Hi, I'm James, 39, Single, can pass a Police Check, and am on Disability full-time. Looking for someone (maybe 2 other people max) to share a house/apartment with. I'm a reasonably clean and tidy person (not messy, but also not perfect). I do spend a lot of time at home, but I am in and out throughout the day and have a break for a few days every couple of months to go camping. I'm disabled but still independent because of my Brain Injury. I'm a fairly introverted sort of person and enjoy a quiet, calm home environment. I generally avoid any partying or too much socialising. I'm a very responsible and trustworthy person that always pays bills on time, and I like to keep organised, but I'm not too fussy. I'm currently looking at places in Ipswich, Logan, or Brisbane City area that are affordable for someone on a Pension, somewhere reasonably close to Public Transport. I need some storage space in a garage for items like my bicycle and electric scooter. Ideally I would go halves with someone in a 2 bedroom apartment or similar. I do need a place with adequate air conditioning and a quiet environment so I can rest in the middle of the day. I enjoy riding my scooter, fixing my bikes, going for a walk, video games, some current affairs, exploring new places, camping. Happy to sign on to a lease through an agency, otherwise casual ongoing with 2 weeks notice from either of us. All bond to be payed to the RTA.
