    $480/week31 year old man

Hi there, I'm a 31-year-old guy who is more of a homebody. I work full-time in IT/Project Management and am currently doing a full-time master's as well, so a place with room to work/study from home is important. Would prefer a place with 1 or 2 other people, more than that and the home becomes too crowded and messy. I would prefer a team-up as I have most furnishings for a place myself, and this will make it easiest to move in somewhere and not have to worry about storing or selling any additional furniture. I don’t smoke, I do drink, but not often. I have a beautiful dog, Walter, who is a long-haired chihuahua and has plenty of personality. He is not your usually angry chihuahua which is great. He is a sook and super cuddly. I occupy my free time by regularly walking my dog, home cooking, trying new cafes and restaurants, and going to my favourite bars with friends. I enjoy going to the gym and then balance that out by watching/binging TV series - if there is nothing new I’ll put on something like Brooklyn 99 or Parks and Rec - just a zone-out show. I enjoy exploring, walking new areas, and finding new bars, and buying new whiskies, wines, or cocktail ingredients too. I find a clean and well-kept/managed home important. Good and clear communication is key, shared responsibility is key, shared and equal effort is key. But that doesn’t mean parties or gatherings and get-togethers are off the table, who doesn’t love a charcuterie board, dinner, or tasting? As already stated, I would prefer a place without furnishings as I have most things myself. Just missing a good lounge and a good table for now. I am good with other animals, but Walter my dog, doesn’t like dogs that are twice his size or bigger, so cavoodle size and smaller is best. He also has a weird thing against dachshunds and squished-face dogs like pugs, no idea why. He’s good with cats and birds though. Looking for something in the Eastern Suburbs, Inner West, North Sydney, or within the city, open to most places as long as I can park on the street and walk my dog somewhere. Would prefer somewhere with public transport nearby too. Happy to chat if any of this interests you and am open to finding or moving into a new place as soon as possible. If you have read this far you're obviously interested. Below is a list of what I have (for shared/communal use) as I feel this will help me know if an apartment can be furnished. - 495L French Door Refrigerator - 200L Chest Freezer - 12-8kg Combo Washer Dryer - 42L 1200W Microwave - 4 Slice Toaster - Kettle - 26cm Cast Iron Skillet - 5.2L Cast Iron Enamel Dutch Oven - 30cm Wok - 28cm Steel Pan - Set of knives - Other Kitchen Items and Utensils (no pots) - Cups, Glassware, and Cocktail Glassware - 65' 4K Smart TV - Glass Dinning Table - 4 Dinning Table Chairs - Coffee Table - 3x 100x175 cm glass shelves

Hi! I'm a final year student looking to join a place or start up a sharehouse with 2-3 others in Sydney after coming back from my exchange year in Singapore. I’m currently working on my degree in International Studies at UNSW. I'd say I'm a relaxed and easy-going person but enjoy meeting new n cool people. LGBTQ+ friendly. I don’t have pets myself, but love all animals so would be happy to live with your cat/dog/fish/snake etc. I enjoy having a lil drink and listening to music on the weekends, but otherwise, I'm pretty quiet and introverted and love alone time just as much as having a chat. I spend most of my free time going out for walks, reading, studying, doomscrolling or going to the occasional gig. I do enjoy having a friend over every now and then, and would be happy for housemates to do the same. I'm a generally tidy and a 'clean-as-you-go' type of person in the kitchen/communal spaces and more than happy to divide housework. I've lived out of home for 6 years so I’m pretty used to the sharehouse life. I like cooking for others and I also come with a Nintendo Switch as a bonus :) My ideal place would be 10-15 minute walk to a train station/bus stop, inner-West or close, long-term stay (12+ months) and with other women- but flexible! I'm also pretty flexible about the suburb, but ideally would be a 30 min trip from the city. Feel free to shoot a message if you’d like to look for a place together, or if you think I’d be a good fit for your home :)
