Hi, I'm working full time as a business analyst, clean and respectful, saving for buying my own property at the moment, would love to find an alike person or persons to share a house with a fully fenced large yard. My puppy, although only 4 months old, is very smart, has been toilet trained, friendly to any human and dog or cat, calm and quiet, but always love a play with you. I would much prefer a bedroom with own bathroom if it's in a shared house.
Looking for a quiet, stress free place where I can live my life without any hassles. A place close to shopping centres, buses, train stations etc. I have my own furniture so a large sized room to suit a double bed, my computer tables, mini fridge & freezer would be ideal. If built ins cupboards are available with built in shelf space that would also be a big help. If not I have my own cupboard. Ceiling fans would also be nice. I will be honest to say that I am on the pension at the moment due to some health issues I am dealing with, but I'm paying $125 per week including all utilities, where I am currently living in Sunnybank Hills and my rent has always been paid earlier than the due time. When I am working, I work from home as a Freelance Multimedia Producer (have also worked in the Radio Industry) and I have a few projects I'm currently involved in, so finding a place with high speed internet, as part of the utilities included in the weekly rent would also be preferable. I would also need to connect my own home phone (if not already connected or included) that offers unlimited local, national and mobile calls as part of my work - I can take care of that myself if the phone line is present in the house, or I can plug it into the modem as part of those package internet deals. I am a very tidy person and I take pride in keeping the house and especially the kitchen very tidy and clean indeed! I can't stand a messy kitchen! I am a smoker but have always smoked outside. I am however, not a big drinker, so you won't ever find me drunk! I am an honest, friendly, respectful and quiet bloke who mostly keeps to himself. I am happy to pitch in and help with yard mowing duties or other chores if required and am always willing to help my flatmates with things if they need it. I am looking for a long term place like 1-2 years+. Cheers!

Sharing with 2 others upstairs area including kitchen with gas stove, lounge and dining area, bathroom and toilet and a lovely balcony, large back yard with bbq and lots of space. Close to public transport, post, pharmacy, gym local shops and restaurants and the big rocklea markets. We are all working and partly studying, clean tidy and easy going people from different background including our dog witch lives downstairs seperatly. Hi! I'm 25 and originally from Melbourne, but have been living on the Gold Coast for a few months now.
