No filthy old garages converted into studios or iligal Granny flats. Prefer new build with roof insulation. Long term settlement 4-10 years. Heating is a must. Wardrobe - storage cabinets Team ups for new home : I need half house empty areas , lots of Kitchen - Laundry space. Happy if lock up garage - storage area available. I can pile up my boxes in less square meters. Have lots of personal stuff that need a place to be used or stored in the boxes. My House hold: a double bed , an extendable day bed with mattress (used as sofa bed) Fridge ( private use, it will be full) Washer (front load) Big Ikea TV unit Bookshelves 3 tier Glassed cabinet Table and 2 chairs Ikea Malm Drawers Jewellery Cabinet & Mirror Collapsible cabinets Kitchen appliances I might share with right person. Natural Gas heater Floor fan I don't have: a sofa-couch. TV is broken , I might repair later. No dryer (I sun dry ) - no microwave - nor air fryer House mates: All I want is you being that person that washes your hands and not carrying all the nasty germs - bacteria around (Toilet-food- raw meat etc) Clean after your self at home and outdoor area . It's very important to me if you are more on the clean freak side !!!! Take care and respect of my belongings and be gentle while using the appliances About me: Australian Citizen (Birthplace) Taking my time relocating and then looking for a job near by. I work in Construction as an estimator, possibility start working from home as well. My previous company relocated so here I am starting allover again! Very clean and tidy, always doing something around the house, cleaning, repairing, lots of meal prep - cooking (Happy to share) and spending time on my fav Youtube channels. I am quite but also very social around happy ppl. A good friend to rely on. Do have limits on humans bad behaviours and narcissistic nature !!!! Especially the ones that think they are smart and that their words or action go unnoticed. I am caring and love keeping everyone happy. I have a funny side and joke a lot. Might have a family member visiting once every 2 years I use heating in living area but not my bedroom. An electric blanket preheats my mattress 20 min during cold nights and then turned off at bedtime. (Safety first) Not a fan of air-conditioning-low temps in summer. Only if it's unbearable. I am active around the house pretty late so not ideal for shift workers. I do prep meals and clean around 21:00 sometimes. NO Drugs-No drug Pills and heavy alcohol. Open for a drink or two but not getting drunk!!!! I might have a few smokes (outside) If you love cooking- meal prep-gardening-hiking-biking-camping etc that would be great to spend time together!
