I work full time as an apprentice Carpenter so I need somewhere cheap and somewhat safe for my tools and dogs. I have just moved from WA to QLD for work I am a grandmother on an adventure. I am quiet like some order to were I am living I have a rescue dog with me. I am currently living North of Brisbane and travelling an hour each way to & from work so I’m looking at relocationg closer to work. I enjoy getting out and exploring this amazing state especially with the dog.
I dont make much noise and tidy up after myself. I can cook for myself. I wont bring a buch of people over but will be social if roommate has guests. My child is school age and will only be around on weekends. I dont have pets but like animals except spiders.

I’m using 2 of the bedrooms so there’s two bedrooms and the main bathroom free for another housemate. The house has a double carport, a small yard and a large living area. There’s air conditioning in the main living area and ceiling fans in the available bedrooms. Both rooms also have built in wardrobes. Unlimited nbn is included in the $160 rent but utilities aren’t. Bond would be $600 and you’d just need to be an approved tenant by the property manager so you can be put on the lease. In the process of signing a new 12 month lease atm. Property is decent size, 4 bedrooms and decent backyard. Air con in lounge and fans in bedrooms. Do have a dog but he will be going with the roommate back to Brazil in April. I do have the main bedroom and en-suite and am paying a little extra for it. Have xbox hooked up to tv in lounge, have Netflix and Stan which is fine for anyone to use. Pets are fine to bring I would just need approval from real estate for them first, but shouldn’t be a problem.
