I'll be moving out on the 15th of Feb and am looking for someone to take over the last month of my lease. You can stay here for a month and after that if you'd like to extend the lease and have a 6 month or a year contract, you can do that too. Short term flatmates and long term flatmates are both welcome. Perfect for Uni Students or Professionals because of the convenience and connectivity to the city. This is a great Share house which is located near the bus stop towards the city (2 mins walk to the stop, its across the road). You will be staying in a cozy room which has a bed, a table, air con and 2 cupboards for your clothes. There is a shopping center near by as well as restaurants and Gyms. All bills are included in the mentioned rent. The kitchen has cutlery and cooking utensils that can be used. The house has a common lounge area that has a TV. There is also a laundry area with a washing machine and a dryer. Message me if you're interested.

I am easy to get along with. I am used to living with many people in the house. I am reliable and always pay bills on time. I am a saver when it comes to money and enjoy meeting new people.
I'm 19 and I study 2 days a week and work 2 jobs. I've been living with a roommate since I was 16 and never have had an issue paying rent or bills on time. I would like to live with another female. I like to keep my house clean and tidy, and I'm a quite person! I'm happy to get to know anyone. I'd prefer not to live with pets.
Hi there, my name is Sharna. I'm an easy going, chilled out person to live with. I'm clean and tidy, and considerate to other's needs. I am a creative and a crafty kind of person, always having an exciting project at hand. Although I do like to socialize, I prefer my home to be a peaceful santuary, and I'm seeking like minded people to live with. I'm currently a beauty therapist working long hours - generally 10 hour days, 4 days a week. I'll have my awesome, friendly cat, Hunter, with me, therefore a pet friendly home is an absolute must. He is very affectionate boy, and mostly stays outdoors. If i sound like the kind of person who you could live with, please don't hesitate to get in touch!
I'm a Law/Commerce student studying full-time at the University of Adelaide. I meditate twice a day aiming for two hours a day, meaning I'm also vegetarian. When I'm not studying I like to hang out, make jokes, cook, do more meditation, read (history, law, etc) walk, go and see family in the Barossa Valley (so if you like wine I have boxes of the stuff that I don't drink). I volunteer at a legal aid centre in Norwood. I'm a busy person, and pretty pro-active, so I'm not the kind of house mate that will be around all the time, but I will be the one to motivate others, get stuff done and make sure all responsibilities are done. Oh, I don't drink, smoke, club or party hard but that doesn't mean you don't have to :) I also work part-time as a courier and can play guitars, piano and sing. In second semester I'm going on exchange to NYC till December so will only be looking for a room/place for six months.
Hi there! I'm Silvia, Italian from Venice, 3rd year PhD student. I will be in Australia for a visiting period at the University of Adelaide, thus will be out for most of the day. I'm looking for a furnished single room with all expenses included from the 13th of february to the 27th of march. I'm easy-going, a good dinner organizer and fully respect common spaces.
Friendly, easy-going housemate who's been working full-time as a Marketing Manager in the arts for over 6 years. I lead a busy professional life between work and events, so home tends to be my relaxation/chill zone. Though the odd dinner/small party - housemate nights in with wine have become a bit of a habit I'd be happy to continue! I have pretty eclectic tastes, but i generally love music, sport, anything summer-related, oh and I dance once a week! I'm very house proud and respectful of each other's space - been sharing for years, I know the drill. Don't have a gender preference for sharing (have share with both over the years). I'm looking for a nice, safe home with one or two like-minded, people I can hopefully become friends with also! I do have a car (off-street parking only please) though prefer to find somewhere I can tram or take easy transport to work - ideally CBD or inner suburbs (bowden, north adelaide, torrensville, Goodwood, Norwood radius). Also prefer to live with a non-smoker, no cats (or spiders), but I do love dogs. I'm not in a rush to move, as I have temporarily moved in with a friend when my past lease ended quickly (housemate moved to Sydney and her folks who owned it need us out) so I didn't move under pressure. Though she doesn't have air con (first world problems) so I have started/am always keeping an eye out for the "right" new flat mates!
I'm responsible, friendly and organized. I love to play the guitar, football, and filmmaking. I´m half Peruvian and half Venezuelan, and I have moved a lot during my life, so I have developed a nice skill that allows me to get along with different kind of people. Respect is everything and I´m very aware of that. Overall, I will be a nice and easy going flatmate.
