Hello, I’m a 30 years old Japanese woman who is in progress to change my visa from a WHV to a student visa.

I’m looking for a clean, safe, and quiet place that is ideally around Elsternwick area or placed where I can easily take tram 67.
I’m taking online classes from home once a week, so I’m looking for a place that I could do it.

I’ll be out for work or face to face classes at school on the other days.
I’m working as a barista, so I generally wake up early and go to bed early as well.

Due to my visa apply situation I’m so sorry that I can’t guarantee a long term stay(still, I’m 90%sure I’ll stay, it’s just not 100%unfortunately) but once my visa gets approved I’ll want to stay at a new place for two years or more.

I never do parties, never smoke, don’t have kids or pets (but I love dogs so I’d love to live with dogs if there are some already🥰). As a hospitality worker, I’m very clean and tidy, and also really quiet. I’d love to live with someone who has similar vibes as mine☺️
I don’t have any vehicles at the moment but potentially I might get a motorcycle in the future. If there is a parking spot that I can use that would be awesome!
