I'm planning to hopefully be there by July of this year, and stay as long as I need but a minimum of 3 months, until I'm ready to move in with my partner in our own place. Just figured I'd try and get in early and hopefully have something lined up/ get a gist of the market, to make it as smooth of a transition as possible.
