I am a permanent resident in South Australia looking for a new place to move into this year as my lease is ending. I am friendly, happy to share house or apartment with others and I don't mind couples living together. I respect everyone's privacy and I am willing to learn to live with everyone. If there is anything you don't like about me, I am very happy to hear out your opinion.
I am a happy and friendly chick who loves to socialise but I also like my down time- an ambivert I guess you would call it. I am open, non judgemental and compassionate. I am well experienced with share housing and I am well travelled, moving back to Australia last year. I am easygoing and generally fun. I love to meet new people and celebrate diversity. Love a night in as well as a night out. I'm a full time uni student at Magill and I am working part time. I love to dance, chill with mates, sing, laugh, like to keep fairly fit and healthy. If you have any questions, give ask away.

I've nearly finished my masters of teaching and should be out there teaching by the end of the year. I'm friendly and social, and I also like my quiet time. At home I enjoy cooking-mostly vegetarian, and a spot of gardening, having friends over for meals and board-games, reading and art. I also enjoy hiking and the outdoors, yoga and meditation. I try to keep positive about life and aim to live simply. I'd like to live with people who have similar outlook on life :). Please get in touch if this sounds like a good fit :-)
Hi, I'm an easygoing person and currently in my last semester at uni. I am a non-smoker and I like reading, popular culture and some quiet time. I'm not really a party person but I'm not a buzzkill either. Mostly cook at home and try to eat healthy. I like going for walks in nature or to the beach when the weather is nice. I respect and maintain personal boundaries and privacy.
Hi, My name is Stephanie I'm a mid 20s professional and have a bunny called Hugh. I have a few interests that include drinking wine, watching Netflix and old seasons of survivor, going to comedy shows about the city, hanging out with my best friend Alice, attending table top events ( board games) playing video games (on my pc) and reading books. I'm pretty relaxed drive a scooter and thinking im pretty badass because of it, Hugh is a chiller and will sit on your lap, climb on you or find a high point in the room to perch and look down on everyone like the benevolent ruler he is. He is toilet trained so coming inside for interaction is not a messy occasion. He will spend his unsupervised time chilling in his Playboy mansion outside. I'm not a neat freak, but I would like to live somewhere where communal areas and privacy are respected.
Hi There, My names Rob, I'm currently doing post-graduate studies in aviation safety and work part time for the Federal Government. I'm pretty into fitness, normally riding and/or training for bike races...yes I'm one of those guys who dons the lycra! Because of my work and training, I'm normally up pretty early most days, but enjoy a sleep in just as much as anyone else. When I'm not studying, working, or training, I'm normally glued to the sofa watching Netflix, drinking wine and eating whatever I've whipped up in the kitchen (I like to think I'm reasonably good at cooking!). I'm a neat and tidy person who takes pride in the place I stay. I'm looking for similar people who like the occasional bit of wine and food with friends, but don't want to party every weekend. If you're into fitness/cycling, thats a bonus! I look forward to hearing from you :)
I'm quiet and meticulously clean, I don't smoke or drink and generally keep to myself. I have a small unusual cat. I'm known for my outstanding cullinary skills with a passion for food and if im not out attending to my daily duties or busy studying you will hardly notice im home at all.
Hi my name's Afruza and I'm a full time student at Scotch College in Torrens Park. I work part time as a maths tutor at a Kumon centre and I also volunteer at Oxfam on the weekends. When I'm not working/studying I like to keep physically fit at the gym or in local hiking trails. I'm a pretty relaxed and flexible person but I like to keep myself busy and stay in a routine. Currently boarding at a friend's place but need to find somewhere to stay before they go overseas! I'm easygoing and get along with most people and hope to meet new people and make some friends on the way. My budget is around $150 a week, preferably with utilities and a private furnished room. North eastern to inner western would be ideal. :)
Hi, I’m a speechwriter and communications officer, working for government and based in the city. I’d like to think I’m a friendly and kind person who values being tidy, organised and considerate of other people and their needs. I’m also a (reasonably) good cook! I am somewhat introverted so need some alone time, but I also enjoy socialising and good conversations. I’m keen to live in an inner city suburb, especially if it’s close to some nature like Linear Park or the Botanic Gardens. Alternately, a great house further from the city, but close to a national park like Morialta or Belair, or near the beach, would also be good. Some of my other interests include meditation, reading, theatre, art, movies and travel.
2 friendly siblings looking for a clean, honest, mature-minded person to share our unit. 700GB fast Telstra Bigpond internet. Large newly furnished room in a recently renovated neat house. Brand new bathroom. Close to Norwood, UniSA Magill campus. Near Firle and Marden shopping centre. Many bus stops around (Bus stop 11 to city). Not far from the city. Ducted air conditioning, heater will be provided. $175 per week utility bills inclusive.
Our house is located in Saint Peters at Seventh Avenue. In addition to being within a 15 min bus/bicycle ride to the CBD, there are a number of parks nearby (including a dog park opposite ours) as well as a shopping center, which is within a 10 min walk. There is a rose garden in the front yard and a reasonably sized lawn at the back. We currently have a spare room for rent at $110/week, excluding amenities. It's a fairly spacious room with in built wardrobes and cabinets for storage. The room is not furnished, but the house is! The house comes with all the necessary furnishings in the dining and living areas. The kitchen is pretty well stocked as well. There's a Weber grill in the backyard, which anyone of the housemates is welcome to use. If you enjoy a good laugh, appreciate documentaries by Louis Theroux and/or David Attenborough or are predisposed to the melodic voice of Neil Young on vinyl then you would fit in well. *Ps. The ex-housemate is selling his furniture you see in the pictures (bed, desk, chair etc.), he might cut you a deal if you're looking to buy before moving in.
5 Star location with large bedroom! Fully furnished, internet, gardener and cleaner included. The house is located in the heart of the high-demand suburb of St Peters and is very close to the city. The classic looking property offers neat living areas with high ceilings, leafy green streets, quiet living areas, small courtyard garden, easy access to public transport, close to the Avenues shopping centre - supermarket + restaurants - with easy-going and reliable housemates. Room D: $150 pw This room at the back of the house is of medium size has a large window with views to the back garden. Double size bed, a quality desk with drawers, lamp and tall wardrobe with double hanging space complete this very comfortable room. If you are interested in this room, please see our website, give us a call or email from this advertisement and include a contact number.
Pretty relaxed living space - great for studying and close to city, Norwood shops etc. Very old villa with lots of rustic charm and a nice garden with plenty of room to start veggie patches/ pursue hobbies etc. It's a lush place that is surely very inviting for those with a green thumb. The house is very old, circa 1880 and was likely one of the first establishments in the area. Yep they sure don't build them like they used to, and this old beast has certainly stood the test of time. With it comes the energies of families, lovers, artists and travelers from all walks of life across many different parts of the world. The space is a quiet place and best suited for those who like peaceful living, with the occasional dinner with friends and good banter. I have a large double room available at the front of the house. It has been recently repainted and has a queen bed, large standing desk, shelving and open hanging space for clothes. It is a comfortable space with lots of room. I would ideally like a couple in this room as it reduces rent and makes living here quite cheap, however i am open to single applicants also. With three people here it's $100 each per week, which includes ADSL. Water and electricity are extra and charged quarterly. I like being around people who are light hearted with a sense of humour, and preferable experience with share-house living.
