I do come with a medium sized dog, Arlo, but he is very well behaved, has lovely manners and lives outside when I'm at work, so I need a decent sized garden. For the most part he wouldn't bother you, except for an hour or two a day, if I'm in the living room or if you're on the garden. He prefers to be outside anyway. I have references to state all this. I work part time in childcare and study part time. This is a good area for quiet living! It overlooks a small park at the back, a bus stop, part of the golf course, and two lakes are just a short walk away, with plenty of paths. The Westfield shopping centre is about five minutes' drive. The room has a ceiling fan and a built-in wardrobe, but no aircon. Once we switch over to the NBN our Internet will have decent speed but limited download amounts. Some storage room may be available in the garage.
