Spacious and light-filled apartment in Rushcutters Bay. The main bedroom will be available from 29 January and features large windows, generous inbuilt cupboard space and a large ensuite with vanity. The photos don't do it justice! The bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed (mattress was bought in December). Note - the bedroom furniture and its configuration is now different. *******The room is available from 29 January ****** I love living here and I’m sure you will too! The bedroom available is extra large. It features large windows and built in robes. It also has a good sized, fresh ensuite with vanity and plenty of storage. The rent per week for the room is $420 for single occupancy. We would split all bills. This includes the electricity bill which is between $260 and $350 per quarter depending on the season and obviously our usage. There is unlimited wifi which costs $60 per month, which we would share.
I am organized with my things and clean after I go, cause I grew up with sort if an OCD mother. I like to be quiet and at peace when I am at home. But I also enjoy from time to time to have a social gathering within flatmates. My job was in Marketing so I am used to talking with different kinds of people. I am currently a student and part-time working. More inclined to arts as I love singing, dancing and guitar playing but very analytical and observant.
Hey there I’m Hannah! I have been living in Sydney on and off from California for the last three years. I am looking for a place to live long-term for 6 months to a year. I will be studying full time and working part time so I’m mostly out of the house but would love to share a glass of wine or a meal whenever convenient! A little about me: I am 21 years old, I live a healthy lifestyle, I’m clean and tidy, I enjoy going out occasionally and you can always find me at the beach. Ideally I’d like to live with people I have good chemistry with, I love making new friends! I’ll set up an automatic transfer for rent so you never have to worry about that. If I sound like a good fit for you feel free to send me a message. x Hannah
A young financial professional looking for a room close to work. Easy and social person who likes to exercise. Coming up from Melbourne, looking to settle before the 24th January.
Jack and I are looking for our own apartment rather than a flat share. A one bedroom or studio (providing it has all cooking facilities). We are looking to be as close to central as possible, Edgecliff and Rushcutters Bay are our favourite spots but we're open to anywhere within a 10 minute train to Martin Place/central. We both work full time and are clean, responsible tenants searching for a place to stay for the next 4-5 months :)
Hi I am Gaurav, 28 years, I am a consultant and I work full time in the city. I am usually very busy during weekdays and finish work at 7 pm. On weekends I enjoy socialising so I hang out with my friends, explore new bars/cafes, I also workout at gym and play tennis. I am very laid back and easy person to live with.
Looking for a private room in a modern/clean flatshare eastern suburbs close to Bondi. A place I can call home with a lot of sunlight. Ideally with 1-2 flatmates who likes to share but likes to have their own privacy. 27yo french guy, full time worker in finance in the CBD. I enjoy sharing with people but I like my own time as well. Enjoy wine, cooking, running, gym and obviously the beach! Very active between work and fun but like to settle down for a movie or good dinner. Clean and courteous. Friendly :) .
Hey there! I’m moving to Sydney from Adelaide around mid January 2019. I’m flexible with move in dates but I would ideally move in by 27 January at the latest. I'd like to live in a non-smoking, social house/flat where we can host dinner parties and BBQs here and there, but I also value quiet nights. Having flatmates who are up for the occasional outing or hanging out will be nice too. I’m 23 and work full-time in the finance industry. When I’m not working, I like going to dance classes, going to the gym or just taking it easy at home. On weekends, I like discovering new places, going out with friends or going to beaches or parks. I also love travelling, wine, gin, trying new healthy recipes and art! Being bubbly and easy-going, I enjoy spending time with my flatmates but also respect the need to have alone time. I’m tidy, clean and reliable when it comes to chores and bills. I'm looking for like minded people who are tidy, respectful and fun to be around! P.S. I'm allergic to cats :(

