That is my definite requirements for a new owner. Now a little more about myself I am on a pension from centrelink. So I don't work. But I am more reliable with rent, and more caring about the needs of others, than a lot of proffessionals that are working full time. I have philanthropic values as I help a extremely poor person in Africa with money assistance. I don't drink and I don't smoke, and I have no bad vices. I have no drivers license so therefore cannot drive, and I have no car or transport. I am decent, and open hearted and quiet person. #My requirement for a new place and area# 1. I am looking for a granny flat/apartment or anything where I most preferably live on my own. I am willing to share a house with a good decent caring owner. 2. I am looking for the area to be within Queensland borders, this is negotiable as I have to let a new owner know about a private matter first 3. The town or area must be close to doctors,and all amenities and public transport. Also due to my health, very little stairs or none at all to the property. 4. The town or area must not be in an insect/ flood prone area and also not in a high heat area. The no insect prone areas is due to the fact, I'm in the top 1 Per cent of people being extremely highly prone to insect/mosquito bites, and I have already had Ross River fever etc. So I cannot be in those areas. 5. Now, to the rent. As I'm on a pension. I would like as cheap a rent as humanly possible. To give a figure, $150 to $200. All is negotiable.
