I am looking for a 1 bedroom apartment, flat or spacious studio for myself.

Eastern suburbs only - preferably Vaucluse, Dover Heights, Rose Bay, Bondi but open to Bondi Junction, Waverley, Tamarama area.

I work Monday - Friday and usually spend my free time with friends, at the gym or watching a good series.

When it comes to a living space, I value cleanliness, privacy and kindness at home.
12 months minimum ideally with option to extend.
