Hello Everyone, So a little about us; We're both tidy, we like our privacy and respect others privacy as well, and we also love a good chat with the housemates we do live with, we like to garden and grow our own food, Gavin likes to do things around the house which makes him a good handy man anywhere, we're both easy to get along with. I volunteer with animals at the RSPCA in Burwood East, and soon to be volunteering once a week with the Salvation Army in helping the homeless through night watch. We're both a bit quirky and love creating things, I paint and draw, and gavin creates things out of anything he gets his hands on. gavin is studying horticulture and works in gardening on his extra days. We do eat more towards a vegan diet, (we don't mind if you don't). We are looking for a nice homey feel, a place we can look forward to coming home to from work that has some cool housemates, a clean house and a loving supportive environment. We would love to have people that are like minded in some ways living with us and looking toward the future with a positive outlook. A house with a good front or backyard (grassy) for Gavins gardening and a big bedroom is what we seek.

Hi I'm Jacqueline, I'm from melbourne and looking for a new place. I work full time in sports and keep an active lifestyle. Ideally, I'm looking for a place that is clean and tidy but also with someone who I can trust and develop a friendship with!
Im Luke, a 23 year old builder, originally from Shepparton, relocating to Melbourne to recommence my university studies this year in the health field. I will be studying full-time at La Trobe whilst working part-time building, meaning a lot of hours out of home. I have also recently started a position at Brighton F45 as a trainer, as health and fitness is a great passion of mine. I travel back to shepp to play footy on the weekends. I am a highly clean, happy, easy going respectful individual. I am always happy to have a chat but understand personal space and privacy.
Great little townhouse, only 3 minutes walk from Ripponlea village and the train station. 15 minutes into the CBD and close to St Kilda/Brighton etc. Room comfortably fits a queen size bed and drawers etc., and has a built in double wardrobe. Will be sharing a bathroom with one other person. House is fully furnished (if you have a washing machine that would be handy as we currently rent one), and bills include power, gas, water, internet and Foxtel.
Hi! I'm Ting. Will be starting my postgrad course in data science at Monash in July. I love sports, burgers, coffee, and spending quality time with friends and family. I do crossfit, weightlifting, and surfing on a regular basis. Basketball, skateboarding, biking, and hiking are also my interests. I'm pretty chill and easygoing. I like to make friends, hang out, have fun but I'm not here to party. I want to focus on my study and build a career as a business/data analyst in sports-related fields. I like to plan ahead but still have some flexibility. I believe that being honest and be willing to communicate are important in having a great flat sharing experience. It'll be cool if we can be friends or workout partners but if not it's no problem, too. I've traveled to over 10 countries and done a 29-day train trip around the United States. What I learned the most from my trips is that a lot of time there's no right or wrong, it's just different. It's alright if we don't share the same values or views. I'd respect your opinions and appreciate that you help me to see things from a different perspective. Since I love sports, I'll be bring some workout gears and possibly get a surfboard or bike after I settle in. I'll keep my things neat and out of your way. I'll definitely respect our shared space and clean up after myself. Also, I'll respect your privacy and your personal life. Meanwhile, I expect the same from you. Feel free to talk to me or ask questions if you are interested in being flatmates. Or if you want to meet up, I'll be in Melbourne after July 10th. Thank you :)
This apartment has a superlovely view of the famous "Ripponlea Estate Mansion" which is exactly in front of the house :) (Everyone should visited in their life, it's just amazing). Close to all the public transport and facilities: just 5 minutes from Ripponlea train station passing all the shops from the main street in the hearth of Ripponlea, Bus stop outside the house which bring you straight to the beach and 7 minutes walking to the tram stop on Brighton/St Kilda road. The house/rooms are fully furnished with double beds, both built in robe and everything you need! Air conditioning/heater in the lounge room and bedrooms. Dishwasher Bosch, induction stoves and washing machine ( with private hangclothes at the back of the apartments)

I'm clean and tidy, I try and show as much respect for my fellow housemate(s) as possible, I'm no recluse so am happy for a bit of banter, but I also understand the personal space think (Previous housemates of mine haven't). I will occasionally cook up meals for the whole house and provide a few drinks to accompany such meals. I like sport, Music, video games, and like to think I am an open minded individual so I like to hear about others thoughts and ideas with hopes of learning something new!

We are a British couple on a working holiday in Melbourne, looking for a furnished room in a flat share from mid-July until December. Luke's a tennis coach and Lucy works in administration. We are active people, we enjoying cycling, walking and running and trying new activities. We also love cooking and eating out!
Originally from South Africa and been in Melbourne for 5 years, so I still have a heavy accent. I am more of home body than a party animal although I do love a glass of red wine. I am not a morning person - I can't cope without my morning coffee. I am more of a night owl. I am always up for a relaxed night in watching movies or TV series. Would be nice to meet some new people.