I am currently studying a Bachelor of Social Sciences at the University of Adelaide. I have puppy named Coco who is a Kelpie X and has been trained, desexed, vaccinated and microchipped. Coco and I love meeting new people and are friendly and tidy housemates.
Hi. I’m peter I work in the building industry and I like gin. (Actually I’m soon to return to my career in the building industry) I like to eat healthily and would like some space for growing herbs etc. I have common sense and would like a flat mate to have a modicum of some ? Maybe. ? A shed or workshop would be nice as I have some tools I would like to set up and use. To keep me sane I like making shoes. (This is still a work in progress)
This is a fully-furnished and comfortable townhouse in Payneham. Ideal for a student, it is in a great location! It is a 5 minute walk to Marden shopping centre and 15 minute bus ride to the city, not far from the city and Magill university campuses- Adelaide Uni and Uni SA. The townhouse is kept clean and tidy. I take care to look after the home, and would expect the same from my housemate. A medium-sized bedroom is available, which has been freshly painted. The bedroom has large built in robe, single bed, bookcase, desk and chair. I am a female resident looking to share with one other female aged 25-35 years old student or young professional. Also, housemate will need to like cats as I have a friendly cat living here. The rent is $140 per week plus half of the electricity bills and internet bills. Rent includes wireless internet broadband. And, the bond is $500 for a minimum 6 month stay. Please phone or text to find out more and have a look.
Myself an Indian national with an Australian PR. I am into the Facilities Management industry and work as an Operations Manager. Will relocate soon to Australia.
Hey folks, a mate and I are looking at starting a new share house early next year and looking for an easy going guy or gal to team up with. Looking at renting in the North East area; Morbury, Mawson Lakes, as far as maybe Norwood area. Looking at a budget of roughly $400-450 a week split 3 ways. Music enthusiast would be great as we are both actively involved in making music, but by no means essential. We are both easy going and respectful and ideally would to be friendly with someone before moving in. If anybody is interested or know's anyone who may be keen, shoot me a PM to discuss!
I am a 26 year old Canadian, from Burlington, Ontario but have most recently been living in Montreal. I am laid back and easy to get along with. I like to socialize and have fun, but also like when things are quiet. I have a BCom and MSc, and I'm a business professional who has worked in startups and other segments of entrepreneurship. I plan I love sports and staying active; I'm looking forward to spending lots of time outside. I love to travel and have visited 25+ countries and have lived in 4, for extended periods of time. I have lived with all sorts of people, from various countries and cultural backgrounds and I'm comfortable living with anyone. I am respectful of others and their space, and would like to find like minded individuals to share a house with during my stay in Adelaide.
Hi everyone! So I am looking to move into a new place, as the lease for my current place is ending Feb 27. I would prefer to stay somewhere that has a lease of at least 12 months, but am okay with a 6 month lease. I work part time as a AOD counsellor in the city, and have graduated from Psychology, Social Work and Addictions Counselling degrees at university. I also tutor university students when I get the time in between my counselling job. I am a bright and bubbly person, who is easy to get along with. I enjoy talking to housemates and catching up at the end of the day, but I do like to have my own space as well. I like going out partying every now and then, but not all the time. I enjoy reading, tv shows, music (I have a record player, love to collect records) and I am obsessed with cooking, so can certainly whip up some yummy meals to share! Love a good wine and cheese movie night. I love animals, so would be more than happy to move into a home with pets. I also love gardens, so a place with a garden would be awesome!! I am looking to move somewhere not too far from the city, and with easy access to public transport, as I do not have a car at the moment.
Hi i'm returning to uni to do a masters but I work part time also to pay the bills :) I've flat shared countless times - I keep to myself when i'm studying but always up for a chat. I eat healthy (most of the time) I love dining out and I like to keep active when I can by running, walking, gym, sports. I always keep general living areas tidy, always clean up after myself and I'm pretty easy going. Oh and wine and cheese are probably there highlight of my week! I'm going to italy for 2 weeks which is why i don't want to move until after i get back on the 12th of Feb. I would prefer to live with a couple of people but am also willing to look at 2 bedroom places. If its a 4bedroom house there must be a second bathroom - i don't need that sort of stress in the morning. 4 people maximum household. non smokers, no couples please but dogs are a bonus :)
