Hey peeps, Welcome to the humble abode of StKilda's finest house. This stylish fairly new five year old double story house is the epitome of modern lifestyle living in the heart of Melbourne. One private bedroom with a shared bathroom inclusive of a bathtub and separate vanities for each person provides just enough comfort and personal space for you to indulge in. Just a 10-min walk from the bustling Carlisle St and the crazy chapel street district. Located just 5km from the CBD, where you can explore Melbourne's well known cafes, indulge in a classy glass of wine by the Yarra river, or enjoy the hip shopping districts. You will have access to a overly big kitchen to master your cooking extravaganzas and the lounge room upstairs with a large 65inch tv. I have a 1.5 year old puppy that stays downstairs but sometimes runs around, very friendly and loves cuddles. All bills are included in the rent which equates to $300 a week. To note this house is very expensive to run, I merely remove that process for you and charge a flat rate of $300. The bond is 4 weeks rent. The whole house has central heating and air conditioning to keep everyone warm in the winter and cool in the summer. Looking for either a male or female who has a full time job and with rent history. You need to be clean, tidy and be respectful of personal privacy. I would love to have someone whom I cannot only share my house with but develop a future friendship. Looking for housemates but also down to earth friends to hang with.

We are both social, big foodies, and love going out but also lead healthy/active lifestyles. We are tidy and respectful and are looking for some likeminded individuals to share a flat with.

I want to live with people I can get along with and hang out with from time to time. I don't want to feel like a stranger to the home or the people in it. I want to feel comfortable and enjoy where I live. I don't do party houses, smokers, couples, drugs & drama :) I study graphic design & work part time so I'm a fairly busy gal. Feel free to message me if you think I may suit :)

I mainly save going out for the weekends.

Hi housemate hunters! I'm looking to rent a room in a sharehouse. I'm a friendly, responsible guy and have lived in sharehouses around Melbourne for many years. I work as a researcher at Melb Uni and also a telephone crisis counsellor. I'm pretty busy with other stuff (acting in short films, writing music (without making a sound!), hitting the bars, weekends away). But I enjoy being able to come home to a relaxed house, and having a chat with housemates. I like taking care of the place, I'm flexible, and I respect people's privacy and space. I'm fine with pets too.
Hi! My name's Jackson. I'm a young australian male working full time managing a hospitality business. I spent a lot of time at work and a lot of nights out. Very quiet, clean and friendly. Love cooking healthy and staying active most days.

If you want to know anything else let me know :) Jasmine
Hey guys, I'm a 25 year old from England, currently studying full time (but I have the summer off so will be working full-time then) Early Education and Childcare. I'm an easy-going, clean person who loves a chat but is also very respectful. Although I love the occasional party, I am no longer the party animal that I was a few years ago and I love watching a movie with a good meal and a glass of wine. I love to bake - and share them around ;) . If you have a place that fits the description (and is even a little above the budget for the right place) please feel free to send me a message. I put 6 months but preferably would love to stay longer if thats an option. I look forward to hearing from you guys :)

I enjoy a quite and peaceful living space, hence i am looking now to live alone. I’m chilled, friendly , social but also love a lot of down alone time , like any well balanced Libra 😉 I am a professional working in Human Resources in the city and also have an online business. Available street parking for my car is important. Look forward to hearing from you, if you have a place, or can put me in touch with someone who does. Elle
Hello future housemate! Working as a remedial massage therapist and also studying other modalities. I'm looking for a place where I can feel home. Important things about sharing others for me are respect and cleanliness. I like to keep my house nice and clean, and respect housemate's privacy and their own time as I expect same to housemates. Although I enjoy random chat and having meal or a glass of wine together. Ideally seeking someone health conscious and environmental friendly.
