Hey Peeps! I'm Jaymee and I am a 19 year old student at UNSW studying Theatre and Human Resources Management. I know what you're thinking ahhh uni student = Party animal. I do like the occasional drink and going out every so often but to be completely honest i'm so busy with working and assignments I struggle to keep up with my own life. I sing in the shower and sometimes its nice others its bad. I do like to have a good conversation and a laugh and enjoy eating chocolate (even though i'm supposed to be trying to get fit but I will always share with you). I like a good laugh and someone to keep me company. Coming from a student accommodation with 60 other people so open to all cultures and walks of life. Most of the time I feel like i'm a 30 year old woman trapped in a 19 year olds body, feel as though i'm more adult then I actually am at times.. Happy to do the cleaning and can cook pretty nice pancakes! If I sound like someone you think you can live with then send me a message and we can meet up and see how things go! Thanks everyone hope to hear from you :D
I'm a Kiwi from Auckland who recently moved to Sydney for the lifestyle and am lucky enough to transfer through work. I'm a full-time working professional so I'm good for rent in full, on-time every time. I've got plenty of flatting experience so I'm well-versed in domestic life admin, being tidy, considerate and respectful towards my flatmates. I'm social, easy-going and love a bit of adventure. I enjoy spending time with friends and family, surfing, scuba, hiking, city walks, amateur photography, travel, road trips, checking out shows & galleries, reading, pub quiz and trying out new things - be it a restaurant, bar or skydiving. I'm looking for a social flat with a good sense of humour where we regularly go out for good times, discover Sydney, try out new things and make friends.
I'm looking for a room in a house/flat with clean, social and considerate housemates. I'm an easy-going, social and considerate individual who works in the Financial Services industry. I like traveling, philosophy, arts, films, current affairs, etc. I also enjoy good food and wine, going out for dinners, and brunches with friends. Please get in touch if you have a room in my preferred areas or would like to team up to rent a house.
Currently working in southern Sydney with a new job, close to the city. Would like to live closer to work. Am 64 years young, married with children/grandchildren. A bit of a houseshare tragic, having shared houses with lots of good friends over the last 10-15 years. Wife lives in Victoria and I go home most weekends. Know how to use a vacuum cleaner and clean up after myself. Easy going and get along well with everyone.
I'm Susan, 24, originally from Melbourne. I moved up to Sydney a couple months ago and looking for a new place! I work as a web professional full time M-F, typically 9-5pm. When I'm not working, you'll find me exploring new parts of Sydney, editing photos and potentially even baking! I'm a down to earth person, like a good laugh, a traveller at heart with lots of stories! I enjoy a cheeky vino now and then and a good chat on the occasion, but also enjoy my own space. For fitness, I love doing yoga and riding my bike to work! I've lived in share houses before. I like a clean and tidy house. I'm looking for a nice place. An established sharehouse with a private room. Ideally the house would have air conditioning, be close to a train station, a balcony and lots of sunlight. I have my own bedroom furniture. Move in date is flexible, but need to give a few weeks notice to my existing place before I can move.
Hey there, I'm looking for a mid to long term accommodation in Sydney. I work full-time in Finance, and relocated from the US about 2 years ago. I'm usually busy with work, but I'm big into running, travelling, and just being outdoors in general. I'm tidy but easy going, really like meeting new people. Looking to pay up to 400 but flexible depending on the room, location, bills included etc If you think I might be a good fit, let me know. Cheers, Yuta

