Hi potential roomies, hope to hear from you soon! My name is Lucas and I'm a 30 year old guy currently working for the Bureau of Meteorology near southern cross. I enjoy watching movies and TV shows in my spare time, or reading useless facts on the internet. I also enjoy going to the beach, going on road-trips, and Nandos! I can alternate between being very social and very not, depends on mood. I grew up in QLD though have lived in Melbourne since 2009. I'm getting back into fitness and health after knee surgery in April (2017)... Starting off well so far and looking at trying to find some new hobbies when I can (rock climbing hopefully soon). Would enjoy doing these types of things with you if you're interested. I'm looking for somewhere that will become available any time after now through to 'early-ish' next year (Just after new year's would probably be ideal.) Also, need somewhere close to public transport due to lack of a vehicle. Thanks! Lucas
I'm easy going with a positive attitude. Love to have fun but am organised & respectful. Not too bad of a cook either! From Brighton, UK. Visiting Australia on a working holiday visa, just about to start my 2nd year. Loving Melbourne! Music & nature lover, open mic goer, yoga amateur, plant eater, terrible dancer, beer & coffee enthusiast. Give me a shout if you wanna new roommate!
Hi everybody! I'm Felix and I'm looking for a new home for the next 3 months. I just started a full-time job in St Kilda. It would be cool if I can be your new flatmate. As a young and energetic German backpacker I'm very open-minded to meet new people to have fun with. My friends describe me as being both calm and clean. I like doing sports activities, e.g. tennis and soccer. Hope to see you soon!
Hey! I'm Frankii I'm an easy going yoga teacher/marketing manager originally from the north of England. I'm pretty outgoing and love to chat but equally happy with keeping myself to myself. I love dinner and drinks with new and old friend but in true yogi fashion my wild party days are long behind me! Yoga, brunch, beach, anything outdoors is my jam. I'm tidy and respectful, my home is my sacred space and I would treat a shared home the same way! I'm on a working holiday visa but am in the midst of applying for a 2 year student visa - definitely not 'passing through' - here for a while!
A lovely light filed 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment in Ripponlea. Features an open plan living and dining area with reverse cycle air-conditioning. Polished floorboards throughout, renovated bathroom, fully furnished and equipped shared areas. Undercover, lockup car space, shared courtyard and laundry facilities. Great location, close to all forms of public transport. Short stroll to Ripponlea village and Glenhuntly shops. The room itself it a large (3.5x4m) main bedroom, with built in robes. Large picture window with private outlook, venetians and block out blinds. Bills are shared (gas, electricity, internet) along with bathroom and cleaning items. At the moment this is done in the form of a kitty (currently $90 per month) but open to what works. Food wise I generally do my own thing.
Hi! We're a super chilled couple who have already been living together a few years now and are looking for fun people to live with at the end of December :) We're very clean and respectable, were not big partyers and prefer to have casual drinks and chats. Happy to hang out with you and be mates but totally fine if you just want to do you're own thing We both work full time - Lliam works at a branding agency and I work in design so we're only home at night. On weekends we're usually out exploring Love animals! Both huge dog and cat people Both non smokers If we sound like the kinda people you'd like to live with give us a message!
I have just completed my first year of Mechanical Engineering at RMIT and will be starting a double degree in Engineering and Business Management next year. I'm originally from the Sunshine Coast in Queensland and currently Work full-time on Chapel street while I am on uni break. I am an easy going, tidy, animal lover who loves live music, watching documentaries, and going out for food. I am a non smoker and a respectful and tolerant person who is always out and about, and am responsible when it comes to paying bills on time. I have lived in a studio apartment for the past year and am now looking to be able to hang out with some flatmates!
Having lived out of home for over 3 years and working as a property manager myself, I am very well house trained and am quite house proud. I really love being social and would love to build great relationships with my future housemate/s. However, I also respect personal space and appreciate alone time. I also have a beautiful 2 year old Ragdoll by the name of Poppy - so a pet friendly home is a necessity for me. If you think we would get along, please message me! A coffee catch up would be great :)
I’m a student studying early childhood education and care. Also, I work as a nanny and an educator. I’m caring, respectful, neat, friendly, and pretty relaxed person. I would love to meet new people, go to the gym, listening music, watching movies, and exploring new things.
Hi, my name is Phoebe! I'm 33, and work full time as an Account Manager in St Kilda, and about to commence my yoga teacher training. I am a home owner, and have rented for many years, with and without flatmates, so would consider myself very respectful of others and communal spaces, tidy and really easy going. I work long hours and practice yoga most nights, so am not frequently home. I spend many weekends back home on the Surf Coast, which is where I grew up. I am looking for somewhere to call home, not a big party animal but love being social and escaping to the beach or outdoors whenever possible. Let me know if you're interested in teaming up or looking for a new flatmate!
