Hi,
Looking to team up in and around Mango Hill; a description is below (from a previous listing, i work at Westfield Northlakes now)
*relatively new to Brisbane, looking for a quiet place where i can peacefully go to bed early everyday; so it’d help i guess if you had a similar and consistent sleep/wake cycle
*work part time atm (at Fairfield Gardens) but will be taking on more hours soon (although part time on paper, quite a bit, usually 5 days a week and longer hours on weekends; so tend to stay out off your way more on weekends
*would definitely do my best so that you’ll be comfortable with me as your tenant; kind and considerate
*will be going back to studies at UQ once things (accomodation, work) settle; was enrolled in ‘bachelor of nutrition and master of dietetics’
*tend to have a daily routine and usually work on things to improve on this or that when i’m free
*a ‘party house’ wouldn’t suit me
*would be really excited to meet someone to take on the lease of a house or townhouse; or will be happy to join a compatible existing household
*age shouldn’t be a deal breaker but i’m more likely to click with, say, 40 plus
*we don’t have to be besties but should be able to maintain a friendly relationship
*avid road cyclist; careful with lifestyle and diet