My Labrador Turner and I are experienced housemates. Reliable with rent and bills, clean up after ourselves and friendly towards other housemates. We would like to live in a house where housemates interact and care about each other whilst respecting each other's privacy and need for down time. I work full time at a restaurant in the city. I enjoy spending my free time with Turner and other friends, live music, movies, good food, road trips and days at the beach. Turner is an inside dog and enjoys belly rubs, park time, walks and trips to the beach. He is also a great kitchen assistant, napper and door man who will always greet you with a smile. I have been told by other housemates that he usually hangs in my room or outside in the sun when I am not around, however he will be happy to keep you company if he knows it's allowed. He is well socialised and used to living with other dogs. I am not attached to living in a specific area, just looking for a comfortable home in a nice area that offers a good lifestyle for Turner and I. I do have a car, so require easy access to parking and don't mind if it's on the street, but prefer to use public transport where possible so a train station or good bus route would be great. We are able to move within a week of finding an appropriate place and I have my own bedroom furniture.
Hi there! I work full time in a consulting firm in the city. I will be studying during semester time so I'll be pretty flat-out. I enjoy going to the gym, bingeing on Netflix and going out with friends. Summer will see me at the beach and outside as often as is possible and winter will see me curled up in a blanket burrito watching movies. I am looking for my own room (no roomshare arrangements) preferably large enough for a queen bed and storage (built-in wardrobe would be even better).

Hi! I am a young professional currently working in the CBD and am looking for some great flatmates to move in with around inner Sydney or Eastern Suburbs! I am a social, friendly, easy going and tidy male from Avalon in the Northern Beaches. I love travelling, food and a casual drink on the weekends. I am always keen to meet new people and make new friends! I am looking for a private room either furnished or unfurnished - ideally with street parking nearby - preferably between $200-$300 a week including bills. Flexible with move in date. If you think I might be a good fit for your share house please hit me up!
I'm a fun German guy (yes we exist...) looking for a flat with people who want to have a bit more than just a shared space. Love spending time with friends and would love a place where my housemates could become friends. Just came to Sydney in June after having lived in London for three years and in The Netherlands before. I work for a restaurant too, so 'hello discount' :)
Hi my names Renate and I'm 24 and work full time as a graduate lawyer in North Sydney. I grew up on the south coast of nsw and have been living in the eastern suburbs for the past 6 months. My lease is up and the landlord now wants to renovate. I'm clean, considerate and like to have fun. Whether that be at home watching tv, cooking, or out at the bar! During the week I work long hours and then gym and/or run every day so am not home until late. In summer I love to head to the beach, I enjoy a good coffee and sunshine and getting out and socialising as much as possible on the weekends. Looking for a room in a share house with like minded professionals, people who are independent and respect privacy but those who I can still enjoy a few beverages and a bit of banter with too Overall I'm a fun bright person who likes their own space, but would also like to live with people I can call friends
I'm 35 and very happily single. Clean to the point of being a little annoying -- OCD runs in the family. I'm reliable with bills and happy to share equally. Although I will occasionally have friends or family visit I do like to have a respectful and mostly quiet home life. I am looking for a place to make home with one or two other housemates and enough room for us all to be comfortable. I would prefer a bathroom of my own if possible and off street parking of some sort. Please note I will also require a larger than average room. I would like to find a housemate to be friendly with, but I also very much enjoy being in my own space. If none of this offends you at all please feel free to get in touch. I'm in no hurry to move at this point and will actually not be ready for another two or three months...unless of course I come across the perfect place!

Hi, I'm a design architect from Perth, also lived recently in Hong Kong & Shanghai, and doing some consultancy projects in the hotel, education, transport and renewable energy sectors in Sydney & Melbourne, so I'm looking to stay in a chilled place ideally with other creatives and professionals. I like to cycle and hike in my spare time and am always up for a social with pals, and especially while making new ones. My motto is "Flow Free, Form Good!" What's yours? :-) So if you think I'm a good fit, please drop me a line.
Hi I'm writing to you in regards to the room you have up for rent. My best friend and I have just moved here from Gold Coast QLD. The accomodation we have been staying in unfortunately has just been sold. We have until the end of July to move out. We are looking for some where to stay for 3 months. We are quite happy to share a room together as that's what we are used to anyway. We both do part time study and part time work in retail so we are always very busy! We are both very social, polite people who get along with anyone. We are by no means party people and are very clean, tidy and organised. We will never disrespect the house in anyway and will always keep everything in order.
