I will not have a problem with paying rent 💲, and paying it on time 🕑. I lock 🔒 doors and windows when I leave the house 🏡 to secure our belongings and safety. I don't usually have a visitor staying over and probably won't. I won't go into your room or use your personal stuff, and I expect the same. I am looking for a quiet and a peaceful home 🏡 (at least between the late evening to morning). So, if you are a heel stomper, swinging doors shut, or in a 2am or 4am wake up club, our sleep time won't suit one another. If you are mature-minded, a non-smoker, pleasant, considerate with noises, clean, and do not host parties at home, and we do not have wildly different wake and sleep times, and have similar etiquettes, we could be great housemates! I had to move out from a house that has a lot of electrical and other issues, and I'm in between housing.
