I have recently completed my Diploma in Community Services and have had a few job interviews in the last few weeks. I'm easy going and sociable but I also enjoy my privacy and I respect others' privacy. I'm quiet and enjoy nights in watching Netflix and a non smoker. I've been living in a share house for the last 2 years but unfortunately the house has been sold and we have decided to go our separate ways. I'm reliable with paying my rent and my share of the bills on time. I'm an animal lover and used to living with pets, although I have none of my own. Currently we share the chores around the house, so I am happy to continue doing so.
there is 2 plazas area near this location. one is the Redbank plaza and the other is a small plaza opposite this place. the small plaza area included a cafe, dinner... the Redbank plaza has almost everything anyone would ever need, included a cinema. there is also a gas station for car fuel.
Hello! I have a 8 month old Husky i am clean and friendly, mostly keep to myself... but i can be very sociable, my puppy loves to play! Is still a puppy so she does get quite frightened sometimes with loud noises, i am currently unemployed .. but can always pay my rent on time (: I am a smoker so a place that allows smokers would be a great bonus (: and if my puppy can sleep inside with me at night then that would be also great :D
I am moving up to Ipswich from Northern Rivers, NSW due to work commitments. At the moment, I am only looking for interim accommodation of at least three months to six months before my partner and I are able to find a suitable permanent place to move into. I am a friendly and reliable mature aged person who is respectful of others and their space. I do value my privacy and likewise do respect the space and privacy of others just as much. I have a good sense of humour and do not have any problem getting along with most people. I My hours of work are from 7.30am - 5pm so I will be out during most of the day but will be looking forward to spending my evening at home in a comfortable, relaxing and chilled environment after a long day. I do enjoy cooking so having a meal at home is something I will be looking at doing. I am neat and tidy so will definitely ensure the place is kept clean at all times and I do also expect the same of the other flatmates I share the place with. I do enjoy the outdoors particularly a good walk in the bush and if I do find the time, go for a jog or a run. I love a drink or two at the end of the week over a meal and also have an eclectic taste in music. At this stage, I am most likely to spend my weekends away visiting my partner and our lovely pets over the border and to return home on Sunday afternoon. Hi there I have a room available in a 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom, 3 car garage flood free house. The room is available now and can be either furnished or unfurnished as I have plenty of storage and can make my furniture disappear. If a student i also have study/computer desk that we can throw in your room. We are a mixed gender, mixed Age ranging from 28 to 43 years old. Outside smoking is fine either out the front or you can smoke out the back with my beautiful Red Cattle dog but she properly want to play fetch. The Room has ducted air conditioning and your own 120 Ltr Fridge/freezer and Pantry cubboard. The fridge and pantry can either be in room if have the space after putting your furniture in or out in kitchen area. I have made the garage a 3rd living areas wich includes Pool table, tv, treadmill, and a few weigths. All this stuff can easily be moved to fit 2 cars in if required during a storm as it is a 3 car garage. The whole house (except Garage) has ducted air conditioning as well as Wifi Out the back is a large patio with table and chairs. I do have a dog (Gypsy) and cat (Omark), so any pets would have to be introduced to each other to see how they get on.
