I have my 4y old daughter every second weekend, so looking for a nice place with our own space, my wknds off consistent of either relaxing, having fun at the park, taking her to the swimming pool or movies at home, sometimes even a little bit of work. I am not into partying, for me it’s work, chase my personal goals, get to the gym when I get the time, and really live a simple life. I am a social person who gets along with others however I feel it’s just easier to have my own space due to working big hours and getting my princess every 2nd weekend. After something around St Marys, Ropes crossing and surrounding areas 🙏🏾 My budget is $400 max non negotiable, as I am saving for my own home. Happy to sign a 12 month lease I can pay my own way no problem, I can also supply references if requested. Can supply WWC on request if necessary. Can provide payslips.
