I'm a 20 year old medical student looking for a place near the city. I'm generally kept pretty busy with study, but I like touristing around Melbourne or going out for lunch, and try to drag myself to the gym at least once a week. Next year I'm more likely to stay in for some Netflix and tea, but I do enjoy going out to bars or having a couple of friends over for drinks. Looking for a small sharehouse or unit to call home for at least a year. Ideal flatmates are easy going people around the same age, happy to share meals (I hope you like spaghetti!), and will keep up their half of the housework.
Room available from 18th December in a great 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom house in a quiet street with ample on street parking. Polished floorboards throughout, with a lounge/dining area leading to the kitchen and bathroom with toilet, shower and washing machine. The room is huge with 2 freestanding wardrobes. It looks out onto the front courtyard and gets lots of natural light through the large bay window. One of the walls is all shelving so you can display all your favourite things! The room is unfurnished apart from the two wardrobes and It comfortably fits a queen bed, bedside drawers, and other shelving with still room to move around. The kitchen is updated and there is a massive backyard with clothes line. It also comes with central heating and has high ceilings with a ceiling fan in the room. Public transport is awesome, just a short 3 minute walk to Carlisle Street to catch the tram into St Kilda or the Balaclava Train Station. A 30 minute walk to the beach and is close to all the hustle and bustle of Carlisle Street, which has restaurants, bars, shopping, bakeries, Coles, Woolies and a few gyms to choose from! Rent is $910 per month plus bills.
Hello! My name is Frank and i'm looking to move into a share house in late January. I'm 22 years old and am currently studying post-grad law at Monash. I also work at Centrelink which means I often come home with lots of great stories about the people I encounter! I moved to Melbourne at the start of 2016 from Brisbane, although I am originally from Darwin, NT. I'm generally pretty busy during the week with Uni and Work, although on the weekends I love to be social, hang out and have a beverage. I am ideally looking for a house with other chilled out students/ young professionals in the inner South East of Melbourne. Cheers, Frank

Hi there I'm Kirsty, a budding writer. Being a drug and alcohol worker pays my rent/bills but I'm making space in my life to spend more time writing and pursuing creative goals. Single, never married, no kids. I'm healthy, balanced, friendly, clean and responsible. I'm funny too. Well, I think I'm funny. I'm into exercise, meditation, writing, animals, cooking, TV series', socialising. I love down time too though and have been known to binge watch and not leave my bedroom for awhile. I don't drink or use drugs. I like to travel and get away for the weekend sometimes. I'm friendly and open but I also like as much space and privacy as the average person and offer the same to others. I earn enough to be fully self supporting and pay my rent/bills.

I'm Kabir, a 26 year old working as a full time landscape architect, currently share housing in Richmond. I moved to Melbourne from Christchurch, New Zealand, a year and a half ago and I am loving it. I have regular office hours Monday to Friday with weekends off. I keep a pretty low profile during the week and head out to socialise with mates on weekends. Big on having a good vibe in a flat. Being respectful of other people's space and self sufficiency are important traits to have. I'm a pretty easy going guy so am looking for people who like to go with the flow. I'm happy socialising with flatmates, be it over cooking dinner, just hanging out or heading out - but am equally as happy just doing our own thing.

Speaking of which I'm very dedicated to, going to the gym and eating right, I don't smoke, social drinker and I'm very open about mental health. I am looking for a large room to fit a double bed, bedside tables, computer station, and preferrable BIR. Looking for a room that has both heating and cooling facilities available

Jake and I are both two passionate individuals who enjoy music, sport, cooking, and getting to know people. We are both planning to attend Monash Uni next year for music courses, but would like to live around the city. Coming from the Phillip Island, Jake and I love the beach, and we are both very down to earth. We love all things art, and we will be able to go to some cool and funky galleries, cafes, and performances when living around the city. Jake has a bit of OCD in terms of cleanliness, and will be a great addition to the household as a domestic partner. Emma is full of vim and vigour, and will bring interesting perspectives into the household. We are a couple of two and a half years, and definitely not full-on in terms of PDA!!! Being musicians, we obviously love gigging and jamming with mates.
20 year old female, working full time in retail at Chadstone. Looking to move closer to work (I currently travel 1h 45min), but still staying close by the city/outer suburbs. I'm tidy and organised. Looking for somewhere where I can be friends/have a laugh/drink with flat mates, but also be allowed to have my own downtime.
Beautiful apartment on Alma Road. Lots of natural light, newly refurbished with high speed internet, split system air-con, washing machine, dishwasher, 2 toilets, external balcony and is close to transport and shops. If you have a car there is ample on street parking. There is currently a Woolworths being built within walking distance on Orrong Rd. I'm the only other occupant, a graphic designer and I'm passionate about music and art. Ideally this room would suit tidy professional. Room available furnished or unfurnished. Sorry, but no couples.
Hey There! We are a very tidy, clean, fun and easy-going couple. We are going to stay in Melbourne until at least March/ April because I am fulltime working in a Café with super nice collegues and really want to stay in this beautiful City. Richi is about to catch up with me in the end of December after finishing his master degree back in Germany. Our interessts are Yoga, cooking, good literature, conversations about philosophy, metaphysics or just random stuff as well as having drinks with friends or playing hankysack or fresbee at the parc,...... Whatever it takes to enjoy life. If that sounds like nice flatmates to you, let me know - Cheers!
I have lived in a share house before so understand the balance between fun and respecting others. This was in London and I have only been back in Australia for the past few months. Like to thing I bring a fun vibe to the house! My current position is in Sydney (so I am living in Sydney at the moment) however I will be making the move to Melbourne over the Christmas break. I will still be with my current employer thought so I have a reliable income. I work in the media industry so often have long work hours! On the weekends I love a cider and socialising with friends or a girls night out but also enjoy a Netflix marathon and night in. I also enjoy going for long walks and adventuring to new places on the weekend. If I'm stressed I tend to bake and share with my housemates otherwise I feel guilty eating it all... Please contact me, I would love to hear about the type of person you are looking for or if you would like to know a bit more about me.
I am a redheaded Swedish girl who's mostly happy, easy going, very tidy and hard working. I work a lot but always looking to have a good time, do new things weather it's watching a new movie or go to a new part of town. I'm looking for a cheap place to stay so that I can save my money to do fun activities rather than spend it all on accommodation. I am very open minded, have no allergies, love cats!
Hi there! My name is Karolina. I am a 32 year old professional 9-5 worker who is looking for a new place to call my home. I am a neat and tidy person, who respects the place I live in. I like to do my own groceries, and as I am a vegetarian (I do eat fish) I like to cook my own food, but am more then happy to share. I do have a 2.5 year old foxy called Sparrow , who is a little shy at first, but is full of beans once he gets to know you. He is very house trained and super affectionate. He also loves the company of other dogs, so if you have a pooch yourself, that would be great! If the house has a garden, Sparrow loves to explore, and I have a bit of a green thumb where I grow herbs and some veggies - which I use in my cooking. I am looking for people who like to have a chat over a glass of wine, but also don't mind if we do our own thing and respect each others space.
