Hello, me and my partner have recently moved to Melbourne. We're looking for somewhere to stay for the short term up until we go away for Christmas. We're easy going, tidy and respectful people. We enjoy meeting people but also do our own stuff. We love food - eating out and cooking and are interested in nutrition and health. Both like to swim and do yoga sometimes :)
Hi! I'm Callum a 25 year old traveller on a WHV from England. I'm looking for a place until the end of Feb, then I'll be off to do my regional work. My current landlord requires me to move out as he is due to renovate the property. I have been given until the 05/12/2018 to find a new place. I work full-time 9-5 as a property claims consultant, so I will be fairly quiet during the week. I'm always ready to enjoy a pint or 2 at the weekend though! I am a tidy individual, and more than willing to pull my weight around the house.
I am an American sailboat captain/sailing instructor that enjoys traveling to different places each season. I was living in Charleston, SC this last summer and before that I lived in the US Virgin Islands for a few years. Even when I'm not sailing for work, I usually can be found racing in different fleets. My other hobbies include playing guitar, cooking, snowboarding, hiking, mountain biking and terrible photography.
We live in a gorgeous Edwardian house. Polished wooden floorboards throughout with floor heating. The house has a lot of character and charm with good sized rooms a beautiful back garden, front porch, nice large lounge and we have herb garden that we love. The location is perfect. 5 minutes walk from Ripponlea train station as well as trams and buses close by. We can walk to Ripponlea village, Elsternwick, Elwood, Balaclava and only roughly 2km from Elwood and St Kilda beach. We have lots of cute cafes, bars, restaurants and shops close by. Both Tom and I like to keep the house clean so we do have a cleaning roster, which rotates weekly. To avoid discussions and worries with money for household products, we have a household kitty that we each top up with $20 a month. The street is quiet as we live in a cul-de-sac and neighbours tend to keep to themselves. That said we have had a couple of BBQs or nights where we put a fire on outside and invited friends over and the neighbours have had no problems at all. The room is a double bedroom that can be furnished for you or if you have your own furnishings, that's fine as well. The photos currently don't show the furniture as our current housemate has her own.

Hey peeps, Welcome to the humble abode of StKilda's finest house. This stylish fairly new five year old double story house is the epitome of modern lifestyle living in the heart of Melbourne. One private bedroom with a shared bathroom inclusive of a bathtub and separate vanities for each person provides just enough comfort and personal space for you to indulge in. Just a 10-min walk from the bustling Carlisle St and the crazy chapel street district. Located just 5km from the CBD, where you can explore Melbourne's well known cafes, indulge in a classy glass of wine by the Yarra river, or enjoy the hip shopping districts. You will have access to a overly big kitchen to master your cooking extravaganzas and the lounge room upstairs with a large 65inch tv. I have a 1.5 year old puppy that stays downstairs but sometimes runs around, very friendly and loves cuddles. All bills are included in the rent which equates to $300 a week. To note this house is very expensive to run, I merely remove that process for you and charge a flat rate of $300. The bond is 4 weeks rent. The whole house has central heating and air conditioning to keep everyone warm in the winter and cool in the summer. Looking for either a male or female who has a full time job and with rent history. You need to be clean, tidy and be respectful of personal privacy. I would love to have someone whom I cannot only share my house with but develop a future friendship. Looking for housemates but also down to earth friends to hang with.

Hey Hey! I'm a retail assistant and receptionist, looking for a lovely home to live in with some awesome people - If I can be added on to a Lease that would be fantastic! I'm a very outgoing individual who likes to have a drink or two but also likes to kickback. I'm happy to hangout with potential room mates if my schedule isn't hectic. I also have a motorbike, not too fused about parking. Huge tennis fan, foodie, a bit of a movie geek, play baseball and a gym junkie. I clean up after myself and above all, understand the importance of personal space of fellow housemates.
Hi, I'm in Melbourne, arrived from France in the fall of August. I have an accommodation until November 15th, and I need an other one after that time. I'm here with a Working Holiday Visa to improve my English so I don't care where you come from but I would like to meet new people to speak with :) I am working in construction.
Light and bright queen room with built-in wardrobe available in our spacious 3 bedroom/ 3 bathroom house in St Kilda East. We are located a 10-15 minute walk from all the shops, restaurants and bars of Chapel street and Balaclava and St Kilda beach is a short drive away. Great transport options as the tram stop for the 64/5 taking you to the CBD is just 2 minutes walk, Windsor train station is a 10 minute walk, and the train to the CBD takes 10 minutes. The house is set back from the bustle of Dandenong Road, in a peaceful residential street.
