We are an easy-going couple looking for short-medium term accommodation in the Brisbane area. We have extensive experience working in remote locations across Australia, and we have decided to take a couple of years off and recharge our batteries. We have been travelling for the last five years, and it's time to stay in one spot. We are looking for a studio/granny flat, but we're also happy to look into rooms if they're big enough. (must have an ensuite at a minimum) We have been living in remote communities, so we're used to having minimal space and minimal furnishings, and we are very flexible with our living conditions. We are only looking at the next 3-6 months for accommodation, as we would like to get into the rental market properly and find something longer-term to rent. Due to travelling and only using booking services(booking.com, airbnb, etc), we don't have a reference for previous tenancies. We can provide police checks if requested. Happy to pay up to $450 for the right place.
