Hi there! I work full time in a consulting firm in the city. I will be studying during semester time so I'll be pretty flat-out. I enjoy going to the gym, bingeing on Netflix and going out with friends. Summer will see me at the beach and outside as often as is possible and winter will see me curled up in a blanket burrito watching movies. I am looking for my own room (no roomshare arrangements) preferably large enough for a queen bed and storage (built-in wardrobe would be even better).
I like a place to be clean and tidy, love cooking and sharing a meal or a drink. I am also happy doing my own things but wouldn't mind finding a flatmate with who i get along and share more than just a house.
I'm going on holiday for four weeks, and so I'm renting my beautiful studio for the duration. It is a well-spacious,comfortable and stylish private studio featuring a kitchenette with facilities to cook with, and a modern piano if you're a creative type! There are two bathrooms on the same level, that are shared with just another 5 units and cleaned weekly. A one week bond and four weeks' rent up front will be required. Note: the T.V in the photos is not there anymore, creating more room. -Great location with just a 5-8 minute stroll to the heart of Kings Cross -Minutes walk to Kings Cross Train Station that is only another few minutes by train to Sydney CBD -Minutes walk to great selection of restaurants, bars and nightclubs -All bills including unlimited wi-fi is included -Couples $400 for the week
I moved to Sydney from San Francisco about a year ago, and excited to get the chance to experience Summer in Sydney again! I'm pretty friendly and enjoy chatting over a glass of wine or shared meal every so often, though I sometimes work hectic hours. Looking forward to meeting you :) Other important details: * I was transferred here through a large international tech company, so paying rent won't be an issue, rest assured. * I'm a nonsmoker now, but I used to, so it's important to me to live with other nonsmokers * I do like to enjoy an adult beverage every so often though, so hope you do too lol * Very LGBT friendly / generally accepting of all lifestyles * Very clean in common areas * I welcome homes with pets! * Looking to build a home rather than a crash pad 💛

Spacious and light-filled apartment in Rushcutters Bay. The main bedroom will be available from 1 December and features large windows, generous inbuilt cupboard space and a large ensuite with vanity. The photos don't do it justice! The bedroom can be rented with the queen size bed base (no mattress) or without. Note - the bedroom furniture and its configuration is now different. *******The move in date is flexible between 1 and 15 December****** I love living here and I’m sure you will too! The bedroom available is extra large. It features large windows and built in robes. It also has a good sized, fresh ensuite with vanity and plenty of storage. The rent per week for the room is $415 for single occupancy. We would split all bills. This includes the electricity bill which is between $260 and $400 per quarter depending on the season. There is unlimited wifi which costs $60 per month, which we would share.

We are a couple from Canada and Argentina, we love to travel and make new friends. It's always great to meet fellow travelers but even better to live with locals and really get to know the culture. We are tidy and like to share the occasional BBQ with our flatmates.
Hey, I'm 24 years old, working as a chef full time. I do absolutely love my job and hospitality industry. Work keeps me pretty busy, so I am you wont see a whole lot of me during my week. But when I do get time away I do love to get outdoors and few day activities. I enjoy a few drinks and good banter, so I'm always down for a chat, at home or even down at the local bars. Any questions feel free to ask. Thanks

Hey there! I’m moving to Sydney soon from Adelaide (around 19 January 2019). I’m 23 and am a professional working full-time in the finance industry. When I’m not working, I like going to dance classes, going to the gym or just taking it easy at home. On weekends, I like discovering new places, going out with friends or going to beaches or parks. I also love travelling, wine and art! Being bubbly and easy-going, I enjoy spending time with my flatmates but also respect the need to have alone time. I’m tidy, clean and reliable when it comes to chores and responsibilities. Looking for like minded people who are tidy, respectful and fun to be around!
Hi there, My name is Yazan and I want to be your flat mate!. I am a professional, working full-time as a project manager in engineering consultancy and a part-time PhD student. I have moved from Dubai to Sydney back in August, before that i used to live in Leeds, UK. I am usually described as neat, clean, quite and a social person with a great sense of humour. I also do respect other's privacy and would pay the rent on time. Important to me: you’re nice, you keep shared spaces clean, we are close to public transport (my office is near Wynyard Station) NOT important to me: your Gender/Orientation, your Race/Religion, and your age. Sharing a home is all about courtesy and common sense. My Move in date can be earlier. Cheers
The flat is located in Rushcutters Bay, which is a 30min walk to the heart of Sydney, also less than 20min walk to double bay. It is small but cozy, love how it's only a less than a 30sec walk to Rushcutters Bay park. You will love the place just as much as I do! It's a beautiful little flat and I am happy for someone to make it their own just like we do. You will have your own bedroom that is fully furnished, so all you need to do is bring your stuff. You are more than welcome to have friends over from pre drinks or to chill. 😊 I look forward meet you.

I will be moving up to Sydney around 5th of February 2019 and have put up an early listing to see if anything might be available during that time. I am friendly and easy-going, but I also am respectful of other's privacy and personal space. I am tidy and clean, and also very well organised. * I am open to various suburbs that are within 30km of the CBD.
Hi, I'm Josh, an outgoing gay guy from the UK moving to Sydney in Nov 2018! I would like to find a social house, sharing with either 1 or 2 people, in a fun and friendly atmosphere! I'll be in full time work once I arrive in marketing, so will be busy during the weeks. Room requirements are minimal, just friendly people to live with, laid back and social. I would want to feel comfortable inviting my own friends round (when I finally meet the locals) and having a laugh, either keeping ourselves to ourselves or getting the rest of the house involved. Good food, good drink and good company are always welcome. I love my music and movies and like to keep myself busy, I want to make the most of my time in Aus as who knows how long I'll be there. Looking to get the most of that beautiful sunshine, head to the beach (though may need some help getting Aussie beach body ready!) Just like any Londoner I do love to go out too, though in my 30s hoping to keep this to the weekends. I'll need some help in working out these lockout laws. I like to be social so always looking to cook and share my resources with flatmates. I've previously lived with people where we cook together, so a similar environment would be ideal! Yet I understand people do want to keep to themselves. I'm easy either way! Ultimately I want to be friends with the people I live with - I'm still best friends with my old housemate who we met as strangers when we first moved in.
I'm a 24 year old girl from Sweden, I work full time in the CBD in sales and marketing. On my free time I like going to the gym, drink wine and hang out with friends. I'm easy going and tidy, looking for a quiet place to call home!
I am from Colorado but have lived in NYC for the past 9 years and Los Angels prior for 3 years. I have great experience with roommates and am clean, quiet and respectful of other people’s space. Will be working in Double Bay for 3 months and very excited to visit Sydney for the second time! *Looking for a room that comes with a bed :) *Slightly allergic to cats :(
Hi there! I'm Georgie, 25 y/old female from Melbourne, relocating to Sydney for 3-4 months over summer (mid Nov until mid/end Feb) for a legal internship/clerkship. Outside of work, I love being active (long walks, pilates, swimming etc), catching up with friends, trying new cafes/foodie spots. I'm friendly and easy- going- love a wine or a chat after work (but equally recognise the importance of personal space.) I'm also a considerate and cleanly individual!
