My 23yr old daughter and I are looking for a rental property in the Dandenong Ranges, Upwey or Tecoma areas. Would also consider quiet, leafy areas of the Eastern suburbs and areas like Warrandyte or Eltham. Only interested in a long term arrangement.
Our needs are as follows:
2bdrms or extra large 1bdrm, good heating systems, quiet location(nothing located next to train line or main roads thanks), mould free, an outdoor space would be nice and good internet. Within walking distance to public transport would be great. Prefer a space that’s self contained or close to it.
Collectively we’re into art, spending time in nature, meditation stuff, dancing and the odd Irish Session. Clean living, non smokers, non drinkers. Excellent tenant and landlord history with references. Can pay $460p/wk neg - maybe a bit more.
