Brad and I are beginning our working holiday visas but I will be transitioning to a student as I start the physio therapy program at Bond University in May. I am currently in Australia and Brad will arrive mid November. We are both working full time so we won't constantly be in the house. We are a mature couple, have great work ethics, are helpful around the house, clean, and always up for a good time and a laugh. We love meeting new people, are keen on traveling, and enjoy adventurous activites. If you'd like to get in touch, send me a txt or email and we can chat and see if it's a good fit for everyone! Cheers, Claudine&Brad
I am a relaxed and fun-loving person that will be starting at Bond uni law in January. I am an international student and this will be my first time in Australia so I'll be up for new adventures with roommates that will hopefully turn into friends!
Couple of easy going bond students looking for a place to stay. Brendon does Sport and Exercise science while Matt does Nutrition and Dietetics. Great at looking after ourselves and keeping the kitchen clean and tidy. Matt loves a surf or a skate and Brendon's a pro-wrestling fan. We both like to keep fit and healthy, we always have some sort music playing in the background and always up for a cheeky beer.

You will have your own private bedroom, shared bathroom with shower & tub, the laundry washing machine & dryer are in there as well. We have foxtel upstairs & downstairs, a big bbq, air conditioning/heating in lounge room. We can share chores weekly, or if you'd prefer not to, I could adjust rent per week accordingly. I am actively looking for another bigger house to move in to, hopefully around the mermaid Waters/beach, Broadbeach Waters, Clear island Waters, surfers, Sorrento, bundall, isle of Capri area's.. Hopefully I can find someone/s to gel with, create a good rapport and move house together so you can go on a 12mth lease with us! I am looking mainly for 4-5bdrm houses which have an inground pool and are possibly on the water as well (luv my fishing!!).. Hi there, I am looking for a new place to live and rebuild my life. Currently been living in Bilinga for nine months and not happy where I live at all, so am seriously looking. I am a female, 36 years old and even though I dislike the label really, I am gay. I am looking to live on the southern end of the Gold Coast. I am looking for a nice, quiet space I am on the Disability Support Pension at the moment, paying my bills and rent on time has never been a problem. I have excellent references from past rentals, shared and my own place. I am vegetarian well actually pescaterian so I have been told since I still eat some fish now and then. I do not drink or do drugs and prefer the same. I do not like drama nor create it, I live a pretty peaceful and quiet existence. I am a smoker but smoke outdoors. I want to quit so that is on my to do list. I come house trained, I clean up after myself and believe I am a good flatmate to have. I am looking for somewhere long term and to be more settled. I really just do not want to keep moving around. I don't have a lot of stuff and can fit most of my things in my bedroom really but if open to it it would be nice to put some of my stuff around the place. The only thing I do not have is my own bed but I can arrange one so I do not mind if the room is furnished or unfurnished. I am not looking to live in a party house and I do like my privacy. I am looking to pay around 200 per week but am prepared to negotiate. We are going to be living together so it is important to me to get to know whom I am living with and for you to know whom you are living with too. If I sound like someone you would be happy to share your space with or if you have any questions, feel free to send me a message here or text me. Please only serious offers or inquiries need apply. Cheers.
Hi I'm Ben, Currently work full time in IT and like to keep fit, I train pretty much every afternoon and love hiking and camping so I'm a very outdoors person. I'm a pretty easy going, tidy person who is looking for a long term stay in a nice area, preferably close to the beach. I'm looking to move into my own place or team up with people around Burleigh. If you need to know anything else please message me, Thanks!
Hi! I may be 50, but I am young-at-heart. I would prefer to share with one in a home or rent a granny flat; either to have no steep access please, in suburbs between Ashmore to Elanora. (No villas/townhouses/units thank you) I want a non-share bathroom and I need a B-I-R built-in-wardrobe. I am quiet, clean and I prioritise paying my rent. I respect people's private space. I enjoy my own space to chill 'n' relax, however I am sociable and open to a chat. I take an interest in all things health-related. I am a non-smoker and have the past 8 years been a designated driver, so am a non or only light social-drinker. I don't like dramas, so I am by my choice, currently a single. I am active during day and usually stay home relaxing at night. That said, if you were to want your home to yourself on occasions, I can stay the odd nights with my mum. I would prefer the electricity and the water utilities included in rent please, but depending on rent asked these are up for discussion. (I already pay for mobile phone and wireless internet service providers). I'm good with your pets. Any queries about this? Please, drop me a line, thanks!
Looking for a friendly positive environment for me & my 12mth staffy x cattle pup. I am clean, tidy and respectful. Somewhere near the beach would be preferable but willing to consider other places. A place where we can feel at home.
