Hey guys! Currently putting the feelers out for a new place to live! I'm originally from country New South Wales, having moved to Melbourne in May 2016 to chase some bigger career opportunities. I currently work in the health industry and am thinking about going back to study, not entirely sure yet! I'm a very laid back guy, not much phases me. I enjoy the footy, adventuring and exploring my new surroundings, reading, the occasional netflix binge, gaming, gymming, and hitting the town for a drink or fourteen. My work schedule is Sunday to Thursday at this stage, just your standard 9 to 5 deal. Flick me a message if you would like to know more or to organise a catch up! Cheers! Ryan.
Looking for a place to stay with my husband and 2 cats :) I’m expecting a baby boy on the 26th of March! So I’ll be on parental leave for 6 months then return to work as a teacher. My husband studies engineering. When at home we’re generally eating, watching movies and sleeping! If this suits you let me know. Thanks, Samantha and Sava
Hey! I'm looking for a housemate that shares similar respect and love for a communal living space. I'd love to be able to share this space with someone who would have mutual respect for it. The apartment is fully furnished, with exepction the room available. Appliances include, BBQ, Dishwasher, Washing Machine, Fridge and TV. I run ADSL2+ Internet, getting NBN when available. There are two bathrooms in the house, I have the ensuite and the other bathroom is for your private use. Your room has a built in wardrobe and a door out to the balcony with a privacy screen. The room itself is 3m by 3.3m The apartment is located very close to public amenities, it's 4 minute walk to Eastland, 8 minute walk to Ringwood Station, close to Costco, gyms and restaurants. Bills will be divided by two. STRICTLY NO SMOKERS OR PETS
I have previous experience living in a share house and I tidy up after myself. I work six nights a week at a Chinese restaurant with Tuesday being my day off. Mostly keep to myself as I like to read and write but always down to chill with a coffee/beer and a movie. Im a musician but I can keep all the noise of making music contained to headphones 420 friendly

I work Full-time for Vic Government and work mon-fri. I am a respectful and compassionate person who is looking for a people to get a share house with. In my spare time i enjoy exercising, watching tv, hanging out with friends, reading and drawing.
Hi there, I am looking for a private bedroom. It should be near to public transport, and a secure car parking. I am looking for a housemates who are open minded, clean and tidy.I don't mind if sharing with couple, female or male. Preferably in their 20s. Contact me for further discussion. About me: Full time student, I enjoy cooking, exploring new places and activities. I have a good history of traveling and would be great to have the same interests. Cheers
Looking for an amazing, friendly person to come join me in Ringwood! My name is Sarah and I bought this property 3 years ago. In the house we have another lovely girl, who is 27 and works full time in the Yarra Valley. We would like someone who is clean and considerate, doesn't mind hanging out but is also happy to do their own thing. Working professionals are preferred, and probably have a preference towards another female but would consider a male it the right type comes along! The room itself is a good size (can easily fit a double bed in) with a large BIR. The main bathroom will be shared between yourself and Aimee. I can offer the room unfurnished or furnished for an extra $10-$20 per week, including a double bed with or without fresh linen, a bedside table and lamp if required. The house is a 15 minute walk from Ringwood train station & bus terminal, and right next to Eastlink and the Eastern Freeway. Eastland is also just a stones throw away, as is Target Square, Costco and a ridiculously large amount of other shops and restaurants, including the newly renovated Town Square. As for me, I'm 28 and an Engineer working in Tech Support for the manufacturing industry. I work full time so I'm only home on evenings and weekends. Even then I'm often out socialising with family and friends as I am very much a people person and I like to surround myself with people I care about. I love to dance and have a drink or two, but that will very rarely happen at my house as my friends all live closer to the city. When I am home I like to just relax on the couch watching Netflix. Our ideal housemate would be someone who is up for a chat over a cup of tea (or wine...) and that we can have some fun with, but is also considerate of our space. Fare is $240 a week and includes all bills, unlimited internet (will be upgrading to NBN soon), Netflix and Stan. If that all sounds good to you give me a ring and we can set up a time to meet!
Well my names Kimberley, ive only just turned 22 years old and im originally been bought up in Doncaster my hole life but am currently living in Boronia, in a share house with a single mum and her 9 year old son,.i have two very loving harmless dogs that do currently live in Boronia also, they love human affection and LOVE kisses and cuddles. They adore the 9 year old boy i currently live with and smother him with kisses and affection even though hes very hyperactive and disruptive. I am really easy going, i get along with everyone, i have an obsession with keeping things around me clean as i do have OCD, i will always treat others with respect and there property and i hope to be given the same respect back. im currently unemployed, that's because ive been caring for my sick nan for the last year, but am currently on centrelink and DO get payed enough to pay rent and support myself, but am currently looking for work! Also in my spare time i like hanging out with mates, having a drink here and there, not to much off a party animal but am still at a young age. if you give me the chance to move in, I wont dare to disappoint!!
I'm simply awesome, although I say so myself! Well, that doesn't give much information does it? I hate to answer these questions that require me to sell myself, as I'm unsure how to do so. I have one rule I follow, "Be True to Yourself, Be True to Others", and I try my best to not disturb anyone else's peace or life. If you're keen to know more about me you can look for me online. People call me Nim, but I'm Nimeshe Madanayake.
Great stand alone unit, 5 minute walk from Eastland! The house is fully furnished and the room that is available has a queen mattress that you are welcome to use, or if you would like to bring your own mattress, the spare mattress can be moved. There is a small courtyard area to the side of the house and a single garage. Rent would be $182 a week and this doesn’t include bills or internet. Bills would be split 50/50. Internet is available and is additional to rent, this would also be split 50/50.
I love to chat over coffee or wine or similarly chill over netfix or similar. I also like my space. I am queer and interested and passionate about queer issues and human heights generally. I love to read, write and stay fit and healthy - mostly via running.
The actual room is bigger than it looks on the photo*** All bills are included**** I am an IT project manager and currently studying master degree here. I would like to lease one room to quiet and clean housemate. Single only. No party allowed in the house. Formal Flatmates-provided contract will be signed. There are total 3 rooms and 2 bathrooms in this house. Now leasing one of them. I live in master room which has ensuite and far away from the other two rooms. So only two people will share the same big bathroom. The other housemate is a cooker working at nearby age care. Car park available. The house has NBN Internet. The room has built-in Warobe, and it is fully furnished with nice double bed, study desk, bedroom drawer board.
I am a fairly easygoing person and I enjoy getting to know who I live with, but it is also very important to me to be as considerate as possible to my housemates’ right to have a quiet, peaceful house to come home to. I am creatively inclined and enjoy making art and reading books so I will generally keep to myself, but I enjoy having a conversation over a cup of tea or some wine. I am currently between work, but I am more than happy to take up the main role in keeping the house clean and tidy.
We are an international student taking leadership and management. Conflict avoiding and chilled to the core, happy to go along with the rest of the flatmates. We choose to live life with integrity, trust, love, respect, understanding for each other and oneself.