Hey I'm Sally, I'm 21 years old, and I'm a very outgoing and chilled out housemate. I'm very clean, always willing to share household jobs, happy to cook food for you, and generally pretty easy to live with. I'm always keen to hang out or have a chat with my housemates, but also happy to respect privacy when you're wanting some alone time. I have two little pups, a cream coloured male chihuahua and a black female toy poodle (the female has been desexed so no risk of babies!). My dogs are both about a year old, house trained, and primarily sleep outside in a kennel. They're both very friendly, well behaved, and surprisingly don't yap a lot as their breeds might suggest. They only need a small yard to keep them happy as I take them for plenty of regular walks and spoil them with lots of toys to keep them entertained. In the house that I am living in now I take full care and responsibility for them both and always clean up after any unexpected incidents, and I will continue to do so in my new home. Now that I've covered my main stress of having pets, let me tell you a bit about myself! I'm currently living in Adelaide but looking to move over to Melbourne ASAP as I'm sick of living in such a small place, I want to be in an up and coming city like Melbs. I already have employment locked in for when I move, I will be working night shifts as a dancer at Spearmint Rhino. Once I've moved, I plan on hopefully acquiring some part-time or full-time retail work also, as I am unable to find that kind of employment in Adelaide due to the shortage of jobs here. I am also looking into checking out The Men's Gallery and Centrefold Lounge for work, as I am a professional showgirl who competes in competitions from time to time. Obviously being okay with my line of work is a must for any potential future housemates. I will generally be working 3-4 nights per week. I am very quiet when I come home and usually sleep until 2pm the next day, but I don't expect you to have to be quiet for me because I am able to sleep through basically anything! I am also looking at commencing study once I've moved to Melbourne, most likely a course in marketing. I've actually written a lot more than I thought I would so if you've made it this far then congrats you are probably capable of putting up with my bullshit! Sling me a message if you're keen to test out being roomies.
There is this majestic 24-year-old looking for a room for rent with some other incredible people/person in Melbourne’s inner east. This adventurous and well-travelled man is passionate about photography, arts and the body which has been his mode of education as well. Enjoys being social and sharing experiences through stories, music, environments and food. He is comforted by the ocean and ideally surrounding areas of St Kilda, Elwood, Ripponlea, Balaclava, Prahran, South Yarra and Windsor. A move in date is quite flexible and so is his long term of stay. He values and respects living with people and creatures of all types and sizes although those with more creative traits would be a bonus to flow ideas back and forth. Clean and crisp, everything has a place and I keep things tidy to use the space we have. Try him out in Spanish to see how much he speaks and can learn. You can call him Af. If you are interested in anything further, I suggest you send him a message soon!

I'm an easy going person, early 30s, who likes to laugh a lot, spend time in the nature, hiking, outdoors, sports, etc. I'm an open minded, cultured person with a spiritual interest. I gobble up information as a vacum cleaner from all sorts of different topics so I need to read articles and watch documenteries time to time so I good internet wouldn't hurt ^^ I love having good conversations and going out and I'm also said to be an excellent cook. I'm also tidy, clean and a non smoker. I'm in IT as far as my job goes but I'm not the typical nerdy type.
hey itsa me: holly Looking to join an existing sharehouse or start up a new little family in the southside area. I've lived in Elsternwick my whole life and am keen to stay around here if possible. I'm an aspiring vegetarian and very environmentally conscious and would appreciate living with people who are like minded. I like to have my own space and spend time alone but also love to have a chat over a beer or eat together from time to time. I am very clean and tidy, I respect other peoples space and boundaries and am very open and honest. I'm definitely not a big partier but am happy to live with clubrats if said rats are happy to live with little grandma me. Bigots need not apply. Send me a message if i sound good to you! xD
I'm a 25 y.o male looking for a room in a share-house in the Inner/South-East suburbs. I work full time in retail and don't mind a place with people who prefer their own space or people who are more social. I'm into music whether it be going out to gigs or listening to albums at home. I also enjoy going out with friends and also entertaining them at home. Hoping for an average priced, comfortable home with friendly people!
Hi, I'm Ali. I'm a 50 year old single gal, looking for short term accommodation for at least 6 months in a house, with few rooms and a lovely garden to sit in :) . I am a trainer (classroom, adult teaching) by profession, sometimes working irregular hours. I'm into socialising, dancing and dance classes, yoga, good music, camping, reading, learning new things. I often go away to the country on weekends. I am clean, considerate of other people's space, respectful of the space I am living in, extra considerate with keeping shared spaces clean & tidy; love animals (if you have one, that is awesome as I don't), and good conversation and always a good laugh. I like to cook for myself and others - don't have a huge repertoire, always happy to learn more :) I am house trained, reliable, can pay the rent on time, pitch in to keeping the house beautiful. I look forward to meeting you and finding my new home.
We are both 29 so by now, we have truely mastered the art of maintaining a tidy place, cleaning up after ourselves, being respectful of other housemates etc. We love the idea of having a social household where we can all get along, have a glass of wine or joke around but also respect each others privacy. We both love to surf and snowboard. Dan is an excellent free diver. We both love to travel (we are coming back to Melbourne after traveling the US and central America for 6 months). Dan will be living between Bali and Melbourne for the first 7 months so he will not be there all the time. I work in a hospital as a cardiac sonographer and Dan work in digital marketing.
