Hello there, We are a friendly couple moving down from the mainland to make Tassie and Hobart more specifically our home. I am Australian and am moving down to study ocean science. My partner is French and she will be working in finance and consulting. We enjoy a wine with dinner, chats and unwinding from the day, being comfortable and relaxed in a warm, welcoming home. We are active and social, but clean, tidy and respectful. We will be France for the next couple of weeks, arriving in Hobart mid-August, so please contact us and maybe we can arrange a skype call/meeting. We are open to any length of stay at this point. Can't wait to meet you! Angus and Marion
I am quiet and considerate. Will work hard to respect the houses rules and keep things neat and tidy. I will mostly keep to myself and expect a certain level of privacy, but am not against sharing meals from time to time. I work in software development, but enjoy getting outdoors whenever possible in my free time, or reading a good book. I look forward to hearing from you.
Hey all, I'm a chef & I'm working full time, only day work. So I'm definitely up for cooking dinner! I'm super neat and tidy and respect the communal areas of the house greatly and am after housemates that are the same. I'm pretty socialable and often love a bit of a chat but also like my alone time and respect other people's. I like to just chill out on my days off or get out and about. All round easy going and easy to live with. Looking for a room in a current share house or to team up with anyone looking!
Hello, I'm from Melbourne and will study in Hobart. I am a tidy and clean person. I don't smoke or have any pets. I'm friendly, always love a chat but respect other's privacy as well. And I would like to look for a job after I settle so I won't be staying at home all day. I hope to find a place around the city or wouldn't mind to live somewhere with easy access to public transport. I am looking at a few properties in North Hobart, West Hobart and have inspected the properties. Let me know if you're interested to team up.
I'm a 19 year old full-time student at UTAS, I'm doing a Bachelor of General Studies (Arts) Pathway. I am also currently looking for work. I generally keep to myself and I'm a pretty laid back person. I spend most of my time at Uni or in my room. I would preferably like somewhere that doesn't mind visitors as I would like my boyfriend to be able to visit me once a week or so. I am a quiet person but I also enjoy conversations with others. I have basic cooking skills and I am a clean & tidy person.

I'm easy going, friendly, tried and tested- shared houses for 5 years with no previous problems. I like to cook, brew beer and martial arts. love a cup of coffee, sharing a meal with a glass of wine or beer and the occasional night out. I enjoy spending time with housemates in communal space but I'm respectful of personal space and time. Relocating from Melbourne and looking for a place to live.
Hi! I am Joy (Chia-Yu). I am a backpacker from Taiwan. Now I am looking for somewhere to stay and trying to find a job. I really like cooking and shareing with others.
I make great salsa, and I'm friendly and personable. I'm living in New South Wales at the moment and moving down next week. I paint, read, watch movies, and go out for fun. I was raised in Tassie and I'm keen to go back to my roots. I'm going back to study a BA. I'm reliable, funny, goodnatured, keen to meet some great people and study hard.
I'm Courtney, 19 years old. I have moved to Hobart from Melbourne to start my Uni course in Natural environment and Wilderness studies and it will be my first time living away from home. I also currently have a casual job at Rebel Sport. I'm a really easy going, reliable person who will keep things clean and tidy and enjoys cooking (vegan) food with friends. I came to Hobart to experience all of what life as a uni student has to offer, make some lasting friendships and enjoy this beautiful new home of mine.
I love adventures and late night talks. I am a psychology student from Germany and I am staying in Hobart for one semester. I enjoy hangig out with open minded people, being in the nature, swimming and have a desire to wander (the world). All in all I would say I am down-to-earth, happy and cheerful. I lived the past 3 years in different flats and love this way of living and sharing good memories :)
Hi, I'm looking for a place to stay for a few months over summer during the uni break. I'm a Melbourne-based freelance writer who is looking to get out of the city. I'm super early with this but thought I'd see what's available down there.