I’d describe myself as a friendly laid back lover of all things health and fitness who as a bit of a conflict of interests works as a pastry chef (so I'm kind of in this perpetual battle of fitness vs self restraint of an unchaperoned fat kit at a birthday party) I’m 29 years old originally from the UK but have been living in Sydney for approximately 3 years now, being a pretty social person I’ll normally be off doing something over the weekends but prefer to relax during the week when I'll either be found at yoga the gym or in the kitchen cooking or creating cakes - Which I always need willing testers for! Ideally I’m looking to live in a place I can make a home with a housemate(s) I can also call friend(s) - I'm certainly no stranger to a glass of wine or two but I'm definitely not looking for a party place (I’m usually in bed by 10pm during the week!)
I'm a 25 year old (single) lawyer from Adelaide who's looking for an apartment in Sydney. I'm moving to Sydney in early February - the start date at my firm is 18 February. I'm looking to move in sometime between 6-14 February but I’m pretty flexible. I'm an extrovert, usually operating with an open door policy (unless I'm having some solo youtube/Netflix watching time!). I'm tidy but also love to do a cook up on the weekend/when I have time (ie make my own pasta, bake, etc). My dad's Greek so I was brought up to be a foodie. In saying that, I clean as I go. Mess at the end isn't fun. I laugh at myself a lot, I love an impromptu catch up bev but also a well planned/themed dinner party. I laugh very easily - I'm warm! I'm the oldest of 5 kids and have lived in share houses in Adelaide and overseas (lived in the Netherlands for two years). I'm very good at knowing when to disappear from a common space and also when to be social. If this sounds promising to you please let me know so we can catch up!
Hi! My name is Rhys, I'm looking to move into the city for work which I will start in February. My job is in investment banking, so I work long hours and won't be around much in the week, but I like to socialise on weekends! I was born and raised mostly in Sydney, but spent 4 years in Munich, and also just recently returned from 6 months travelling. Looking to settle down now for the next few years at least. Ideally looking for flatmates who are clean, quiet during the week, but also good for a chat and being social on the weekend. I like climbing, snowboarding, touch footy, but I usually spend my free time by the beach when I can.
Hey, I'm a full-time university student at the University of Sydney. I'm on my way back from an exchange semester at the University of Edinburgh, since semester finished I've been backpacking Europe and on a study program in Thailand. When I finally get back to Australia, semester 1 of uni starts shortly after, and I start working at my old job at Macquarie University immediately, so I need a place to stay. None of my location preferences are anywhere close to North Ryde, but I own a car to get me to-and-from work, and I've always put my lifestyle before my job. These are places that I know are close to university and the CBD, so I am not lacking of activities to do during my time off. Shoot me a message if you've got a free room or want to start a flatmates group to search for a room together. Thanks :)

I’m a very clean, sociable and easy going person. I work in advertising and love exploring new places to swim, eat and drink in Sydney. I am hoping to find a place with other chilled and friendly people around the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney.
Hi I am 34 non smoker very quiet and clean. City working professional who is very career orientated. when I am not at work I am at the gym or reading. I also love to travel regularly and the outdoors. I would prefer short commute to work (hence my selected suburbs) and a very quiet place to live where I can relax and unwind. I don't mind if you have pets, I am a huge pet lover and will help care for them! I prefer a female house mate x 1. If i have my own en suite it would be ideal however negotiable on this for the right place and house mate. Thank you!

Hey guys, I'm originally a Melbourne boy who moved up to Sydney at the beginning of last year. I've absolutely loved Sydney so far and I am now looking for a new place to live in 2019. I'm a really social person who is looking to move into a home where the current housemates get along really well and are looking for someone to join that social atmosphere. I'm a fan of all sports, enjoy an adventure and love nothing more than spending time with friends over a drink. If you think I might be a good fit for your place then shoot me a message and I'd love to come meet you and check out your house! All the best, Callum
I'm 30 looking for somewhere long term and settled, I'm single, working office hours in the CBD stable professional job, been in Australia 2 years. I'm friendly enjoy a wine at the weekends, I'm quiet in the week because I'm up early for work. I like to cook but I do eat out a lot for connivence, happy to cook house meals though. Weekends I'm usually out food and drinks with friends. It would be nice to extend my friendship group. Have house meals, nights out etc.
Basic needs: I am looking for a room beginning the first week of March 2019 for three months, possibly longer. Furnished or unfurnished is fine either way. Clean and quiet home, easy public access to the CBD nearby as I work in the city. I have a car, so somewhere to park or at least the ability to obtain a parking permit for the area is essential. Laundry facilities, either in the home, or within the building is essential. About me: I am a quiet person because I work during the week and then have alot of my own hobbies like sewing and study that keep me occupied, plus some outdoor activities. I am looking for a largish room that has or can accommodate a good sized table for the indoor hobbies. I clean up after myself, honour personal space and would prefer living with professionals that have the same nature. If your home is your place to relax and rejuvenate in peace and privacy, then we might be a good match for living arrangements. I love all animals so well kept pets will be well received but I dont have any myself.
Hi there, I’m Jas. I’ve recently moved from London to Sydney and looking for a short term rent from 19.01 - 09.02 potentially and most likely longer until mid April 2019. I like to think of myself of someone who is a combination of fun but also a hardworking professional. I am a learning and development consultant as well as studying. I love cleaning which is rare find, so would be looking for a place that’s kept well and presentable. I am a huge fan of all things food related, travelling new places, music, dancing, exploring street art, art, theatre etc. I also love long walks, beach trips and nights in! I'm a chilled, friendly and tidy individual hoping to find somewhere with flatmates who are easy to get along with and share similar interests to myself. I look forward to what Sydney will bring.
