Well as i'm sure it states somewhere, My name is Sam. I've spent my whole life in Auckland and have decided to make a big move to Melbourne! I'm pretty unsure about where I want to live but I'm excited about it all. I'm a very good cleaner - especially dishes - and consider myself a pretty responsible and considerate person. I know literally no one in Melbourne (exciting) and look forward to making a fresh start. I am an actor, so my working arrangements will be based around whatever fits in with acting classes and auditioning. Thanks for your time :)
Looking for someone to take over my half of the lease *** $275 a week ($1100 per month) (bills not included) We've estimated bills being around $40-50 a month then wifi $20 each a month each. Hi everyone! We have a room to rent in an Awesome Art Deco two story apartment in st kilda east, just off Carlisle street. It's an 8 min walk to balaclava train station and within walking distance to trams and busses. The room is large and has a big double wardrobe and large industrial looking windows. Easily fits a queen or king bed with lots of remaining space. Did I mention the room has a working fire place 😍😍 The apartment has wooden floor boards and high ceilings ( except bedrooms have carpet). Big lounge that opens up into the dining room with the kitchen in another seperate room. There's two bathrooms, one down stairs and one upstairs with the 3 bedrooms. 2 of the rooms (including yours) are massive while the 3rd is super tiny so the girl who rents that rooms pays less the everyone else. Bills split equally though. There's a parking space out the back for if you have a car! Also the apartment isn't finished being furnished as we have only been there a few months so feel free to bring your own furniture and add your touch to it! I am only leaving as I'm moving in with my partner to save money. You would be living with kelly and Emily who are two of the most chilled out, fun people you will ever meet. Bond is a months rent * Pretty much you will be taking over my half of the lease. Kelly is on the other half and you will re sign for the remaining time on the years lease that was originally given to us( 9 months left)

Im 28 years old grew up in Melbourne, but have lived overseas since I was 19, have just returned and im looking to make Melbourne my home again! Ive always paid my rent and bills in time, and tidy and respectful of everyone I have lived with. Im not looking for a party house , but for sure im up for some social beers at home and at the pub, plus I love my sport so always up for going to match’s and would for sure be up for getting involved in things with the house, I also like going to the gym a couple of times a week. My main job has been in major musicals around the world, that I have been pretty successful in, and I have one lined up starting in July in Melbourne, but im also maybe looking for more of a nine to five job after that. I have a car so need a car park or a parking permit etc. But would be up for doing shopping runs for the house! A creative house would be a bonus, but not too stressed about that. Looking for a approx 6 month ish contract, but also flexible with that. thanks and looking forward to hearing from you! Alex
Easy going horsey girl and final year law student working in hospo. Looking for a sociable but not so much a party house. Enjoy a good netflix sesh, good food - ideally shared with great people, adventures whether small or large, and hanging out with my horses telling them how pretty they are.
Hi, I'm Sarah. 26yr old hospitality professional. I work 50+ hours a week in a restaurant and nightclub in Prahran so I'm out and about most evenings and weekends. My working hours make me mostly nocturnal since I don't usually finish before 6am. When I'm home I like to cook and attempt to be a good human but that doesn't always go to plan. I have lived in share houses for many years so I am housetrained and respect personal space but still like to be friendly with the people I'm sharing with. Let's drink some wine and eat some cheese. I have a vehicle so I would need a car park that is reasonably safe. I have a kitty who comes with me, her name is Micah she is 5 and super friendly and cuddly. She is also kind of fat because she is so damn cute and good at getting people to give her snacks. Being an adult now I'm not keen for a party house that is always going all day every day, everything in moderation.
Two great balconies, 1 full shared bathroom, 1 powder room downstairs. great views and sun, upstairs bedrooms that are equal and quite big for an apartment, large living / dining / kitchen area. Mostly furnished however room for more furniture - another couch / study type area in main living space. off street tandem car park which we would need to coordinate in mornings etc. Slightly older place so just needs to be kept clean without going crazy on it. Great spot @ beach end of chapel street.

Hey guys, Looking for a place for me and my fat, cuddly cat called Trips. I'll be moving to Melbourne from Brisbane around mid-July to start my Masters of International Sustainable Tourism Management at Monash (Caulfield campus) so move-in date would be anytime between 10th and 20th of July. I'm super laid back and sociable, but can also really enjoy my personal time. I'm an Indonesian-Australian who grew up in France/Switzerland and love meeting people from all over. Looking for housemates that enjoy sharing a meal, a beer or a glass of wine (or three) from time to time and who can spark up interesting conversation! I'll be new to the area, so would definitely appreciate someone willing to explore Melbourne a bit with me. Bonus points if you're a fan of furry creatures and would be happy to give Trips a cuddle/feed if I'm home late from work or uni. Not overly stressed about cleaning, but do enjoy to see and keep common areas tidy and cosy! Also looking for a room that's furnished with a bed and a wardrobe as I'll just be coming with a couple of suitcases. Send me a message if you think we'd get along! X
