I work approx. 4 nights p/w in the CBD, so I’m basically nocturnal. I’ll mostly be asleep during the day and out at night, so you’ll have lots of your own space. I am also drawn to the property's location in neighbouring suburbs. I am familiar with the area and I know that it is a safe and vibrant community. I recently bought my first car and and hence car parking is a must for me. I am a quiet and respectful individual, and I am confident that I would be a good neighbor to the other residents of the building. I am also a clean and tidy person, and I would take good care of the property. I am financially stable and I have a good credit score.
