Im a kiwi, been here for 2 years. Clean and tidy and hardly home (fifo) Im easy to get along with, im keen for a bbq and beers but thats usually about it for me. I spent most of time off camping/riding and visiting my nephews so im not around alot. Dont wanna live in a party house anymore, havnt for a few years. Saving for my own home so looking for something semi stable/long term. I have a dirtbike i want to keep in a garage. If u want to suss me out first i have snapchat but not facebook anymore. Also im not in a hurry to find a place so im kinda waiting for the as close to perfect place with a garage and decent location and reliable house mates. Quite little place with very few rules. 10 minute walk to the train station and shopping center, along with a 2 minute walk to a bus stop that can get you anywhere. Generally happy with any DIY you wish to do. Unlimited free wifi. We have a fridge and washer you get full access to along with a storage shed. Partners and family are always welcome, as well as pets are encouraged, we are all animal lovers here!
The house is quite small, and nothing to special. It has quite a good location though, ten minute walk to both the shopping center and train station, so great for students wanting to get to university or people working in the shopping center. Pets are very much welcome, with a large enough backyard for a large dog, and quite a few parks within 5 minutes walking distance. There is no rent inspections, but it would be nice if the place was kept tidy. Guests are obviously allowed and everything. I am quite relaxed and don't really mind what happens.
