bed (storage drawers underneath), bedside table, walk-in robe, and a TV if desired - the rest of the house is communal and furnished. Rent is $165/week, with an extra $15/week to cover a majority of bills. House is located a two minute walk from several bus stops (271, 364, 380) which go directly to Ringwood Station opposite Eastland Shopping Centre.
I'm 31, i work full time as an early childhood educator. I'm pretty quiet during the week because of work so like to stay home and just relax. On the weekends I like to catch up with my mates and maybe head down to the local pub; I'm not a big drinker and prefer to be the designated driver. I love going to the footy each weekend. I'm looking for a share house with flatmates around a similar age to me who are easy going and happy to chill by them selves or have some 'family time together too. I've loved where I have been living but unfortunately my housemates have bought a new house which means I will need to move, I have until August but am starting to look now just so I am prepared and if the right house was found I'd be happy to move from July onwards :)
Rent is $620 a month. All household bills and cleaning are divided equally. Unlimited 100mbs NBN. The room is large (3.8/4.5m) and has its own built-in wardrobe and ensuite. A car space is also available on the property for you to use + on-street parking permit for guests. House is fully furnished but the bedroom is not (please ignore bedroom furniture in photos) Washing machine, dishwasher, kitchenware, air conditioning and ducted heating available, no dryer and currently no tv. Ringwood station and Eastland is 5 minutes walk away.
Hello there, a bit about me; I am a returning Australian from the UK having lived there for much of my life, hence the dopy accent. I am here to find out what makes the country I was born in tick, travelling and documenting my progress, so all I need is a bed with wardrobe space and possibly room for a desk. My nephew has a film company here so I may spend time working with him which might keep me out a lot. I am a tidy person, clean up, wash up and recycle. I can cook but not to a high standard so don't expect a Michelin menu. I do like to be quiet at times if I am working or editing my photography but more than happy to mix when people are around. I do enjoy going out for meals or occasional drink and enjoy going to the cinema or theatre/live music. I am reasonably fit and may look for a gym if there is one close by. If people are on shift work I respect their peace and quiet always, I have been in that situation. I do drive and am currently using one of my brother's cars but hope to purchase a car or bike shortly. I intend heading to Perth later in September for about 3 weeks in order to travel with my partner who will be arriving for a holiday. I hope this is enough info for now, anything else you need to know, I'm sure you will ask. David
The home is fully furnished, lounge, 70" TV, dining tables, outdoor setting, BBQ, cooking utensils, washing machine, dryer, fridges etc. Foxtel also available. Eastland shopping centre at the end of the road with Costco on Bond Street, Bunnings and Coles 150 metres away, train station is a 7 minute walk or bus stop out front of the house. The home was renovated roughly 7 years ago and new bathroom kitchen put in along with hallway. I have a very large backyard which being from the country I enjoy. The house is always kept clean and tidy, have normally had a couple of males staying whilst they are completing work for 3 months or so and has worked well. No commitment required for a length of stay.

I'm an IT professional working in the Melbourne CBD with rental experience & a stash of appliances and furniture ready to go! I am clean and respectful, and looking for a place with some near a station to live for 12+ months. I am an adventurer and I go away many long weekends throughout the year. An ideal housemate would be: Prompt with payment of rent and bills. Home where possible, but out occasionally. A tabletop gamer (nice to have). An ideal house for me would have: Storage for camping gear/Shed (nice to have). A study (or space in a bedroom for a desk).
I am reliable, mature and respectful, looking for a housemate I will get along with. I am tidy but not OCD. I love to hang out with my housemates from time to time for a drink or movie night, and looking for someone the same. I just got offered a full time job in Keilor Park so looking for something around there.
G'day - my name is John. I am a relatively hygienic male (my mum will verify this) and am more than happy to take on my share of the chores. I pay rent on time and have a regular sleep schedule. I work part time in administration and study the rest for my SEO Marketing certification. My hobbies include - badminton (play every Sunday), gaming, watching crap on the internet, cooking (I make pretty damn good pasta and chicken rice), getting 8 hrs + of sleep, recently NBA because Raptors bandwagon why not? I have my own internet so I won't take up any of your bandwidth or cap, I don't make much noise and am respectful of my housemates. Please have a cute dog I can love behind your back.
Hey, my name is Aidan Currently I'm working full time as Branch Manager for a computer/tech store, in Clayton. When I'm not working I mostly just relax by watching a movie or series, or playing some video games with my mates. I also enjoy a bit of cooking here and there and the occasional DIY project. Currently I'd be looking to find a place either for myself, or to share with one or two people. I'm living in the northern suburbs at the moment so I'm looking to move somewhere closer to work so I can have a bit more time in my hands instead of spending so much time travelling to and from work. Mostly I tend to keep to myself, but I'm normally open to a chat and maybe a shared drink or two. Preferably I'd be looking for a large sized room, with an ensuite if possible but I'm sure there would be plenty of other set-ups that would also suit me fine. I would also like some additional places for some storage, as Please message me and I will look at it when I'm home, as I tend not to have much time while at work to read or respond.
I’ve taken 2019 to defer from university in order to work and save money, so far this year I’ve been working multiple jobs but I’m looking to move from my current home in order to situate myself closer to Swinburne university where I will begin a health science degree. In my spare time I enjoy keeping fit, cooking, and relaxing with a movie.
