Hi there :) I'm told I'm calming to be around. What I bring to a household is someone who cleans up after themselves and respects other people's things. I'm very considerate and very easy to live with. I can be an introvert or an extrovert depending on who I'm around and the situation, but regardless, I'm polite. I don't drink alcohol because for some reason my body has decided to become intolerant, but I'm fine with others drinking. I'm looking for a place with one or two people. Someone who is relaxed, self-aware, considerate and easy to live with (like myself). If you are looking for someone who fits my description and offer a peaceful, welcoming home environment, I'd love to hear from you :) Price and location is negotiable, I've just put an estimate. *I've found a place to live but will leave this up until I move in* Happy hunting! :)
The actual room is bigger than it looks on the photo*** All utility bills are included in the rent**** $183 for Winter（Till end of September） $170 for other seasons I am an IT project manager meanwhile studying master degree. I would like to lease one room to a quiet and clean housemate. Working people prefered. Single only. No party is allowed in the house. A formal Flatmates.com-provided contract will be signed. Hey there, my name is Robyn, I’m a 43 yr old female. I’m a bit of a geek, love my books and my pop culture references. Looking for a friendly housemate, don’t mind sharing with children and/or pets, happy to do my share of housework or help in the garden. Keep to myself a bit but don’t mind chatting, and currently establishing a small home based business for 3D printing and dollhouse miniature making.
I am a really flexible and friendly girl :) I have been living with a room mate who is happy to give me a reference, but have to move due to changing circumstances. I have a little 9 week old puppy that is super cute and loves everybody. Gets along with all animals too. I love a good chat but I'm generally pretty introverted and won't cause a fuss or a mess :)
Hey guys! We are two Melbourne locals looking for a new place due to our lease ending and trying to find a house closer to our workplace. We are very tidy and always clean up after ourselves in communal spaces. We are always up for a chat but will always be respectful of your alone time and boundaries. We enjoy the occasional drink at home and you will always be welcome to join us. We are out during the 9-5 hours during the week due to our work and study commitments, so we are very respectful of working conditions and rather quiet on week nights. We try to keep a fairly healthy lifestyle but we do indulge by trying new restaurants, you are more than welcome to join us :) - Apologies for our photo we are a rather un-photogenic couple
Hello! My name is Paris, I'm a 20 almost 21 year old female currently studying a bachelor of Psychological science and criminology at Deakin University. I recently just travelled Europe, so am currently working full time hours and going back to uni next year! I’m easy going, easy to get along with, happy to socialise or give you space :) I have lived by myself before so I’m very tidy, and organised with rent and bills. Every day I am either working, at the gym or out at uni. I’m looking to move anytime in the next few months!!
Hi there! My lease is coming to an end and I'm looking for a relaxed new share-house to call home. I'm a pretty quiet person (and a bit shy) and keep to myself mostly, but I'm always friendly and polite. I'm considerate of other people's space and privacy and keep communal areas tidy. I love animals and spending time outdoors. I spend most of my time out of the house catching up with friends. I work part time at a pizza shop and often bring home pizza to share with housemates :) I am reliable and responsible and always pay bills and rent on time. I'll pay the first month's rent up front as well as any bond needed and if the house needs a new fridge/washing machine/microwave etc I'm happy to contribute a new one to the house :) Hope to hear from you soon!
Hey, my name is James and i am looking for someone to rent a house with. I work 30-40 hours as a shift supervisor at a McDonalds restaurant. I am also studying full time at uni in a bachelor of business majoring in Accounting and Information systems. Since i'm so busy i am barely at home. I am friendly and happy to chat, I keep to myself and clean up and give respect to all. I have lived in eastern suburbs all my life and i'm keen for a new experience. I am reliable and always pay my way and do my part.
So I guess I enjoy living a fit and healthy lifestyle - however, I do not mind catching up with friends and just chilling. I work 5 days a week at the moment as a swimming teacher and I am currently studying and finishing my final year of VCE. I have been very independent and motivated to create a 'home' vibe, where I will be able to focus on the things that are most important. I would love to get a dog if I am able to! I enjoy walking the dog, socialising, snow sports and travel. I would describe myself as adventurous, funny and bubbly, but I do love some time by my lonesome too! hahah
Hey :) . My names Cathal. I'm 24 and currently studying Land management and conservation, as well as working causally as a bartender. I'm looking to move out of the city and closer to the bush. I'm a very relaxed dude. Love cooking, yoga and growing my veggies.
My sister and I are looking for someone to move into a house with us! We're both friendly and like to chat but also respect people wanting their own space. We have one small jack russel x king charles cavalier called Rika who's really friendly.
I'm a 20 year old mechanic apprentice working full time! I love it so much. I enjoy netflix, reading books, exploring nature, eating and playing board games/pc games. I'm not a big party person, I enjoy a couple of drinks with dinner but otherwise I go out to the city to party. Otherwise I'm mature, responsible, fun and easy going! Born and raised in Aus.
Just to clarify on the above info: * Budget is flexible * Flexible on length of stay too. Somewhere between 4 and 7 months * Can adjust move in date too My name is Ollie (UK), here with my girlfriend Yuma (Japan) on a working holiday visa. Looking for a place in Melbourne and not fussy about who we live with. We generally keep to ourselves or go out but are always down for a beer at home too. We both work full time at a cafe so are out most of the time. We also like to cook and have no problem cooking for others too! We're pretty tidy people and like to look after the space we live in. I'm into design, F1, movies, games and need to get back to the gym at some point. Yuma likes making stuff, cafes, movies and also wants to get down the gym. (So a place near a gym would be amazing) Other than that...love pets but allergic to cats unfortunately, really keen on eco-friendly/sustainability but don't judge if not and are pretty experienced with house share in general. Looking forward to hearing from you !
I’m very quiet and tidy and mostly keep to myself. I’m a diploma qualified early childhood educator that works in before and after school care. I own a 1yr old Groodle (golden retriever x poodle) that is house trained and friendly towards people and other animals. I’m artsy and like to explore different types of crafts.
Looking for an amazing, friendly person to come join us in Ringwood! We are two lovely ladies looking for a third housemate to complete our home. Aimee is 27 and works full time in accommodation and tourism in the Yarra Valley, Kristy is a primary school teacher. We would like someone who is clean and considerate, doesn't mind hanging out but is also happy to do their own thing. Working professionals are preferred, and probably have a preference towards another female but would consider a male it the right type comes along! The room itself is a good size (can easily fit a queen bed in) with a large BIR. The main bathroom is newly renovated, and will be shared between yourself and Kristy. I can offer the room unfurnished or furnished for an extra $10/w, including a queen bed with or without fresh linen, a bedside table and lamp if required. The house is a 15 minute walk from Ringwood train station and bus terminal, and right next to Eastlink and the Eastern Freeway. Eastland is also just a stones throw away, as is Target Square, Costco and a ridiculously large amount of other shops and restaurants, including the newly renovated Town Square. When at home we like to just relax on the couch watching Netflix. Our ideal housemate would be someone who is up for a chat over a cup of tea (or wine...) and that we can have some fun with, but is also considerate of our space. Fare is $240 a week and includes all bills, unlimited internet, Netflix and Stan. If that all sounds good to you give me a call and we can set up a time to meet!
