My name is Katie and I'm 40 years young. I'm not currently working so my budget is limited, but I'm not afraid of hard work and doing house and yard work if that's going to help. I am hoping to find work or study eventually but need an established base first. I am at an age where I just want peace and I don't like drama. I am wanting my home to be a safe place so I wouldn't bring many people around as I like my own space. I enjoy reading, listening to music, binge watching a good series, any kind of craft, going out on new adventures especially within nature. I like going for walks as its good exercise and good for my mental health.
My new place
I am easy to get along with, keep to myself most of the time. I am very respectful of a person and their home - I'm grateful they have opened their home to me and trusted me, I show my thanks by always paying rent on time, being respectful of the house and any rules, keeping the place tidy, wouldn't bring many people if any back to the house. I am of an age where I've been through a bit and I just want peace in my life. I'm making the big move from Ipswich to Brisbane, am enjoying a quieter life these days and sleeping in. I believe in open communication and talking about any issues as they arrive as we all adults
