I'm currently going for interviews for a new job as I finished my old one to give me time to set up my new direction. I have ample resources to cover my ongoing rent beyond my job search period and I've got guarantors. My car is a Honda Jazz which I'd prefer to park off street. I'm not needy or precious but I do like having good relationships and some good conversation at least occasionally. In past houses, we have hosted the odd group party but I probably would never organize one myself. My friends are all over Melbourne and I like to go out to catch up with them. I'm a light smoker, I go outside and only smoke where it is agreed and I try to be considerate. Whilst I am no gardener or a professional cleaner, and my room will probably not be show home ready, I do like to pull my weight, and have even hired a cleaner occasionally to ensure I am not letting the team down. I've never had any problem getting the full bond back. I like a happy household. People would describe me as enjoyable company and a pretty kind, honest and quiet person although I can be extroverted at times. My interests are wide and esoteric in music, reading, movies and gaming including magic the gathering. Probably too much unnecesary detail here but hope it gives you the idea. I am available to move in ASAP, ideally next week after 29th August and I am happy to be on the lease or I can find short term accommodation if the right place isn't move in ready yet. I have furniture but if your room is furnished please still consider me.
