Preferably looking for a house that doesn’t partner with too many others/ 1-2 people max & on property parking. I am 28 years old, new to the Gold Coast from Perth and not really in a rush to find a place, more focused on finding the right place. I’m looking for a modern house/apartment somewhat central to the upper end of the gc. I currently work night shift 6pm to 6am as a traffic controller about 3-4 days a week and am pretty quiet when I am home. I’m also a heavy sleeper so day to day noise won’t wake me easily. I love to cook, I love a good Netflix doco and I just would really like to live with like-minded people 😌 Move in date is flexible.
