Hello I’m Deane 48-year-old from New Zealand have been living in Sydney for 20 years and have just relocated to Brisbane I'm currently staying at my brothers with his family in Mt Gravatt. I work in the Cabinetmaking & Joinery industry which i have already found work. I have no problems paying my rent and bills on time i don't live week to week. I’m trustworthy clean and tidy respectful of flat mate's space and belongings. I work in the construction sector usually leaving the house early around 6am or whenever I get out of bed depending on where I'm working Monday to Friday, I do work the occasional Saturday when talked into it but try not to. I spend my weekends and time off mountain biking down the beach and get away outdoors when i can. I need parking of some sort’s easy street / off street or LUG is fine happy to get permit if needed. Flexible with move in date as will want to find the right fit. I would like to find a place where everyone gets along with friendly and trustworthy sociable flat mates that are happy for a chat when around and the occasional drink or a meal down the pub every now and then. I prefer to look after myself when it comes to food but happy to chip in for a meal and communal items or pick them up when they run out. I'm happy to get my own bedroom furniture if needed the room I'm looking for would need to be able to fit queen size bed and computer desk. I do have things I need a garage or securer storage for, Mountain bike, couple toolboxes or when I empty the van out to go on holiday the things I don't use every day) they don't take up much space as I tend to keep it organized. I Could arrange storage if needed.
