I have a much-loved pet—our five-year-old Cavoodle, who weighs just 7kg. He is very well-trained, non-shedding, and accustomed to living indoors. As a responsible pet owner, I ensure the property is always kept clean and well-maintained. I have personally been a tenant for more than 15 years, with a flawless rental record. I take great pride in my home,
always pay rent on time, and maintain a tidy, peaceful living space.
I value a quiet, clean, and respectful lifestyle, and I treat any property I live in with the utmost care. I would prefer to live with another single mum with young children like myself. We are looking for 2 bedrooms.
