Hello there. I am 25 years old, currently studying Counselling and Psychotherapy full-time whilst working part-time in hospitality. Due to my studies, I spend a decent amount of time at home. I am quite the early riser and generally hit the hay around 9-10:30 on weekdays. This indicates that I am not the party person you may have been searching for! Despite my routine being similar to that of a man in his late 70's, I love conversation, a cheeky beverage, a movie, you name it! I endeavour to be close friends with whoever I'm living with, hoping that they share this sentiment! I am quite tidy and always clean up after myself, happy to divide cleaning equally in shared spaces. I have a wide variety of interests and hobbies, mainly revolving around reading, exercise, music and food (of course). I sometimes sing and play keys to keep my internal artist (barely) breathing. Other than this I am fairly quiet in habit and certainly appreciate the personal space that others as well as myself need. If these attributes sound like those belonging to a stable, reliable housemate and future friend, please do not hesitate to contact me. I am happy to get to know you first before a decision is made, as we all like to know who we are getting into bed with (forgive my poor taste in idioms). Regards, Toby

Hey, my name is Natalie, I am a 25 year old from England currently working full time as a makeup artist in Melbourne. I am looking for a place for around 4-6 weeks from the beginning of April. I am super easy going, respectful and clean. If I’m not at work I am out socialising with friends, hitting the gym or down by the beach. I love anything outdoors and active!
I'm open-minded, laid back, and friendly. I'm super neat and tidy and i'm very respective of others belongings if they feel differently. I absolutely love cooking, being social, kb with mates on my free time and regular training are important to me. I currently work part-time as a early childhood educator and study full-time. Being near a tram/train stop is vital for my work commitments. Preferred: NO COUPLES
Space, location and style all in one. A huge bedroom and your own bathroom. There's also a spare room/study and a balcony. That apartment has air con, central gas heating, a dishwasher, washing machine and a dryer. If that's not enough, being close to great eats, bars and sights - Chapel, Carlisle, Acland and Fitzroy Streets is sure to appeal. All that you need to bring along is stuff to furnish your room! The rest of the apartment is fully furnished. Aspen, my cat, is the sweetest ragdoll you'll meet. She loves to be in the room with you, loves a cuddle and never bites or scratches anything except her scratching post.
I am a mature 33 year old female and I am currently looking for a new place to live as my landlord is selling up. I am from Taiwan and have lived in Australia for 3 years. I like living in a clean and tidy environment a place can call home and I am used to living with a variety of different people. Cheers
Hey! I'm Bronte, 23, I've been living in melb for a few months now in south east suburbs but our lease is ending early 😭 I'm pretty chill, like to cook and i clean up my mess, l make a mean lasagne and am a sucker for a good garlic bread. Play footy, drink wine and watch netflix in my spare time. supposed to be studying online with Swinburne but my dedication is questionable. Up for chills and shared meals but also good with the personal space. Needing a place latest 16th April.
I am from New Zealand, I have been in Melbourne for 7 years now I am just wanting to live on my own now after many years of sharing I work full time and am a professional cleaner and beauty therapist on the side
Hi my name is Chirag - you can call me 'C' to make it easier. I am flexible with rent amount. I would prefer to live with the right fit, given it is a great place - my move in date is flexible. I work in Sales for an IT Software company in South Yarra for the past 1+ year. I am an Australian Citizen and have lived in Melbourne for a long time (4 years of overseas - living and working in between) - I worked at ANZ Bank in various departments for 7 years. Went to study full time for my Masters at Melbourne Uni, graduated and found work overseas and hence the overseas living and working :)... I am extremely friendly and have lived and shared with many nationalities prior. My current and prior flat mates can vouch for me and will be my referees if you need to speak to them. While at home, I enjoy watching movies, like to cook, having a chat over meal/drink, have my own space to relax and give them their - in short, I am really cool ;) :). I am pretty social so go out a lot as well. I also love swimming, riding my bicycle and exploring Melbourne - lately have been going regularly for beach volleyball and swim to South Melbourne beach (Melbs summer and enjoying it thoroughly) and rest, well you will have to chat with me in person – yeah? :) Buying fresh from the markets and cooking from scratch - it's my thing and like a glass of red with a nice meal and specially in the winters and to keep myself warm :). Would be great to have chats over a drink, eat together at times - instead of being a person living in the next room. I am most flexible and mindful of others and their privacy. Looking to share with matured flatmate/s who would be 'neat and clean' and would take responsibility of themselves and the house - I do not mean clean freak :). I am down to earth and very easy to get along with. Would be great to share with someone who ‘wants to share’ and not just looking for saving rent or having a person just to share for the sake of it and not responsible while sharing the place. I have my own bedroom stuff - bed, tall boy, side table etc for the room and also my espresso coffee machine, couple of pans and other utensils for kitchen nothing major though - no other furniture. Look forward to speaking with you. Thank you. Cheers, Chirag :)
I am going overseas for 25 days. 5th April to 2nd May The house and room both are really spacious with a big garden at the back and around 5 couches, plenty of space to relax and unwind. You will have your own bathroom and toilet in your room, Have a look at the picture. The rent is around $220 per week but because it is not an entire month of stay but only 25 days, If you stay full 25 days the rent will be around $950 including bills. I am also open to the idea of someone looking for a place for 1,2 or 3 weeks only. I will factor that stuff in while inspection, and tell you the rent. Really ideal for a backpacker. Thank You Cheers!
Hello! I'm Adam. I spend most my long working hours at a busy bayside bar and restaurant, and at other times I like to read and research, to write, or plan the next adventure. I earned my bachelor level a few years ago and worked in technical fields for a while, then decided I need to change and see the world. Open-minded and free-spirited, I'm a seeker and free-thinker. I'm calm, value my downtime, and have respect for one another's space and ideas. I keep busy with pastimes that include: travelling, camping, training, cooking, and meaningful conversations exchanging experience. I am housework-trained, tidy and clean, reliable with accounts, and choose to live with persons who alike take responsibility yet savour life. Write to me, I would like to meet the people with whom I will make a home! I'm also open to the idea of organising a property Team-up together should you be searching in the same locations. 1. Animal friendly, and plant nurturer. Non-smoker. Straight but LGBT+ respectful. 2. Minimum stay of six months but prefer longer. Approximate date of move-in is around the end of March, however, this can be negotiated on your terms. 3. Third generation Aussie, with mixed backgrounds from Japan and Hong Kong. Next major journey is within the South American continent, previous was in the Nordics.

Hi, My name is Joshua. I'm a 28 year old guy from Ireland over here on a working holiday visa. Currently I am working as a social worker in the homeless sector so I'm neat and tidy, especially in communal areas but still pretty laid back. I'm super social and love to have a chat over a beer / wine and a bit of telly. I like to go out as well but with my 9-5 job this is exclusively for the weekends. Overall I'm a considerate and respectful, fun-to-have-around type. I would love to hear from you about the place and see whether we can arrange a viewing. Am looking to get a place for the rest of my working contract here, aka early May and so this would be ideal for me. Looking forward to hearing from you. Josh
