Studying a Digital Media & Management Course and do some working experience. Looking forward to getting to know interesting people who like to share nice moments around a table, cooking, eating, having some wine, beers and great stories. Love doing sports and explore this lovely city and country. Great Asado doer, really ;)
I'm a young woman who isn't afraid to break out the vacuume out and help around the house , will share wash duties and keep good company . I'm very respectful and not into partying so won't bring back drunk people making noise and disturbing others . Very easy to live with as long as respect is mutual :) ** Looking for a house near a train station preferably. ** I work in the city and study Human Resources, my background is psychology so I'm a people person.. usually when I'm not working I just enjoy chillin at home reading a book or enjoyng some music (I have a pretty cool headphone that's my best friend atm). I just want a nice home (not just a house) and I'll be here for at least 2 years.

Hello! I'm relocating from Perth to Melbourne in August. I'm a mature, tidy, respectful housemate that gets along with people of all age groups, and walks of life. I'm a creative type that loves making art, photography, reading, live music, and watching kitschy b-grade films. My ideal home would be a safe place with a private room (preferably with enough space on the floor to do yoga), relatively close to public transport, with friendly people that like to have a laugh. I would like to stay for at least six months if possible. Sadly I don't have any pets of my own, but I adore animals (especially cats!). I'm looking forward to calling your beautiful city my home, and to meeting you!
28 years old grew up in Melbourne, but have lived overseas since I was 19, have just returned and bit over a month ago, currently in a short term sublet and now looking for a new place to call home from end August/. Ive always paid my rent and bills in time, and tidy and respectful of everyone I have lived with. Im not looking for a party house , but for sure im up for some social beers at home and at the pub, plus I love my sport so always up for going to match’s and would for sure be up for getting involved in things with the house, I also like going to the gym a couple of times a week. I also love playing some FIFA with my current & previous housemates, . My main job has been in major musicals around the world, currently Performing in Jesus Chirst Super Star at the arts center for till mid August, then back to working 9-5 in the CBD till the end of the year. I have a car so need a car park or a parking permit etc. But would be up for doing shopping runs for the house! Im really looking for some sort of Creative house, but open to other things as well. Looking for a approx 6 month ish contract, but also flexible with that. thanks and looking forward to hearing from you! Alex
We are a British couple on a working holiday in Melbourne, looking for a furnished room in a flat share from mid-July until December. Luke's a tennis coach and Lucy works in administration. We are active people, we enjoying cycling, walking and running and trying new activities. We also love cooking and eating out!
Hi everyone! I'm looking for something furnished and short-term for three months up until the end of October as my summer plans are uncertain. I'm happy to look at subletting for shorter periods between now and end of Oct too, so please get in touch if this is you! I'm flexible as to area but I need to be near public transport. I don't have a car, but somewhere safe to lock up my bike would be great! I'm Australian, currently studying a Master degree full time at RMIT and working part time. In my spare time I like hiking, cycling and dancing. I'm friendly and considerate of flatmates. I love travelling and I've seen a lot of the world and have lots of flatmate experience! (Before coming to Melbourne I lived in Peru, Chile, UK, Ireland...) I don't watch much TV but I watch a few docos and the occasional movie or footy match. I prefer to live with people who are environmentally-conscious. Any questions just get in touch! Thanks for reading :)
I am Originally from South Africa and have been in Melbourne for 5 years, so I still have a heavy accent. I am more of home body than a party animal although I do love a glass of red wine. I am not a morning person - I can't cope without my morning coffee. I am more of a night owl. I am always up for a relaxed night in watching movies or TV series - especially Game of Thrones! Would be nice to meet some new people and I love animals.
Hi all! My name is Nikki and I'm 23. I'm looking to move into the Elsternwick/Elwood area to be closer to my main job. Also open to move into areas close to Elsternwick and Elwood. I work two jobs that equal full time hours, and I'm about to finish my degree in psychology, so I'm pretty busy! I'm pretty flexible in how long I stay somewhere, but nothing less than two months. I'm very clean and neat and will always pay rent and bills on time. I have a reference from my current real estate agent. I'm a non-smoker, looking for an unfurnished private room. I can move any time between now and August 25th. I'm pretty quiet and mostly keep to myself. But also enjoy watching tv and sharing a meal with housemates. I love reading, doing puzzles and watching TV. I travel a lot and have recently returned from a trip to Samoa. I love craft beer and fine wine and spirits. I have a crazy book collection (which I'm always happy to lend out to people) and love to cook. I'm more than happy to live with pets. Please message me if you have a place you think I would fit in to!
Hey everyone! I'm a 22 year old professional working full time as a media manager for a travel company, and currently on the hunt for a place in the St Kilda/Balaclava area - ideally beginning in September. Having not long exited uni, I'm a very sociable kind of person who loves to hang out with drinks and good food, and am always open to nights on the couch watching something binge worthy. In my own time I'm usually at the gym or with mates, or indulging my creative side with a camera of some sort. Generally a very chilled and tidy person, but always up for a laugh and quality banter. I do travel a fair bit for work and run fairly long days, however I'm always happy to pitch in with household jobs and pull my weight. For anyone who's interested in getting something together, flick me a message and we can go from there!

