My day job allows me to work from home 3 to 4 days a week, so need a decent size room so I can work there when WFH. Ive been living on my own for a long time renting but it’s just so expensive. I enjoy hitting the gym, going for walks, and unwinding with Netflix. I value a clean and quiet space but also appreciate a good conversation now and then over a beer or glass or wine and a good meal (I can cook, Im no Heston Blumenthal but simple homely hearty stuff). I don't smoke but don’t care if you do, I don’t have pets but love animals, don’t have kids and prefer it that way. Im looking for a place with max 1 other person, I would like the building to have a gym that I can access easily, based on this my budget would be $500 with gym in building otherwise $450 ish if no gym as need to factor in that cost externally. Id love a split level apartment with upstairs/downstairs bedrooms. I need to give 3 weeks notice in my current place but could, hit me up if you feel this could work :)
