I’m a retiree who has been living his best life backpacking around the world since Feb 2024 (writing this from Colombia). My home is Fremantle, Western Australia but I will be moving to Brisbane for at least 6 months to be close to my lovely daughter and her partner who are expecting my first granddaughter in June, yay!!!! My likes include voluntary work, bushwalking, the arts and going to the gym. My party days are behind me and I’m pretty quiet (OK introverted!) and definitely housetrained. My ideal rental would be a small (I don’t mind tiny) furnished granny flat. I’ll be driving from Perth to QLD so won’t have much in the way of belongings with me.
