Hi potential housemates!

My name is Jasper (he/him) and I am looking for long term housing while I complete university. My current lease ends in December, so I am ideally looking to move by then :)

I can afford up to $215 p/w in rent. I work in hospitality part time and am on jobseeker, so am reliable when it comes to rent and bills. For location I am looking more eastside, as my job is located in Bayswater and my uni is in Hawthorn. Ideally somewhere close to public transport

A little bit about me is I am pretty chill and get along with most people. Im tidy, considerate and respectful of personal space, and love to chat or share a meal with others! When not at work or uni Im usually catching up with friends, going on a nature walk, or gaming. I have a passion for cooking, baking and houseplants - I love to share stuff I bake with others! I enjoy music, hiking, going out to the cinema and to the gym. Im always down to try something new!

Im interested in living with housemates who enjoy a friendly, relaxed vibe and who might be up for the occasional hangout. If you are also looking for this I would love to have a chat with you :)
