Hi. I'm Shahram 37 yo. I'm very easy going, clean and tidy. I'm after a place to call it home. I respect other ppl's privacy but also happy to share a meal and have some chats even outdoor activities if you like. I have a full time professional job and just finished my master degree. I have a car and a parking spot would be great. I love cats and puppies but not indoor, so I can't join if you have indoor pets. Thanks.
I'm a Canadian travelling, hoping to spend the next 6 months in Melbourne. Just recently got a part time retail job during the week days. And hoping when I move closer to where I want to live, I will get another part time night job. I'm easy going and open for anything. I wouldn't mind having a house with mixed girls and guys. I do like to listen to music and have drinks, I am also pretty social. I'm very respectable though. Opened minded, down to earth, easy going :)
Hey All, I'm currently renting a one bedder in Balaclava but my lease is coming to an end, so I am looking a roommate to find a two or more bed place to move into. I live on my own so I have all my own furniture and kitchen appliances (couch, dining table, TV, fridge, microwave) so I'd be great for someone moving from interstate or someone that doesn't have any of their own stuff. I work in a bar and study full time to be a nurse, so I am often very busy doing assignment or in bed asleep. I'm a fairly neat and tidy person. I try to keep on top of the house work and keep the place fairly clean, I usually clean the kitchen and bathroom and vacuum once a week. I enjoy a good meal and a bottle of red as much as a night on Chapel drinking cocktails talking rubbish. I'm pretty open and get along with anyone, but I do also like to have my own space and enjoy my down time. I'm looking to move around the 6th as my lease ends the 10th but can be flexible with an earlier date if you needed one. Let me know if you want to grab a coffee and chat. Cheers, Dane
Hi all, I'm James, a friendly, laid back and sociable 28yo professional working in digital marketing full time 9-5 off Southbank. I'm very easy going, love a laugh and a chat. I'm no stranger to house shares and have made some awesome friends in my current house but unfortunately the room owner is back from travelling, so definitely looking for somewhere more than just a place to sleep. I love getting myself out and about at the weekends, to the beach, gigs or out for a few drinks with friends and I keep it fairly relaxed during the week, chilling with a bit of tv. I play a lot of sport, mainly soccer and get to the gym before work. Love a bit of Netflix too. I'm also into my skateboarding and snowboarding. I'm clean and respectful and would love to meet any interest potential housemates over a coffee!
Hi there! I'm Charlott and I’m a 25 year old student from Germany - actually from our lovely capital Berlin :) I’m just about to finish my master studies in information systems at the University of Applied Science in Berlin. But before that I came to Melbourne to study at Deakin University for one trimester, that’s why I’m looking for a room from now until the end of February / the middle of March 2018. Back home I spend most of my time with either my family (I have three brothers), my friends or my boyfriend. As much as I love to cook I also love to eat out (especially thai curry) and explore new places. I guess I will spend most of the days at the Burwood campus (I’ll attend the third trimester, so November 2017 - February 2018). Other than that I’m super exited to explore the city and also Australia in general. I'd like a tidy and clean space were I can feel at home while I'm staying in this awesome city. My friend Mandy (she is 24 and in the same position, we will study together) is also looking for a place to stay so it would be really great if we could rent one room with two beds or two separate rooms at one place. We’ve just arrived in Melbourne and I already activated my new number. We’d love to come around, see the place and meet everyone person. So it would be great to hear back from you soon! Best, Charlott
Modern apartment on the top floor and at the back of a secure block, located Dandenong Rd end of Hotham Street. Light filled living area with open plan kitchen and fairy-lit private balcony. Seperate entrance hall and European laundry (including washer). The apartment has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom with 2 sinks (so you'll get your own space). Apartment is fully furnished including everything needed from kitchen utensils, dishwasher, blenders, fridge, super comfy lounge and good sized TV. Your room is currently empty, however I can arrange furniture if required. It's queen sized with a large mirrored BIR (plenty of storage space) and has a celling fan. Parking on the street, no permit required. Lots of public transport around: bus route out the front, it's a 5-minute walk to the tram line along Dandenong Rd and 15-minute walk to Balaclava Station, so easy access to the city. Chapel Street isn't too far away also, perhaps a 20-minute walk. 15-minute drive into the city. Rent is negotiable (estimate $280/week) but come see apartment and make an offer). Bills for power, water and internet will most likely be split in half (wouldn't come to more than $50/week) Please feel free to ask any questions or come and view the apartment, can move in whenever. PLEASE NOTE THE PROPERTY CONTAINS DIFFERENT FURNITURE THAN SEEN IN THE PICTURES.

I want to move in with people who I can sometimes share my meals with and I want to move in with people who I can call family. I love wine, I love sharing my wine with my housemates and talk while listening to chill music in the evening time. I'm a really easy going person that you will ever fine, super chill and acceptable. I'm a young independent lady and considered. Thanks for reading. Cheers!

I am currently working as a receptionist and I should stay in Melbourne for at least 6 months. I speak English, Spanish and a bit of Portuguese.

I work in marketing just outside of the city and sara is currently working in a cafe and looking for an engineering role, so both fairly busy monday to friday. Both well housetrained, used to living in houseshares, and enjoy having a chat in the evenings or chilling infront of the tv, and activites and a few drinks on the weekend!