Hi, my name is Bri. I'm a 23 year old single nurse working part time whilst I complete my second nursing degree at Monash Uni Clayton. I'm looking for a two bedroom flat or apartment in the inner south east, preferably within 30 minutes public transport travel from Monash Uni/ hospital, Alfred Hospital and east Melbourne hospital precinct. I enjoy my work and study which really rules my life. If I get the chance I love a decent glass of wine whilst watching Harry Potter or playing a board game with a couple of friends. I'm clean, tidy, quiet and a great cook. I have a 3 year old tortoiseshell fur-baby (cat) Lola who is impeccably well trained, loves to bath or shower and lives for stealing peoples blankets for cuddles.
Hi my name is Sarah I am a 22 y/o model from Perth, I have worked internationally for many years and am now basing myself in Melbourne at least till the end of the year. I am a social person but also love my down time at home. I am a good cook (it helps that my dad is a chef). I am a very considerate housemate as I have had many in the past. I am clean, friendly, respectful and have never had any housemate troubles in my experiences. I've lived in Melbourne before and I'm in love with the city. Fun fact about me, I've just finished filming Australian Survivor which starts airing July 30 (another reason why I want to base myself in Melbourne).
Hi future roomie/roomies! I am looking for a pet friendly place for myself and my cat Poppy. I work full time in property management so I am very well house trained and will always pay my rent on time and in full. I love socialising and getting to know the people/person I live with, whether its relaxing at home, or going out for coffee or a wine. I also appreciate spending time alone and giving everyone space when needed. If you’re looking for a new housemate and it sounds like we’ll get along, hit me up! 😊
Come and join us at our place that we like to call home :) Before reading on, I should warn you that everyone who has lived here has absolutely fallen in love with the place so there is a dangerously high chance that you will too! Why’s it so great, you ask? Well, we have a fantastic two-storey townhouse in our leafy street in Ripponlea. Ripponlea is right next to Elwood and St Kilda….you could call it a hidden gem! Plus, you would get to live with me and my friend Michelle. We are both 29 years old, working in the city and loving life! We like to have a sneaky post-work wine during the week and watch some trashy TV, but we save most of the fun for the weekend where we can be found going for brunch (smashed avo, you know the drill) or heading out for dinner/drinks/dancing every now and then! We are both kidding ourselves in trying to be ‘gym’ people but it’s hard because we also love sleep/not moving. Similarly, we love cooking but don’t quite have the talent to go with it…..oh and clearly we’re in hibernation at the moment, but once summer comes around we will be hitting up Elwood beach as much as possible! So now that you know a little about us, here’s a rundown of the room on offer! You would have a large, sunny bedroom with a massive built-in robe, as well as air con/heating in your room and an ensuite bathroom. Amazing! The house itself has everything you need: heating, air con, dishwasher, study, large lounge/dining area, courtyard for entertaining (with BBQ), car space in driveway (to be shared with one other housemate, or you can get a parking permit for the street too), garage….the list goes on ;) It’s a great location too – just 5 mins from Ripponlea station, 3 mins from local shopping strip with cafes, restaurant, bakery, supermarket, pharmacy etc. and 5 mins drive to Elwood beach. Rent is $250 per week ($1083 per calendar month). Bills are an additional cost and we divide this cost equally when bills arrive. You would also be required to pay a bond of $1092. Please note that Michelle has a gorgeous, small rescue dog named Billie who lives with us (I’ve even included a photo of her!). She is a staffy cross terrier - so you will need to be a dog person :) Michelle takes all responsibility for feeding and looking after Billie. But unfortunately we can’t have any more pets, sorry! The room is AVAILABLE NOW as the person we had lined up to move in pulled out on the day of the move (ahh!). We are looking for someone who’s keen to stay long term and who’s working full time (sorry, landlord’s request!). Please send me a message telling me a little bit about yourself if you’re interested :) Thanks, Kate.

Hello! I'm Paul, a biologist/science communication type person (eloquent) working for a research group at Monash University. I also volunteer at the Melbourne Museum, so I'm keen to find somewhere southeast but close to the city. I love theatre and live performance, so I'm usually out over weekend nights and sometimes midweek too. I'm pretty quiet at home, with reading, illustrating and cooking being my main go-to activities. I like to keep common areas clean, but totally understanding having that one cupboard where you can shove everything if people are coming over. I have more houseplants than necessary, and more books than reasonable. I've been living alone for a little while now so I'm pretty well equipped (and trained), but could easily be persuaded to downsize my household stuff. So many frying pans.
The property is located in the prime area of Ripponlea only 14 mins to the City by train. Train station and bus stop just 1 min away from the property. Tram stops 5 mins away from the apartment. The house is nice and cozy and has a positive vibe.
Full of life and love getting out into the sun and exploring! Enjoy a good Vinyasa yoga session on the mat and hunting down a mean coffee on the day off. Currently working and potentially looking to further studies/professional development. I have a very "Worldly" mind and fascinated by culture, language and foreign cuisine....this often leads me to a good experimental cook up in the kitchen =D I'm open to new things and experiences and follow a vegan lifestyle. I'm interested in health and fitness, tackling my goals where possible! Look forward to meeting a like minded crew/individual to share a place with and enjoy all that Melbourne has to offer :)
Recently moved back to Melbourne after living in the uk for a good few years. Easy going, considerate flatmate who's been living in shared accommodation for years. I work mostly in Melbourne as a rope access technician during the week. The weekend I like to get out of town climbing/hiking and or mountain biking. Im looking to live with like minded people in a place that has space for a few bicycles, if you've got a garage that would be a big plus. Quite happy to team up to find the right place. Cheers Jesse
