Hi there My missus and I are looking for some new people to share our house with in Rochedale south We have three bedrooms avaialable to the right housemates. The house has a patio and bbq, in ground pool and a bar with a pool table or table tennis table. We also have unlimited internet and basic foxtel plus sports. House also has fully ducted aircon, Two of the rooms are larger ( queen size etc) with built ins with large mirror doors and draws etc. The smaller room would suit a smaller bed and has no built ins. Two rooms also have ceiling fans. A few shelves and wall mounts for tvs if you would want to hang yours. We are in our mid twenties so would prefer people around our own age. Previously has a couple and two singles and it worked well but would probably prefer 3 singles depending on how you guys got a long etc. We have our own room with ensuite etc so the main bathroom and seperate toilet is shared between the other flatmates. Looking for minimum of 6 months also especially if we get a great group of people. Have previously had backpackers which was fun but the turnover of people has gotten tiresome. People were looking for will be working full time, or if student be able to prove having an income sufficient to look after themselves properly. Be mature and relaxed and well house trained. We like to have a clean home where everybody pitches in and does their part and cleans up after themselves. Somebody that respects our home and belongings.
